[Resolved]  Airtel — AIRTEL - USELESS CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT

Hi,
AIRTEL 3G - NO USE: I am struggling to get to activate 3G signals in my USB device. (Mobile No. [protected]) I have taken the USB 3G Device one and half month back and till date i don't get 3G signals. Do you think is this FUNNY? Yes, Several times I have walked into airtel office located in bangalore opp. to jayadeva hospitals. Similarly i made many calls to the customer care number...BUT no one is helped me to get activated the 3g connection. Its all about change in system in terms of CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Now a days no one bothered to take care customer complaints as like earlier. I can not see any senior people / representatives to handle the calls in their major offices in bangalore. As a customer dont have any option to satisfy with their calls. I shall wait for tomorrow if the problem still exists i shall shift to other service provider.

Airtel — airtel signal, useless company should shut company

The airtel is showing no progress in resolving signal problem , this i am talking for capital of india , delhi dwarka . i do not know if this is happening in delhi do not know how in remote places.

USELLESS AIRTEL NOW A DAYS. I AM THINKING TO CHANGE TO DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER ,
use bsnl 3g.it is quite better than airtel 3g.

i had a veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy bad experience with Airtel DTH not only DTH iam useing their mobile connection, land line and internet even though they simply skip the customer quries.Some few days back i faced a problem in my DTH i called to their customer care[protected] you peoples never trust me, i tried some almost 20 times a day ill never get a line to contact them, by gods grace after several tries i got a appoinment (even u can easily get appoinment to meet our prime minster) to speak with their one of the customer care executive(useless executives) they asked so many questions before i placed my queiry(even the credit card banks never ask such questions, i hope in future they will ask us when u went for a loo and when u took bath) after a long hold they asked my quires, i said my problem that my DTH is not working properly like i can view only some 10 channels(for your information iam paying 285 per month) for that one of their customer care excutive said recently we lanched one satilite coz of that you facing this kind of problem it will be rectified automatically, i said ok .i raised the complaint on thrusday 24th march 2011 after noon 3 0 clock .But till friday eveing i faced the same problem again i start tried to contact their customer care after my 25 th try one executive(useless executive) attened my cal i said the same thing and i shouted why you peoples are not responding for my quries, he simply hungup the call, again i tried all the peoples huging up the cals just like that, i got pissed off.These useless executive least bother to answer my quires(i hope some airtel senior persons will look in to this forum for their information iam provideing here my customer id :[protected], if you have the access you can listen the recorded voice) Finnaly on satrauday i got a message from airtel we r sending our executive to ur location to resolve the problem and they gave one mobile number of nearest rude and bloody distributer [protected] he never picks the call finally he picked the cal on sunday morning and he is telling we will send our executive shortly, i waited till 12 noon againg i called after some 10 tries he picked the call and shouting at me and he is telling we cant do the service now its possible only on tuesday if you wish you can go and give complaint on me with any of the airtel head office(i think Airtel is giveing delearship only to the gunda"s) Being we are working peoples we will get a chance to see the T.v only on sundays but these peoples ruined my wholeday happiness.

may be some peoples or Airtel Staffs will think that he is a useless guy spending time on this and writeing this forum, even iam a cool guy and i will take all the matters very casualy but they make me to write like this and wastinng my precious time.Iam writeing this not to spoil their business atleast others get good service in future.Atlast i called up one of their executive who installed the DTH he came and rectified the problem and he charge me Rs300 for that, i asked him why you are charging more for this 5 mins work he told me that iam working on sundays and specia;y for you coz of that iam charging this much.He he he he i dono how to react.

HEY AIRTEL DONT GIVE ADVERTISEMENT THAT YOU ARE THE LEADING PEOPLES IN TELECOMUNICATION AND IN DTH.
FIRST TEACH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HOW TO SOLVE CUSTOMER QUIRES AND HOW TO TALK WITH THE VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.

Dear all,
Don't buy a airtel product(like prepaid, Post paid& 3G data card & other product from airtel). This company is fraud company in the world, because my basic problem is not clear. Last five days before i bought a 3g data card & 3g Sim(phone number : [protected] & E1731 & IMEI : [protected]).
My first problem : i recharged rs.201/- for 250mb data usage. but im not get the 250mb data. I complain the cuctomer care . How to check my free balance data in my account ? the customer care officer told dail *123*11#. after you get the balance in your account. I try to many time dail the *123*11#. i have not recived the balance in my account.
REF No: CANRC[protected]. & CANRC[protected] no use for this reff number.

after i contact the nodal officer and the officer taken the complaint complaint number is :[protected]. complaint register but not give the solution to my problem.


how to check my balance data in my account ????...SO DEAR FRIENDS DONT BUY THE AIRTEL PRODUCT. AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY WOREST...

Airtel customer service stinks ! They just don't care customers..even they disconnect the line while conveying nature of complaints..I am using 3g post paid connection ([protected]) last one month which is even slower than dial up connection ! Insult to injury a week ago my 3g connection was disconnected without any intimation to me ! I made several attempts to reach airtel customer service for 3G but no success as yet ! Who ever wants to go for a new 3G connection, my suggestion would be NOT TO TAKE AIRTEL 3G AND REPENT FOR LIFE !

In response to my complaint, i too got a letter from one Mr. Rakesh Kumar followed by telphone call of Mr. Rahul. They told me within 4 days my 3g will be up and I received a call again from Rahul on 7th September saying my 3g is now up and running. Since I was not carrying my iPad next day (8th Sept) checked my connection and found it is still deactivated !! I tried reaching Rahul on his mobile but one of his colleague picked up the call saying Rahul is not around !! I left a message with his colleague that the 3g connection is still not re-activated. I again tried to reach Mr. Rahul several times on his mobile but he never picked up my call and switched off the mobile !! Finally I managed to reach an old friend of mine who works with airtel in senior position to re-activate my 3g connection. From the day it was up and running, I continue to get atleast 3 calls from airtel for payment and threatening me to disconnect the line ! Now I have decided to donate airtel 3g payment to charities but not to Sunil Bharati Mittal.
The worst customer care ever even reliance is much better atleast the answer well especially the lower parel customer care. Exe name Rajesh is just good for nothing. A donkey sitting on a carpet. High time this people should get a big hit on their bumps..
Have to agree with you all. Worst ever customer support. I have a Prepaid 3G datacard and have recharged it only once. Within a month it is deactivated and even after numerous calls to the so called customer support there is no solution. First I was asked to walk-in to their office as this cannot be done over phone. When I went to the nearest office I was asked to go to their headoffice in the city as they do not have the means to answer my query!!! The customer care number[protected] is useless. It gives only two options for download and does not even talk about 3G!!! Still going around without any solutions...have to throw out this card...
same here airtel is worst no talks properly most time they says voice breaking, if we call other airtel helpline numbers most they refer to us to 121 and 121 they wont pick up also, , , they are selling cheaps chinese made data card for 2400 ruppess which they have bought for just few ruppess...
