Airtel — internet connection

I am using Airtel Internet connection (Rs. 15/ per day) in BNK Mandal, near Srikalahasti (A.P). I am getting full signal also.

But The connection speed is too slow to download anything.

Please let me know how can I increase my speed.

Airtel customer care rep tells that they are providing the speed of 40Kbps. But I am getting only 1 - 2 Kbps.

I am an employ and always for my work i will be in roming so for that i had taken a connection of airtel for my internet Browsing Through gprs(MO) But now i am in Banglore and i had reacharge my phone for continuation of MO office in phone with genaral reacher for West Bengal people actully every month of before 14th i used to reacher my Phone from retailers through Easy-Reacharge in karnataka and enjoying my MO office but when i reacherge in karnataka then after 14th of Sept 2008 i was not able to use my internet connection. As they have given me the confirmation message that ur moblie reacharge is completed with talk time Rs 0.000. MRP Rs 498. Trans ID 6494464 (Rs 498 is the amount for the kolcutta Mo Office user)

AirTel — my internet is very slow then what will do please tell me reason

I am not using Airtel Live or GPRS but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...Thanks for using (subscription, Text based services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.

I had used internet services from my mobile on 4th may2009 and the money should be deduct 25.00 but it was deducted 172.00
I have asked this reason several times to the custome care number, but i
didn't got any fruitfull result. So please check it and take it as a complain.

I subscribed for AIRTEL internet but everytime i try to download it says suscribe packet data. Pls guide me

Today I browsed www.imd.gov.in webside, without opening the satellite photo, AIRTEL people charged 9.30 rupees. Normally only 3.30 RS used to get charged for the same. I don't why today they charged 9.30 rupees. I phoned to AIRTEl 12118 but they could't give proper reply. Please take necessary action on this .

I am a user of Airtel Wi-fi (broadband connection). I am unable to access my hotmail account.
While Google, Facebook and all other sites are easily accessible, hotmail remains out of bounds.
Please rectify this problem immediately. I believe it has got to do with some configuration issue
at your end.

Company representative had collected fees for internet connection on 21/7/2010. Till now there is no internet connection. i requested company to refund after waiting for about two moths since in mean while i took internet connection from other service provider. Company has still not refunded my money. I kindly request you to take strict action against such companies. Kindly do the needful.

I disconnect the internet connection on 3/11/2010 and no one told me that it will tke 30 days to request get processed and i spoke to a lady 5days back and 2 days back and still she didnt gve me any responce i ask for supervisor on call and she hung up my phone and i spoke to a lady called manju and she told me need to write complaint and i want my late fee and extra rental to be removed from my bill as if i got my bill from 23 oct-22nov and which is really discusting and she told me it whould be done if you will write complaint.please help me with this it whould be great help.

we are getting slow internet speed

i am using Nokia c3 handset from last 3 months & there was a special offer with that handset that if i insert airtel sim in that handset than internet connection is free for 6 months...
i purchased my mobile on 11 november 2010..
i received the message from airtel that your interenet connection has been activated soo i used internet for almost 2 months (e.g november & december) bt whn january started my FREE internet connection is nt working i do not why ??

we have complent so many t6ime but still my problem as it is. we have tolk to nodal officer tow time and he ansuer me but we have still sufferinf . my phone no [protected] [for inter net ] we have contec to applied officer but we have pass through long information system after information p[hon disconect .

i request we have complent sice 28th july 2011 but problem not solved . my every complent my acoount shows that my complent solved but no body who ask me wether problem is solved and not .
