AIRTEL customer support is very poor. they did not give a message when they change the booster plan. the always change the benefits of the plan. if they are change the benefits means they have to inform the customer. but they are not.

before the plan is 39 with the benefit of 4000 local and national sms free and 0 talktime. that was the good plan. but now the plan is 52. 100 local/national...

My blackberry plan of Rs 399 was deactivated without any remainder from airtel. Even after following all the procedures and Rs 399 deducted from my account for reactivation, my plan still remains suspended. MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION LINE NO IS[protected]. I HAVE TAKEN 1 MBPS PLAN FROM AIRTEL .
