I have requested for MNP from Reliance to Airtel on 7th of october at Airtel relationship center, Indiranagar. They gave me a new SIM and told it takes 7 days for porting.

On 11th Oct, a representative from airtel called and said the SIM which was given to me won't work for MNP and I need to collect a new one.

As per the commitment time for MNP, by 13th the porting should be completed. But porting was successful on 17th and now the incoming is barred after successful porting.

I then called up the Airtel complaints on 198 and the first Engineer (Md. Sajjad) who spoke to me says that incoming is barred because of incorrect documentation and I should re-submit the documents. I requested for escalation and the supervisor (Manoj) says that it is not documentation problem, and requested me to wait till 24th oct to resolve this problem. When asked for the reason for the issue, he again says I should wait till 24th oct.

I do not get incoming calls to my no now. All my important callers get error message " This is an invalid no". I could never imagine more pain than this. I am not reachable to anyone on my mobile since 15th oct night.

I would like some senior officer to address this issue sooner.

    Respected Sir,
    I am using airtel gsm number ([protected]), inspite of TRAI guidelines that no unwanted calls and messages will be send from 27th september 2011, I had got numerous messages from airtel company after this date on daily basis. I had already complaint you twice for this but the problem is still unsolved. I am getting frustrated of this and can't concentrate on my studies. Please take some action against this and help me out of this problem.

      I am Airtel Consumer and for last five times, i have been got my cell recharged by Rs.110/-. Before getting recharged, i confirmed that there was scheme of my Airtel No.[protected] of full balance of Rs.110/- in Rs.110/- but I have not got any of full balance of last five top-up vouchers. I recharged my cell by five times on (1) before 04/10/2011, (2) on 04/10/2011, (3) 11/10/2011, (4) 15/10/2011 & (5) 17/10/2011.

      I have also made a complaint on toll free no.121 through customer executive but all in van.

      I therefore humbly request you to do the needful please.
      TRANSFER OF OUTSTANDING BALANCE FOR NUMBER PORTABILITY [protected] AMOUNT RS. 410/-
      Airtel have no moral or business ethics. They recover their advertisement costs by fleecing million of customers by simply deducting charges for some stupid offers which you have not requested in the first place. My advise dump this mobile operator and just remove the Airtel sim from your mobile and go for another mob operator and get a new sim and mob no.. This way you don't even have to run after them to transfer your old mob no to another operator.This is the best solution. Inform your friends about your new mob no. When take a dataplan package specifically request to get a dataplan whwre there is no unauthorised deductions.

        Respected Sir,

        This is regarding modem issue that i am facing from last Tuesday (11/Oct/2011). Raised an issue on next day(12/Oct/2011) early morning. It's been said that issue will be closed on earliest by 14th Oct 2011. Nobody called me and checked my modem on 12th/13th/14th of October. But my old complaint has been closed by Airtel Technical representative without any confirmation. We raised another complaint on friday (14/Oct/2011) and Airtel customer support said they will solve the issue by 5:30PM same day. But nobody turned back that day also. We called up customer care close 20 times till now. Talked to two supervisors also. Everytime what we hear is , they will come and check it by 8 PM or As Soon As Possible. But noone ever came and check the modem. Without even checking the modem, Airtel technical person claims that it is a modem fault and i have to buy a new one.

        Another issue is, i bought the Airtel Beetel modem from Airtel on Last February (06/Feb/2011).
        I have a bill given by Airtel technical person. And we have been said that modem is with One year warranty. Now we are facing the issue with the Modem and Airtel claims that Company changed the policy so we can't replace the modem. I understand that company has the right to change its policy but whatever products sold with warranty should be supported. Company should not change that warranty statement. We trusted Airtel statement and bought the modem.

        I work from home and because of this issue i have wasted two full days of work and i now commute to a different place for work because of this issue.

        Multiple issues:
        1. Nobody came and checked the modem status.
        2. Airtel technical person closed the issue without confirmation
        3. Airtel changed the warranty terms without notice.
        4. My product is on warranty and Airtel is not ready to replace the modem.
        5. Customer service is very poor.

        I want someone to solve the issue and replace my power adapter or modem (whichever is
        faulty).

          I own 2 postpaid mobile numbers from airtel. i regularly deposit their respective bills on time. Last month i.e on 12th sept 2011 i deposited both mobile bills on one of their outlet in Udaipur (Rajasthan) and thought they are paid, after many days of notification o[censored]npaid bill i called up customer care and asked them to look into the issue as i had already made the payment. They asked me for the receipt numbers. I provided them with one but i was not having the other receipt as i had already submitted it to my company for reimbursement but somehow i managed to get both the receipt numbers and provided it to them. The concerned person i talked to was Ms. Sarifan. She told me she will call up their outlet to confirm the situation as cash was paid for the bills and it should have got cleared within 24 hours of payment. After asking to do so by Ms. Sarifan i provided the mobile number for their outlet where i deposited the bills. Till evening after getting no solution and perceiving a condition where i would be entitled for a late fee as my account was not paid i went to the same outlet and made a query about my bill. This was on 27th sept 2011. The responsible person told me that it will be paid within 15 minutes. The bills were paid within an hour. I received no calls from airtel regarding this issue after that.

          This month again i deposited my bills on the same outlet as there is only one alternate option of a distant airtel outlet available.

          i called up airtel customer care on 15-oct-2011 and gave all this detail to Ms. Sarifan and told her about the same problem arising again. I also asked her about my last complaint status. She told me that the complaint was closed and that a call was given to me for the same telling me that the reason for delay in payment was cheque delay. I asked her that if the mode of payment was cash and mode o[censored]pdation of my account with airtel was cash how could there be a cheque delay and where is a cheque at all involved? she told me that she would look into the matter and asked me for a day's time to call up and talk to their outlet meanwhile i should talk to the nodal officer and provided me his number. The next day i called up again and asked for a resolution the reply Ms. Sarifan gave me was have you talked to the nodal officer? i said no she asked me to talk to him and said he would be able to resolve the issue. I asked her to launch my complain and asked her to provide me with the the complain number to which she said she cannot raise a new complaint if earlier one is not closed. I called up the nodal officer and told him the issue. he asked me for the contact number of the outlet.(i dont understand why hey dont have a contact number of thir own outlet....) i was not having the receipt handy so i told him i will provide it to him in a minute. when i called up again nobody picked up for a long time. in the evening i got a call and the lady name Ms.Heena she asked me if the issue was resolved i replied no and asked her to call me when they have a resolution to my issue which was not only delayed payment but manipulation of my funds for a long time. She said we will resolve your issue very soon and give you a call in half an hour. No calls after that for the day.

          Date: 18-oct-2011

          Ms. Sarifan called me and asked if the issue was resolved i said no the issue is not resolved and asked her that neither nodal officer has replied on my complain. She asked me to note down my new complaint number and said issue will be resolved by 21st oct 2011. I was now loosing my patience and she added can i go to the outletand request them to make my payment? Now i was not able to tolerate it anymore i asked is this a joke? I asked you to launch a complaint 2days ago and you are doing it now then you don't know the number of your own outlet, and you are asking me to make a request to the faulty person to make a payment which states i am a person who is idle for the whole day.

          I have all the receipt copies and the proofs of the payment mode.

          Aahaah again ...these airtel company guys are taking this matter very lightly. This time again i have faced the same issue. The mobile reciept no is 3486. The bill was deposited on 16th of april and is due till date i.e 28th of april. I am amazed with the level of professionalism these guys are showing.

            Airtel has charged one time charge in last monthly bill (two numbers that I own) and when complained, advised that they will provide details (Due date was Oct 10th, 2011). So far there is no communication and no clarity related to the charge.

            I got the old statement (from last month) as well as this month's statement for
            me to verify. Please find my explanation below.

            Number : [protected] - Had a one time charge of 62.21 (in last month's bill -
            Aug 2011) for the plan change done in the middle.. which carry forwarded any
            outstanding amount from old account to new account.

            Number : [protected] - Had a one time charge of 89.56 (in last month's bill -
            Aug 2011) for the plan change done in the middle... which carry forwaded any
            outstanding amount from old plan to new plan.

            Now this month (sep bills)

            Number : [protected] - you had again included a one time charge of Rs.17.98
            stating that it is for outstanding amount from old account to new account ..
            but there is not outstanding charge in my account and thus I must say that this
            charge is not correct and should be reverted. (If you still feel there is
            outstanding give me the break up of the charge)

            Number : [protected] - you had again included a one time charge of Rs.42.47
            stating that it is for outstanding amount from old account to new account ..

            I have been been writing to you back and forth too many times giving out all
            the details I have and it is totally not acceptable that you say it is
            outstanding from old to new, without providing evidence reg what is
            outstanding.. and it is totally not acceptable to me..... you should give me
            the details else I'll be registering complaint for the same.

              This is complaint regarding Airtel for not giving me SMS plan which the promise me to give. On 6th oct 2011 I decided to PORT my Airtel no into Idea. before porting Customer care call me and ask reason for same for which i said calling rates and sms rate are not affordable to me, therefor i am switching to idea. On that they offer me a plan in which any airtel ( local ) 10 paise/ mim calling , any other network ( local) 30 paise/min calling, STD 50 paise/min calling and 100 sms daily free. Out of which i didn`t yet receive 100 sms daily free. I made a complaint of same for 3 times and customer care said in next 48 hours problem will be solved. Uptill now no action has been taken 6 to 8 days gone. every time they say now i will forward a complaint and don't know what happen to that complaint. They say you will receive complaint no by sms nor that complaint no is received. Please help me regarding same and take necessary action against Airtel for making false promise and improper service.

              I am availing Airtel Prepaid service from past 8 months. Every month I face many sort of problems. Now from past 1 week, I'm unable to make any calls in a single shot. Also if some one tries to call me I'm unreachable or swtched off. I am calling the customer care fellows every day and they assure me that its a temporary problem and within 4 hours every thing will be allright. But still no action has been taken. Now whenever I call them , the bell rings and the call gets disconnected. The supervisor is also not picking up the phone. Some thing needs to be done against them as they are simply cheating the customers and nothing else.

              I rechareged with 61 Rs. sms card of airtel that provided 610 sms free. for 2 days sms were goin free but from 3rd day they started deducting money @ 1 rs/sms from my prepaid bal. on contacting they didnt respond properly, fruther they automatically activated value-added services n started deducting money. many sms were sent requesting de-actvation of value added services n we recd. confirmation from airtel also, still they're deducting money from my a/c n taking no action. my complaint no is 97069.plz help me over the matter.
              i ve been using airtel card since 7 months .actually i owe airtel friends card, they provide happy hours for calling, ie cheaper rates at several hours, but i was totally cheated on this, number of times they deduted more the amt of money than usual than happy hours. And wat to say abt the hopeless & pathetic customer care which never helped me.today i called for atleast 10 times for grprs settings on mobile service but all of them severely disapointed me.so at last i m tired of this hopeless network.i least expected that they ld give me iht directions
              I am having the Airtel connection No. [protected]but it is regret to state here that the Services of Air Tel is so poor that whenever I try to call it connect & immediatly within 03 to 04 second it got automatically disconnected & the charges are leived /deducted immediatly i.e. only for connection & not for communication with the desire person. Hence, it is not understood to me when Air Tel is claiming that they are the largest private telecom service provider but the services are so poor. Know a days by giving attractive advertisment more & more connection are being issued but subsequently the services are not got expanded to that extended. Moreover, when I tried to contact local Air Tel Office by dialing 121, the sterio type messages are there & for which I had been charged which is not under stood.
              Hence, it is requested to concern to kindly take a note of this & do needful in this regard.

              I have a post paid connection of Airtel with no; [protected], from past four I am following up with airtel to change my bill plan, every time they give an excuse, my query is not answered, i had escalated this issue to Airtel Seniors, but still the results are same, due to all this I have to Suffer heavy call Charges, Though had informed them that i am in roaming and this requirement is urgent. I have attached some of the airtel communication details for your reference

              no proper continious data links... and i v got irritated by dis service...... and when i cdid a complaint there ws no improvement

              AirTel — improper service

              I raised a complaint for my airtel broadband service on[protected], my land lain no is [protected] and the complaint no is 45805568 and 4551974. Regarding this I spoke with 8 customer care people and 2 nodal managers but still no technician has visited the place and the issue was not solved can you tell why it’s getting delayed after speaking with nodal managers.I don’t understand what you techteam is doing from past 2 weeks.

              If you customer care team and technical team is not able to check the issue and resolve the issue Remove the connection

              I never thought Airtel service will be like this and I never expect this type of worst service from Airtel

              If you are not able to resolve the issue remove the connection, I do not required such a worst service provider (Airtel) Service.

              Airtel — Improper Value Added Service

              When I got a message for one year pack of hello tune with the recharge of Rs. 198 which is supposed to be activated in 48 hours as per they mentioned. After reading that message I recharged with Rs. 198 and immediately I got confirmation of recharged message on my number. But when I found that it was not activated even after 48 hours which was promised by provider, I called up customer care of Airtel and the person said it will take total 72 hours.
              It was still fine to go.
              But it is now more than 96 hours past and it is not activated.

              The main thing is I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel.
              If I would know that such thing can happen in Airtel, I WOULD "NEVER" HAVE CHOSEN "AIRTEL".

              Should I count it as my "mistake" that I ported from "VODAFONE TO AIRTEL" ??

              Sorry to inform you that Rs.220/- (approximately) has been deducted from my Mobile account (Airtel [protected]) on 15.04.2012.

              I had an account balance of around Rs.220/- on 15.04.2012 morning. Without a single usage this unfair deduction has been done.

              Kindly replenish my account balance and pave way to continue my airtel usage.

              This is complaint regarding Airtel for not giving me SMS plan which they promise me to give 100 sms daily free it is a renewable pack of Rs.64 which is cut from my main balance and now it is not working and i didn`t yet receive 100 sms daily free. I made a complaint of same for 3 times to customer care. Up till now no action has been taken. every time they say now i will forward a complaint and don't know what happen to that complaint.               I had got my airtel prepaid connection to postpaid on 16/Oct/2012. Today I.E 27/10/2012. My outgoing has been stopped. I've not been intimated/Alerted about the same. I am unable to contact the airtel customercare service also because of the same reason.
              Since, mobile is an important mode of communication. The loss here is the lack of proper service and the cost I've to bear for the breakage of communication. They should have had atleast courtesy to inform me.

                I am really sorry to say but AIRTEL Customer Care Service is really Worst. Airtel is Unable to resolve the query in given time of 4 days.and after that also they are not ready to resolve complaint after 15 days from complaint launched.
                MY COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBER - CBNRA[protected]
                I am using airtel Campus sim card.When my cards validity was supposed to end on 3rd OCTOBER 2011.I did call Airtel Customer Care to Confirm regarding validity recharge for same previous scheme to continue with my number.Customer Care Executive Gave me WRONG INFORMATION regarding recharge i.e. Instead of 96 she told me to recharge of 41.WHICH CONVERTED MY CAMPUS PLAN OF 10 PAISE / MIN to 1RS / MIN.
                Thats really irritating and AIRTEL IS STILL NOT GIVING ME MY OLD PLAN BACK. CCE are DISCONNECTING MY CALLS..
                IF THIS COMPLAINTS ARE REALLY OBSERVED BY ANY PERSON OR COMPANY PERSON....PLEASE TAKE FOLLOWUP OF IT AND PLEASE HELP ME IN RESOLVING MY QUERY.

                    I experienced the same from Airtel.Now i am planning to port out from Airtel
                    Most of the links in Airtel will be having issues. I have seen this in both Airtel Internet Section & DTH section. I have to try minimum of 5 times to Recharge my DTH Account online and was never able to submit the Feedback even after trying for around 15 times.

                    Airtel, please understand that you are not a Local website and this is not the standard for a Company like Airtel.

                    Please think before you were moving out of airtel.

                    Unmatched network coverage, very good 3g internet speed is the strength of airtel.yes it is having lot of issues in cutomer care.

                    but if you switch to anyother network provider only for cost, my advice is dont switch.

                    if we getting something cheap, we cannot expect quality in that.Most of the network providers, apart from airtel and vodafone were not good.

                    If you really want to swtich switch to vodafone. airtel and vodafone were always good.

                      I have booked the Airtel HD set top box... its 15 days and still ot is pending, whenever a call is given to the customer service a complain ref number is provided and nothing else is done. speak to the dealer thay r not aware of anything. Airtel dth servise is the mostg services i have ever come across... please donot take their services.

                          Complaint: Other network provider numbers (except airtel number) are not able to call to my number [protected], calls getting drops “Disconnecting”. But the airtel numbers people can do call to my number [protected]. I can do the outgoing calls to any network operator from my number ([protected]). I can send and receive SMS from any network operator.

                          Excise: I have done this excise.
                          1. Changed the handsets and choosing network selection
                          2. Changed the SIM

                          Duration of problem: 28th September 2011(from 1st day activation of this number [protected])
                          Model of handset(s) : I have tried with both Nokia 2600C and Nokia C2
                          Error message : Other people(Other than Airtel users), while calling to my number [protected], their calls get drops “Dissconnecting”

                          Sample numbers via which you are not able to receive incoming calls: [protected], [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and etc.

                          I have given my complaints to Airtel people several times, but without resolving problem and my concern, they are closing my complaint request.

                          Service Request numbers: 39857557, 40112032 and 39878710

                          Kindly request you to raise SIR (Special Investigation Report) and send one technical executive to my palace & rectify the problem.

                          Otherwise organize to meeting with technical team; I will directly meet at their place.

                          I Request you to take high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

                            after contacting customer care many times my internet connectivty on my c5 nokia is not working and on others mobile handsets its working, so also i checked my phone modem ,its working on other operators ,so i m frustrated from the service customer care help from 4 days,if any one wana query from me then contact me @[protected], my name is jagwinder singh.
                            I am using Airtel Internet connection (Rs. 15/ per day) in BNK Mandal, near Srikalahasti (A.P). I am getting full signal also.

                            But The connection speed is too slow to download anything.

                            Please let me know how can I increase my speed.

                            Airtel customer care rep tells that they are providing the speed of 40Kbps. But I am getting only 1 - 2 Kbps.

As they have given me the confirmation message that ur moblie reacharge is completed with talk time Rs 0.000. MRP Rs 498. Trans ID 6494464 (Rs 498 is the amount for the kolcutta Mo Office user)

                            Recently I shifted from Kerala to Chennai and I had taken Internet connection from Airtel using airtel dongle with unlimited monthly plan.My internet services got suspended saying that they could not verify my address.I had submitted my rental contract as address proof.Later after making several calls to the customer care and sending several mails too,they said the problem can be solved if I go to the Airtel Relationship Centre (Kodambakkam) from where I had taken the postpaid sim for internet.I went there and they gave me a new sim card and said address verification for the same would be done in 2 days.Once again I submitted my rental contract copy,ID proof and alternate contact number.Also I dropped a cheque of Rs 855.20 at their drop box there for my first sim bill (which I hardly used for 10 days).From the next day onwards I called those people asking to come for verification,almost a week I continuously called them and then they were telling that somebody came came for verification the next day after I took the new sim and again my address verification was negative.When I asked why nobody called me before coming,they said my number was not in use (I am still using the same number).Second time,they again suspended my internet connection.Again they are asking to visit their office and submit address proof and ID card,which I had already submitted twice.Also I got a mail from Airtel saying that I did not pay my first sim bill.I called them saying the details of my cheque (cheque number and date).They seem to have lost my cheque.I have never seen such irresponsible customer care in my life.Now I don't have internet connection at home,and they keep sending me bills without resuming my net connection.For the sim they have already suspended,they are giving some additional charges.Also when I called the nodal officer,Tamil Nadu for help,he gave me address of Airtel office which was not working.Altogether,I should say Customer care people are very bad here and do not take care of the customer at all,and cause a lot of inconvenience too.I had to spare my time and money unnecessarily twice to visit Airtel Office for getting my internet connection back,which they hav'nt done inspite of all calls,mails and visits yet.All I get is some bills to the same address which they say cannot be verified.

                              Good Afternoon,

                              This is Anil Kaura, this is my 2nd compliant against Airtel Broadband services. This compliant is regarding my Airtel Broadband Modem which is not working from the past one month.

                              Now after completing a year my 'Broadband Modem' is not working. I have asked Airtel to proving me a ‘new modem’ or ‘Cancellation’ of connection. It seems that Airtel's rule is not to provide alternate modem at free of cost. It may be good strategy for Airtel to earn an income. But, in today's competitive scenario, I'm getting a better connection (wireless data card) which has a speed of 301mbps and at good cost.

                              I made several calls for cancellation of connection. The details of such specified below;

                              On 19th September, Reference No – 4335858, cancellations of services of Airtel Broadband to Mr. Rajesh (Customer Service Executive).
                              On 20th September I have received a call from Ms. Deepa (Backend Team member – Airtel Broadband Services) she said Airtel is ready to provide me an alternate modem.
                              Then I made following call for cancellation and also received few calls from Airtel for alternate modem.

                              On September 26th - Spoke to Ms. Vijay Lakshmi
                              On September 28th - Spoke to Mr. Shankar
                              On October 1st - Spoke to Mr. Nagendra
                              On October 5th - Spoke to Ms. Anu Chandralaga
                              On October 7th - I don't remember the name
                              On October 8th - Spoke to Ms. Sujitha
                              On October 13th - Spoke to Mr. Pavithran & Mani Shankar
                              On October 14th - Spoke to Mr. Jaya Kumar & Mr. Samuel
                              On October 17th - Spoke to Ms. Subha & Mr. Kapil

                              Please tell me how many more calls I need to make to disconnect Airtel Broadband and services. The connection is not working from one month starting from 17th September till now. Despite this, if I have been forced to pay any Bills, then, I have to take some serious steps against Airtel. I may have to sue Airtel for this inconvenience provided to me. All the executives of Airtel say that the process of disconnecting the connection is 7 days. Then why is it taking more than one month now?

When I contacted with customer care they are also doing nothing for this case. I want to deactivate this service because it cut my balance.So kindly solve this problem quickly.

But in a month it is enough times message from Airtel "free viewing period for your airtel digital TV & it will expire another one or two days please recharge".

                                  Despite recharging my bangalore airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected] by Rs.18/- to avail free per day admissible local/national sms for a month, as per tariff chart of airtel supplied to recharge shop vendors, my prepaid a/c balance has been deducted for each of my smses sent. Itz nothing but clearcut cheating. Airtel must recredit my deducted amount forthwith otherwise I would prefer discontnuing my this no. -- b.p.sahu,bonafide customer, bangalore.

                                      Airtel Mobile Services — AirTel not allowing portability

                                      Am holding AirTel mobile number [protected] and am wanting to switch to Vodafone with the number portability. Inspite of my best efforts .. and after taking adequate time .. have recd a SMS from vodafone ( not able to contact anyone from Airtel now ) saying Airteil has REFUSED porting request ( AY972887 dated Feb 14th ) with the reason - 'there are subsisting contractual obligation ...                                       Hi,

                                      I have sent a port out request through MNP and filled out the form at Tata Docomo.

                                      Today I received a call from Airtel that they will make my calls as follows as an offer to stay with Airtel:

                                      Airtel to Airtel = 10 paisa per min
                                      Airtel to others = 30 paisa per min
                                      STD = 40 paisa per min

                                      However, when i called a local Airtel number my call costs were higher as usual.

                                      Being fadeup, I called your Customer Service and they were rude to me and every time I asked for their seniors they hung up after sometimes.

                                      Have I made a mistake by canceling the port out request? The people who assured me about the offer called from a number which don't have any incoming facility and the number of times i tried i failed.

                                      Is this the way you find suitable to hold your customers by making fake promises?

                                      They called from the number [protected] about the fake offer and the customer service executive who hung up the phone was Sourav Sharma
                                      The call from [protected] clearly stated that they are providing me the offer for 2 months and it will automatically get renewed every 2 months free of charge. Why you people cheat us like this?

                                      Airtel-Prepaid — portability

                                      I have been costomer of airtel for three years and i m giving complaint on them The reason is

                                      1.Without providing any service and information taking service charges
                                      2.There is no proper responce for the issue
                                      3.They haven't give me any kind of offers till now.

                                      Becouse of above given issue i applied for portablity and they rejected my portablity.

                                      Airtel Mobile Service — Airtel Not allowing me for Porting

                                      I've been a customer for the past 6 years with Airtel. I've always expressed my concern for their incapabilities. Now I requested for porting from Airtel. This happened on 14th March,2011. Till date those people are giving a call to get the feedback about their service and this is basically a process to retain me in their network. I rejected their offer. They are playing with me for the past 15 days by rejecting my application citing nuisance reasons.
                                      I'd request you to sort out this issue and allow me for porting.

                                      I perfectly agree with you. Even my case is exactly same. I had successfully ported out of Reliance without any problem. They had just called me once or twice in order to ask me the reason. After finding valid reason they had accepted my request. But, this Airtel is just not ready to accept it.

                                      I do not understand, if Government of India had made a rule to accept the request within 7 working days, then why they are not just obaying it?

                                      How can they say, they can't do it. Are there no rules for them or was it our mistake to take Airtel connection in the past?

                                      Airtel — POOR SERVICE NOT ALLOWING ME FOR PORTABILITY

                                      I am not happy with the services of Bharti Airtel Prepaid want to convert in Vodafone.
                                      But they are neither allowing me nor getting any replies from them.
                                      I am trying to call customer care so many times first not able to contact, if get connected no one able to help me.

                                      Airtel — NOT ALLOWING PORTABILITY TO VODAFONE

                                      Sir,

                                      I am Sakthivel.N from maduranthakam, my mobile number is 91-[protected]. I would like to change mobile service provider (Portability) AIRTEL TO VODAFONE, but airtel network is not allowing to change to vodafone technically they are not supporting. Most of the time I contact to the customer care there is no option to change the portability, and computerised voice says that try again.. try again.. and it says "INVALID PORTIN NUMBER". I request you to intervene and solve the issue immediate basis.

                                        Hi, I am Murugan Kasirajan from Kadambur, Tuticorin District having prepaid connection No.[protected] bought from Raju Cell Zone, Coimbatore. today I lost my mobile, i want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK the Sim card.
                                        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). If any further process is there to issue the duplicate Sim card, pl. let me know.

                                        AirTel — Lost SIM - PREPAID

                                        On 15.6.10 Complained and applied for New SIM for the lost Mobile No. [protected] at AIRTEL Customer Relationship Centre at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was assured to get activation in 48' Hours, ie., by 17.6.10 at 1.30pm. Now the time is 4.51pm. It is painful to note that till this second I have not received Activation. Kindly help me in this regard.

                                        My Airtel prepaid sim no. [protected] (of Bangalore, Karnataka) is lost, so kindly block it with immediate effect. Thanks.
