I was having a airtel mobile no [protected]. I had paid advance rental of Rs.998 for 1 year under their scheme Plan 298 on August 2007 to July 2008 after using one year I had discontinue this facility on this number, even i also inform to your call centre person to discontinue this number & its service also discontinued by you, now they again send me a bill of advance rental for the bill for which i already given a call to stop the service.Your executive came to my place & i told him briefly everything, after that i had received so many calls by your executives & I tell to them all the situation, even I tried to contact your clarification contact person so many times (Mr. Rajesh [protected] & Mr. Subodh-[protected]) but they never picked my call. I get very shocking u send me again Legal Letter.
Services to this number has been discontinued after one year, so there is no meaning left of any other bill or advance rental.
You are requested to look into the matter so that this is solved at the earliest.

Hi Team,

I am really unhappy with the customer service provided by Airtel. The company which carries the brand name in the market has such a poor committment towards the customers. I have been the continously experiencing problem with Airtel for getting my BILLS on line. As communicated bt your CSR team this will reduce the cost of your company if you send us the bill online but what about those customers who hav not the BILL details from June 2008 till date. Yes, i have not received my bill details from past 8 months but still as a gud customer i am maiking the regular payment agianst the generated amount.

I want to bring it to your notice that if i would not receive all the bill details then i will take strict against your company.
