don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.
I am a airtel customer from past 6 years and postpaid customer from past 3 years. Till October 2007 I was satisfied with airtel service and network. Till September 2007 I was in 449TKT plan. On 11th September 2007 I interacted with Mr. Manjunath K (Airtel customer care) regarding new airtel plans and he told about 349 TKT in that no clip charges, monthly 600 minutes free local cals to any mobile, 200 sms free and other details. Then I thought this rate plan is OK compared to 449 TKT and I send sms to change the rate plan. And this plan is activated on October 2007 and in October bill I came to know monthly free calls is only 450 minutes. When I visited to nearest airtel office in Bangalore they told that is a mistake done by customer care and they cannot give 600 minutes free calls as the plan is chaged.
If this mistake is from customer care people, who is suffering, then what is the use of customer care when we cannot get the correct information and details.
So don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.

Dear Sir/madam,

This is to bring to your notice regarding the Airtel post paid connection card.I have opted for this plan on Jan 27,2008 (post Paid no - [protected]) .But after two days my card was blocked(the facility was stopped).Even though i have saubmitted all the documents required by the company and also completed all the formalities.But when i went to the nearby Airtel Customer care office (which is located at Tilak Rd,Pune), the executive head who was incharge of theat office misbehaved with me and told me to come after 12.00 Pm.I was informad by him that my residenctial verification has been not done.When the executive came for verification, i told him that i am in the office(which is far away from my flat)i told him to come at 7.00 pm or else come to my office as my flat would be locked.But he did not listen to any of my request and reporte a negative remark in my form.When i called directly in the customer care, i was informed that the executive will again come for verification (before coming he would give me a call).But till date nobody came and still my card is blocked.I am facing too much inconvinience and this allresulted in frustration as i need to talk to my parentds and relatives as i am staying away from my home town.Please help me regarding this.

For last one year without any reason airtel activate my YZone for last one year try to unsub but they can't unsubscibe everymonth they deduct Rs.30 from my balance. After lot of reminder they still deduct for Yzone. I never using yzone

hello i am using airtel prepaid connection.yesterday i lost my Rs 200 balance suddenly without using antything.when i called airtel customer care they never gave any answer yesterday .when i called again toady regarding deduction in my balance they where saying i downloaded java games thats y the balance is deducted.i never downloaded any java content and if so that content is suppose to be in my mobile.i am just making u aware of the service providres attitude they make money without no reason troubling the customer.use less airtell you have no right to deduct money from customer balance anybody have any answer for theseeeeeeeee??????
Even I am being charged Rs. 30/- for Yahoo Zone from last 3 months which I do not use at all. I called customer care twice and they say go to AirTel Live in your mobile and unsubscribe there.. but it gives me a error and i'm still subscribed.. I was Using MNP 149 Postpaid plan having 450 Local+STD minutes. I received a call from Customer Care Executive stating that Airtel is Closing all MNP 149 Plan and You need to change your current plan, its mandatory for every customer using this plan. But later I came to know that there isn't any such case. And now on complaining regarding this they are saying that once deactivated you can't get that plan again. I also dropped a mail regarding this but no proper response to it.

    Dear Sir,
    I have been using Airtel connection ([protected]) since one year under friends scheme. My validity has to be finished in 7 Nov 2007 under this scheme. Before that (on 1 Nov 2007) Airtel send me an SMS that,"By the recharge of Rs. 110 you can increase your validity to one year". On that day itself (on 1 Nov 2007) I do the recharge of Rs. 110, through ICICI (internet banking) mobile recharge facility. Recharge has done but the validity do not increases to one year, only they increases it upto 15 days.
    After that they stoped my incoming and Outgoing. From that day (15th nov) I am regularly complaining them through Costomer Care, at that time they say "your problem will solve within 78 hrs". But Still this problem has not solved.
    And today on 20 nov 2007 they say that "your problem will be solved, and your money will collapsed". This statement has said by the Senior Costomer Care officer named "MAZID" Pune. I am very much disturb by his statement. How they can do like this.
    Sir, please try to solve my problem. I will be very thankful to you for this.

      That the consumer namely Sri Biplab Kumar Choudhary S/o Late Kedar Nath Choudhary R/O Nawratan Hata Purnea Dist- Purnea, State- Bihar, Pin- 854301, purchased a Airtel Mega Phone Scheme in the year 2006, bearing Model No. FGD8900CE0980, phone no. [protected], Sim serial No-[protected].

      That the scheme covered under the agreement of Rs.1.11/3 min. for the all local calls at Bihar and Jharkhand either GSM or Non GSM or the Base line phone, and Rs. 2.20 for the S.T.D. calls and Rs. 5.56 for ISD (USA and UK).

      That the consumer made many request and complains to the customer care as follows:

      Remarks: - No Response till now where as it was said by the customer care officer, that you will be intimated within 48 hours after the complain maid, during the complain process.

      That the consumer tried to made more complains but it was not received or taken by the customer care executive on the dialed no 121 and refused to not the complain or request and still not a single intimation has made on the above said complain or request by the customer care.

      That the consumer is suffering from numbers of inconvenience for the month of September to November.

      That the consumer further requesting you to credit all unauthorized deducted amount into the consumer's account and also provide or order to provide the statement of account for the month of September, October and November 2007 as well within 48 hours.

          Dear Sir,

          I had purchased a new Handset from The Mobile Store, Plot No.118, Ground Floor, 80Ft Road, Koramangala Indl. Area, Bangalore – 95 (Phone No. +[protected] on the 3rd Nov ’07 and got a AirTel postpaid connection with it as they had an offer. I had to leave for my native immediately for Diwali vacation and would be back to Bangalore only on the 12th.

          I have been denied activation from AirTel since then for new postpaid sim, citing the following reasons:

          1. PAN intimation letter + PAN Card photocopy is not a legal document for proof of identity & address.
          2. I have also submitted a house Rental agreement photocopy as additional documentary proof for the connection. I have filled in the necessary Subscription Form & also given my photographs.

          I have escalated the issue by 3 levels within AirTel Customer Care but still I have not got the activation. I also visite the AirTel Customer Relationship Centre at Koramangala, Bangalore (Run by Franchisee: AirTime Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore)

          Hi,

          This is with reference to a easy recharge done on 19 Oct for a STD number [protected] from Bangalore with recharge ref no 36449156 for 521 which was never credited to the given number ([protected] )

          Since than I am following up with issue from post to post

          I myself have a postpaid connection with your company through which I am not able to get connected to prepaid dept and post paid dept is not ready to help me in this issue ( spoken to Ravi Kumar and Ahbilash floor managers postpaid dept who were of no use actually not customer centric )

          If you didn't solve this issue and credited the amount of 251 INR to the a/c of [protected] I am going to get the things done through the consumer court

            I have been paying my AIRTEL dues regularly but have not been provided any connectivity since August'2007 .How terrible is actually BHARATI AIRTEL service you can gauge by kind of treatment they have given me even after payment of all dues from the mail exchange as I have reproduced VERBATIM :

            I am left with no option but to write to you as the complaints section
            in AIRTEL world through which I already registered a complaint failed
            to do the needful. I am a executive working in Oil & natural Gas
            Corporation(ONGC) at Mumbai and although my company has provided me
            with a Dolphin connection(which is mandatory as ONGC is a PSU) I have
            also had taken a AIRTEL connection with the subject number and an
            last year which was activated on 28/03/2006. Since I had the DOLPHIN connection I rarely used the AIRTEL
            connection . However whenever I tried to use the connection I never
            got any connectivity and even if I got the same it was poor but as I
            had the dolphin connection I thought I would try later. The status has
            been the same even as of now. I admit that my payments made were all
            delayed payments ,but the point is I made the payments but got no
            service at all.Very recently I made a payment of Rs2423 through net
            using credit card and presently my account is showing nothing as
            outstanding. I did register a complaint on 03.11.2007 and a lady
            called up on 06.11.2007 asking as to what was my problem . After
            hearing from me the lady said that there was some payment outstanding
            against me , after I told her that I had already made payment of all
            my dues through net she said she would check up and would revive my
            connection. I waited paitently thinking that probably the connection
            will be activated ,but that has not materialised .Although my account
            on net is showing nothing outstanding and status of my connection as
            active yet I have no connectivity . The most ridiculous part is I have
            already been billed for the period 08/10/2007 to 08/11/2007 for Rs
            845/- without getting any service at all !! . Being the nodal officer
            I expect that you will in keeping with the standards of AIRTEL will
            check on what went wrong in my case and set things right immediately
            so that I can start using the connection by today evening.

However, given the radio wave frequency limitations, size and topography of the city, it is sometimes very challenging to define the exact extent of coverage. Our network team is however, working on improving outdoor as well as indoor coverage by planning cell sites throughout the city and maximizing the signal strength.

            Further, regarding the service request number 14426244, we would like to inform you that the network coverage problem is due to some temporary congestion on our cell site and the same would be rectified soon and we would revert to you once the problem gets resolved.

            We understand your concern and will work together to resolve your issue.

            Thank u for the necessary actions taken. Yesterday evening I got a
            call from AIRTEL from [protected] with a lady executive asking for
            payment of my outstanding dues. When I told her that I had already
            paid the amount through net the lady said that my outstanding amount
            was still showing on her PC and that my net payment was not being
            refelected on her PC . On my insistence she said she would check and
            come back in 10 mts. That 10 mts never materialised and I had to call
            her to know what information she had gathered as I had my information
            ready . The lady informed that my payment had been made but did not
            know that my connection was non-existent and confirmed that my

            is at BANDRA )& not KANDIVALI where you have mentioned that there is
            some temporary congestion.I also I have been billed for Rs845/- for
            08/10/2007 to 09/11/2007 . I am proceeding to Delhi on 20.11.2007 & I
            would request you please do needful so that My connection which even
            as of today at 1235hrs is non-functional (as the signal tower is

            How much u are concerned & how much you are resolving my issue I have
            very well come to know by now . AIRTEL customer care has literally
            done nothing since my first complaint I had made on 12.11.2007 to :

            Airtel — RAW DEAL IN RECHARGING MOBILE

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I got my mobile telephone No [protected] recharged for Rs 250 on 08 Oct 07 through my ICICI Bank account on the internet. The recharge was done for a sum of Rs 93 only. On querying the customer service of Airtel I was told that there was a service charge of Rs 129 and a validity of 15 days had been given from the day of recharge. I told that I already had validity up to 13 Dec 07. I was told that I should have checked up the terms and conditions before asking for the recharge.
            It will be appreciated that after paying Rs 250 if one gets goods worth Rs 93 only, then one feels cheated. I can understand the requirements of paying taxes, but a processing fee of Rs 129 is stealing consumers blind. I request that this issue be raised for resolution please.

            for last so many years but despite my repeated requests to your Customer Care Centre at 121 I am not getting any satisfactory response. During Aug 2007 Mr.Sunil M. No. [protected] took the request from me alongwith the relative documents for change of plan from One150 Plan to AES 99 Plan which was launched for Govt Banking & Financial Institutions as I am working With Canara Bank hence applied for change of plan. After my repeated requests to Mr. Sunil, during Sept ' 07 he has confirmed me the change of plan but all in vain when I received the bill. On 13.10.2007 I took up the matter with your 121 and had a talk with Pooja, the reply was that the system is being upgraded hence nothing can be done and further suggested to a talk with R M. and further informed that the matter can be taken with them only after 15.10.2007 (8 P M). On 01.11.2007 again I took up the matter and had a talk with Mr Chandan, Ist his reply was that system is under upgradation nothing can be done. When I insisted for the same, after keeping a long hold, I was informed that the plan has been changed to AES 99 and next bill will be received according to AES 99 and subsequently refrence no 14399664 was given through SMS.

            Yesterday I have received the bill and to my surprise the plan has been changed to Super Plan 199.Instead of reduction in bill amount now I have to pay more. This day i.e. on 16.11.2007, I had talk with Mr.Vinit at 121 who has informed that the reactivation of the plan is not possible and that can not be done at their end. But he was not having the reply how it was changed to Super 199 from One 150 Plan and where is the amount of advance rent of Rs.150/- collected from me.

            There are more to say but I am ending with a request to arrange to change my plan to AES 99 w.e.f 01.11.2007 if not from Aug 2007 (the date of my request). Please note that I will not paying the Bill received by me under Super 199 plan till the matter is resolved. If the same is not resolved before the due date of the bill i.e.24.11.2007 I will be forced to surreder the phone as apart from this I am having lot of other complaints which I have taken up your 121 and with TRAI, New delhi as well.

            I am associated with Airtel since 1997 . Off late (nearly 2 years) I have come across some difficulties with your network. I have brought this to the notice of your customer care division
            innumerable times. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the cause of
            voice breakage and call drop could not be diagnosed, thus problem persists
            for nearly 2 years now.

            Early this month I have again lodged a complain vide ref no. 15831479 for
            the same defect that was escalated to Mr Subrajit Ghosh who witnessed the
            call drop several times. He was genuinely very co-operative but till date
            Airtel has not been able to solve the problem.

            Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number ([protected]) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

            I an customer of CellOne Post paid service for the mobile no - [protected]. I ahve not received the printed Bill Since the last 3 months via Post. However, I am enquired about the billing amount through customer care and made payments online in july and august. This time in september I have not been able to pay the bill online due to some problems during the transactions.
            Kindly respond urgently on my Mobile No or by Email.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — no proper response from ur customer care

            My mobile no. [protected]. i had already paid my bill on saturday 4/10/08 rup.9800/- from Shop No.5 Tilak complex Dombivili East at around 4pm.
            My phone is still in deactivate condition for last 4 days.
            i hve cal customer care for last 4 days but they notgiving proper response, they r always given excuse that ur phone will get active withuin 4 hours but it is still deactive.
            Iam using now my phone in Jamnagar(Gujrat) n there is roaming,
            Iam also calling the Manager Mrs.Sanjana her no.[protected], at first she only gave little response afterwards when we cal she is not recieving my cal.
            Iam receiving such problem.
            Kindly go through my request and provide the necessary measures as early as possible otherwise we wuld talk to consumer forum about it and we will take adequate measures.

            Airtel — Call breaking

            i'm a high postpaid user of airtel since 2 years.Several times i'd faced the problem of call breaking as well as network problem.inspite of complaininig many times no action has been taken.i'm just fed up that what to do and to whom i should say.customer care people say that we are looking for it.at last they only say to contact to the nearest airtel office.airtel office people say that may be due to moisture coming in the sim u may b facing the problem.
            But at last the problem is not yet solved.
            i am naeem momin at mumbai i lost my airtel no:.[protected] but i am coplent to you gallary at crowford market they said that this no;. is not related to me even not my name i give my all document of my name but you said is mistake to writte my name ans address that y i am not get my sim card of same no.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Barring of Outgoing Facility

            Dear Sir,

            I Mohsin Khan, would like to kindly bring to your notice that after chasing Bharti Airtel Limited - Customer Service Department since 1900 hrs, Tuesday, 16 December 2008 the company has not activated my outgoing facility till 1630 hrs on 17 December 2008.

            Since 16 December 2008 I have called up the Customer Service Department 05 times i.e. 1912 hrs, 2130 hrs and 2213 hrs on Tuesday, 16 December 2008. 1222 hrs and 1541 hrs on Wednesday, 17 December 2008.

            During these conversation with various executives of the company they have given a reason that my number was deactivated by mistake. Prior to this I have been getting the computerised message saying that services to my mobile number has been barred due to delay in the payment. Where as that has not been the case because if you would also check the company records they had a credit balance of INR 303 as on 17 December 2008.

            Whenever I have called up for the help they shown attitude and made false commitments.

            The one name of the employee of the company that I can recall is Santok Singh who was actually very discourteous.

            The company has sent a SMS giving the reference number (i.e.[protected] at 15:49 hrs on Wednesday, 17 December 2008.

            I am suffering due to negligence of the company and unethical attitude of the employees.

            Bharti Airtel Ltd. has just been charging money without providing any services to its customers. I am sure this would be the case with not only me but may be others as well.

            I would be grateful if you could help me resolving my problem and also take appropriate action against the company.

            I'm using postpaid connection of airtel since 2004 in Dehradun. Even after making the payment, my outgoing and incoming services were discontinued. When I enquired in there office I came to know that my payment was due. They told me that no payment was made from your side. I showed them the receiving of the payment which I made them through cheque. They told me that your cheque has been misplaced and to reissue another cheuqe. As I had to make the stop payment so I demanded written letter of the misplaced cheque. But they disagreed. Even your zonal office, customer care and franchise office didn't cooperate me. Because of this I had to face lots of problem and this made me mentally and physically ill. And moreover repeatedly they disturbed me for the payment through phone calls and and sending person at residence also.

            I had two connections of airtel post paid mobile phone when I was in Delhi. In June. 2008 I shifted to Navi Mumbai. so I requested Airtel for the closure no. via reference no : 17923196. till date nobody contacted me. I had given them my new no and new address also.

            But even after repeated complaints and mails they are now harassing my parents for payment which I cleared at the time of request.

            My parents even have given them my new adddress and new no, but still they are harassing them.

            Since I'm at Navi Mumbai, please advice what to do. Can I lodge police complaint here in Navi Mumabi. Also adivice how to file complaint in consumer forum.

            I am receiving SMS from 64611015 regarding “USING FUSION LOUNGE MULTI CONTENT PACK” which is not subscribe by me. These services charging monthly Rs.15 from last 6 month to till date. For this I have talked with Customer care and they told that it will be unsubscribe and you will not face this problem again (last month request reference no [protected]). But I am very sorry to say that I am still charging by your company. It is against the Rule. You are requested to discontinue this type of services. You are also requested to look into the matter that how and why these services have been activated on my phone and kindly refund my all money charged by you.             I have applied for a broad band connection combo pack 799/- on 4th of this month. Rs 500 was prompyly collected by the sales executive of Agarwal Infocomms (Super-DSA Airtel) Chennai 79 with a promise that connection would be effcted with in ten days. Nothing has happened and there was no communication from them either. I had to chase them every day to elicit some information. Since nothing has happened, I have sent an e mail to the nodal officer here in Chennai. The two e mails that I have sent have not even been acknowledged till date. ThereafterI have sent one to their HQ. The HO is no better than the Nodal office.
            I have been asking the party to return the 500/ but even on this score they are silent. I have yet to come across a worst service provider like Bharti Airtel. I have been using Tata broadband where the speed is fluctuating but then needless to say their service is excellent.

            Myself Jaspal singh rawat R/o of 704 baba farid puri, west patel nagar, new delhi-110008, a month before i called your customer care no. 121 for a broadband conncetion and from there a executive came at my above address to show the plans related to the said connection and i sellected a plan about Rs 549 (Unlimited) for my broadband connection and on the same day on 23 of May, 2009 i filled a customer enrollment form for the said connection and paid him Rs 650 in cash for the connection, but till date i did not received any respond against that. The address in the form is "Bharti Airtel Limited 224, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-111, New Delhi-110020" the Customer enrollment form no. 1754294 and the person who came was Mr. Rahul, Cell no. [protected].The Applicant name in the form is "Sunita rawat" as the preiour connection of MTNL was in her name therefore they told me that the new connection will be issued in her name.

            So, i request you to look into the matter and do the needful action against this .

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Cheating for new number activation

            I am currently using Airtel prepaid service. My number is [protected]. Three weeks back (Around 20th October), I was contacted by an Airtel-executive (Ph: [protected] and [protected]) for some new offer. The new offer was on a postpaid sim so I needed to take a new sim card. I agreed for the offer and then an Airtel agent visited my hostel. He gave me the SIM and took my documents along with Rs. 600, as was discussed with the executive on the call. I was promised that within a day or two I would be called for the number activation and other processes. They did contacted me for a few days but number didn't get started. When I tried to contact them, their number generally were unreachable. Even when the contact established, they didnt used to pick the call. Very few time, they picked it up and again promised me to do the processing within an hour but nothing of that sort happened.
            Then I visited Airtel website to look for some official feedback and contact link where I got an email id ([protected]@airtelindia.com) for such complaints. I contacted them on 28th of October after which a series of mail followed and in last I was again assured in the mail itself that I will get their reply by 3rd Nov 2009. But the reply didn't come. I again contacted them on 5th of Nov asking for their ignorance but I have not received anything till now. It should be noted that whenever someone sends a mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com he receives an acknowledgement and a message that he will get contacted within 24 hours. I always got the acknowledgement, so I am sure they have started ignoring my mail.
            I see it as a case of cheating the customer not only through their executives and agents but also by giving false assurance over the web-domain and in e-mails.

            Airtel — Poor connectivity since September 2007

            Poor connectivity exists at & around Manubar Chokdy at Bharuch, Gujarat. Repeatitive complaints were of no use.
            On omplaining to the Airtel Customer Service (121), they keep on talking about the upcoming new booster station since 2 years. The problem is becoming pathetic day by day & all complaints have fallen to deaf ears.
            i dont want a paper bill the bill shld be sent to my E Mail ID
            1. On dt.10.12.09 I recharged Rs.68/- for power plus of 1 year in Airtel.
            2. Subsequently I got a message that same facility is available on same date for Rs.38/- which was previously Rs.68/-.
            3. If 38/- is the actual value of the power plus then how Rs.68/- is also the value of same.
            4. I complain more than 5 times to the Customer Care Executives to return my Rs.30/-
            5. Non of them solved but denied to confess the mistake in procedure of Airtel management.
            6. If Rs.68/- powerplus is closed and Rs.38/- is active, then I could have get my talktime of Rs.68/-.
            7. Is it fair for a company like Airtel to exploit the cunsumers like this.
            8. I request to return my Rs.30/- as my talk time.
            9. It is found that Customer Care Executives are disconnecting the Phones without solving the complain.
            10. Even then they are making some tricks in their system so that it is not possible to contact them.

            Please consider my case fairly.

(airtel is not mention this scheme for some selected customer's and recharge after you will get the massage for airtel side) in this scheme you will recharge on Rs.78/- and get 1 paise STD or Local in airtel network and 1.2 paise in other networks and get Rs.70/- Talk time so i recharge on Rs. 78/- on easy recharge on 13/12/2009.
            But the scheme is done and my talk time value is Rs. 0 so i will call to customer care executive and tell my problem to Mr. Deepak - Ref No is [protected]. Mr deepak is guide me to please wait for 24 hours the scheme is update and your balance wiil reach to you but after 24 hours my balance is Rs. 0 . So i again call to customer care executive and talk to Mr. Upendra & Ms. Veena so he and she misguide to me and tell me why are you recharge it because this scheme is not for you. so my question is this if the tool free number 121 is speck the scheme for all customer's freely and with out any condition so who will be responsible for the mistake.             Airtel Bharti Ltd — threatening calls from company

            I was user of airtel telecom company connection vide no. [protected] from October 2004 to the end of 2009. During the relationship of service provider and consumer, I always accommodated with them, however in many occasions their services were not up to the standard.
            Initially I was a prepaid customer of airtel but thereafter I changed the same number into postpaid connection and therefore since October 2006 as a postpaid subscriber. I made all payments of the bills send by them to me at my residence.
            In July and September 2008, when I did not receive any bill from their side, I made complaint to airtel customer care executive and made the payment of the bills pending by their default. Although again in January 2009 the same problem arisen from their side and being a bonafide customer I made payment of their dues.
            In November 2008 when I went to jaipur in RAJASTHAN for my official tour. I requested them to activate roaming facility to my number but the behavior and unprofessional attitude by them caused a great disturbance to me and which caused mental agony and dis-reputation to my image in my fraternity. In this regard they were approached by me but response was nil.

            In April and May 2009 when I have made cash payment of my outstanding in their local outlet/bill collection center, they refused to give any receipt against the payment to me and when I humbly requested to the personnel to their outlet, they manhandled me.

            Like the above discrepancies, when again from the month of June 2009, they did not deliver the monthly generated bill to me, I made complaints and reminders to their local officer and to their nodal officer / appellate officer severally but they never responded to my complaint. In this regard myself done several e-mails to their provided e-mail id in month of September 2009 and thereafter too. Moreover I also sent a request letter with full of pain and agony as I suffered, but despite of all efforts by me they did not pay any attention to my problem.
            Till December 2009 when they did not supply any generated monthly bill from the month of june2009 and refused to pay any attention to me. Then I was constrained to change my mobile connection and I took another one telecom company.
            When I have changed my connection, then they fraudulently had taken the mobile number of my friends from previous connection details [bills]. They threatened my friends badly and when the said friends frightened badly, they on their threat, provided my land line number which was my land lord’s number. And since then their personnel from different numbers are misbehaving [using abuses] with my family members and in the result of that my father has become a patient of hypertension and depression.
            Now their personnel in a filthy way are misbehaving with me and to my family and in an unprofessional way are demanding Rs.3,000/- from me, however when I was user of airtel , they did not a pay any bill of demand in this regard.
            Their behavior is continuously in an unprofessional way has disturbed me and my family and way they are threatening to me has caused huge disturbance to the profession and social de-fame as well. Moreover when I was attending my ailing infant child at hospital, their continuous threat made me a sick of their bloody system.
            Under these circumstances I request you to kindly look into the matter and take any action against concern person of Airtel Company, as it creates huge mental and social harassment of me.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — MOBILE OUT OF SERVICE

            Hi,
            I am Vipul Tripathi having mobile post paid no.[protected] since 2.5 years is made out of service without any prior information 2 months ago.
            Also i have not recieved any bill details neither through hard copy nor through e-mail of any month in these 2.5 years.Even i had launched request for details in the franchisee office at Ropar,College Road.
            I am getting shocked to recieve a recovery amount letter dt. 6th Apr on 02.05.10.
            I am still waiting for details for this huge amount without being using connection from past two months.

            Please help on this matter & take some strong action for not repeating again these types of sufferings to anyboy else.

            Call Drop Found (60 to 90)%, but company replied DOT with wrong information. Previous network report which shows problem gonna removed & always asking for a new netowrk survey in which Ericsson officers found problem but denied to accept as saying this building is not mention in complaint even it is same place mention while lodging complaints. Ericsson officers Mr.Amit Sharma missusing authorities provided by Ericsson in favour of customer by using it in favour of company's benefit, evidences against the same which can prove facts had been retained by customer.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — NO ADJUSTMENT FOR SERVICE OUTAGE

            Dear Sir,

            My connection[protected] was down due to some technical problems on AIRTEL's end from about 30th of November 2010 to 11th of January 2011. I recd. airtel's bill no.[protected] dated 10th January 2011. This bill contains complete rental for the said period.

            I cannot understand when the telephone was out of service for no fault of mine and despite chasing the complaint more than 100 times with airtel's call center and local technical staff it was not repaired, how can AIRTEL charge the rental for the said period. Instead of compensating for the loss of business due to AIRTEL's negligence in provision of services. Airtel has the audacity to charge us rent for the disconnected period.

            I have made the complete payment for the said bill of Rs.2619/- vide my cheque no. 545487 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Bhikaji Kama Place, New Delhi-66 dated 26/1/2011.

            I sent several complaints to customer helpdesks and to their nodal and appellate authorities, no adjustment in rental has been given, rather some of their executives reply and claim that the connection was never down.

            Apart from that, while we logged in several complaints with AIRTEL's call center about the disruption, we also spoke to many of AIRTEL's local technical people about the same. They were:

            3) Mr. Pawan Rana - +91-[protected]

            Air Tel network service provider — AirTel company sold my 9 year old number to somebody illegally

            Hi Sir/ma'am,

            My name is sandep and using airtel no [protected] since 2001. Since last many months i was facing network connectivity problem of airtel in my area and launched saveral complaint to them. Insted of helping of my issue they sold my tel no [protected] to a person few days back. When i spoke to this person he said airtel was keep insisting him to get this tel no [protected] in rs 300 because he already have a similar no 981033.... . When i asked for clarification to airtel they said that i did not use my cell for outgoing paid calls or sms sir 90 days thats why we have disconnected it.

            Sir is this the way to disconnect somebody's number for such reason, i paid an amount to convert my number for life time validity and it was still valit till 2013 moreover i was unable to use it harly because of their bad network. now i decided to port my no then it happend.

            Sugess because i am going to file a harrasment case against airtel for this.

            Well Ericsson is taking care of Bharti Airtel’s Network Coverage & Engineer Mr. Amit Sharma had found & confirmed call drop on the concern site for which from appellate we got commitment to install a booster which was declined by NET & due to same certain of our numbers got discontinued as we had hold the payments against the same after retrieving the statement of an nodal officer that is was your fault if you paid any kind o[censored]nfair dues earlier, discontinuation causes disturbance in existing profile as it got converted in a fresh new comer profile.

            And for this consumer means we got commitment from NET team in written to retain the previous profile & retention of platinum & gold segment of numbers but at last company’s authority NET decline all written commitments by saying that network coverage is adequate & even they denied to move further for the same issue.

            NET had been informed consumer through a letter that we had done network survey on the site & found network coverage adequate even when engineer came to site; he denied surveying the whole three sites mention in the complaint than how they got report for all three?

            Anyone from any authority could visit here in ram nagar, shahdara, Delhi & shall make survey & just show us if he/she could make or receive such a single call in the room situated 1 meter from the street.

            And for anyone’s knowledge we would like to intimate here one thing that call drop could be checked through CDR (Call Detail Report) which exist with service operator for any connection they issued.

            Now we are moving towards the same issue with more sincerity as from last some time we were not been able to follow up the same due to major injuries.

Deducted from my Account. But the problem is still same. i am lossed account balance above 45 to 50 Rs. now the condition is that i am unable to reach the consumer care. they have blocked my number.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Costumer Helpline number is not working & never connected unnecessary charges is deducting

            I am using AIRTEL prepaid numbers, AIRTEL sending pitcher messages & cricket alert every mints, As per AIRTEL system if any services want to stop just send one SMS STOP and send to 121, I try these more than 8 times, after sending a message we received SMS form AIRTEL your services will discontinues in 4hr its never happen.

            Shocking is when send SMS for STOP unnecessary SMS is increased and AIRTEL deducting charges against this Messages, mostly I am using these number only for internet also we kept Rs.30 balance for Emergency for calls but unnecessary messages comes and deduct the amount, I refill in three days Rs.90 every alternate days today my balance is just Rs.12,

            I called in 121 & 198 helpline numbers more then 20times it’s never connected also we try to connected mobile ([protected]) numbers form landline when we dial these numbers answering Machine say this numbers is not valid please checked these numbers and dial again.

            Please help me out for these unnecessary Messages come for AIRTEL and deducting unnecessary charge, I want to revere back my money.

            Airtel — NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE

            This is regarding the complaint which i lodge on 13th of this month. There has been no reply from the airtel customer team for the refund amount. Now its been 25 days, as they have commited that they would refund me the amount within 8-9 working days. Now i am simply wasting my money calling the call centres and writing mail during my office hours.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Deduction of charges without consent

            I have one Air Tel prepaid connection (2G), I have not subscribed for Air Tel Talkies Service still service provider deducting the service charge without my consent. On 2nd October 2011 at 9:21:25 I have received a Msg stating " Airtel Talkies Service has been renewed for Rs 30.00 for next 30 days. though I tried to contact the Airtel Customer care services but got no fruitful result. Such deductions are illegal should be stopped immediately and Airtel to refund the deducted amounts at the earliest. If appropriate action is not initiated, matter will be referred with all concerned authorities.It is not the matter of amount but any deduction without proper consent of the customer / user is improper from the side of service provider ( Bharti Airtel Ltd.)

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Service Not Working/Wrong Charges.

            My service is not working since last few days, I called Airtel customer service and they logged a complaint for me and gave me the reference number 7931238. No action was taken to fix the issue and then next day I got am sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then I called yesterday again and got another complaint registered , reference number 8162704. Again no action was taken and I got an sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then i called Airtel again to get the service cancelled, they disconnect the call when I tell them I am calling to disconnect the service. I called 4-5 times and was disconnected again and agan and finally I had a word with some who actually listended to me for 15 minutes and disconnected the call again. I want to cancel my services and they are not cancelling it.

            Few months before also, my services were interrupted due to problem from Airtel and they did not work for a month, I called to disconnect the servcices that time and somebody from Airtel called in and said they will be discount of Rs 500 on my bill if I continue my services. I said yes because they offered me the discount and I was never provided with that discount.

            Please do something about this as soon as possible and also ask Airtel to cancel my services and waive off the entire charges due on my bill as my services are not working.

            I took one new DSL connection from Bharti Airtel Limited on 4thFeb 2011. And telephonically, I made a request of disconnection on 19thFeb 2011. The DSL number was[protected] and the complaint number provided was1381826. An advance rental payment was made to Bharti Airtel Limited whichincluded 1 month charges. To my surprise, I started receiving bills of the saidnumber and then I made a disconnection request online too (2nd complaint number1398040, 3rd complaint number 1443370).

            The company did not pay any heed to my emails & kept onsending the bills. There was no usage of the DSL as well as voice but still Iwas receiving these bills. Today (17th Dec 2011), I received a legalnotice from Civil Court for the settlement of dues with Bharti Airtel Limited.I'm dazed & don't have words to express my feelings. I personally feel that these companies are harassing the consumers for no reason and are trying tomint money through these mediums.

            There are so many advertisement pertaining to Air tel services and brand. But I feel it's one of the worst services provided to the customer. My wife has Air tel sim card No.[protected]. and she is House wife. It's amazing when ever I called from office on the above said Nos. the reply comes "switch off" since weeks time. My personally took it to local shop and found that the sim Card has been damaged. It's not even two years time I got the above Nos.

            More over my wife has been operated for stone in stomach. There would be so many reasons to contact her, but with this above nos I cannot. I have planned to switch to Vodapbone services. I shall advise all friends and relatives not to use the Air tel services in future.

            Bharti Airtel Limited — Billing error

            STD rate has been charge extra from long time , details is as under
            1. my plan has been active 16.04.2009 and usage charge was local Re 0.50 and STD Rs. 1.50 after that we are getting the discount @ Re0.5 in STD
            2. Advance rental paid on 15.04.2011 for two years up to 14.04.2013
            3. Before 21st jan 2012 my STD usage charges was 1.50 per minute and i am not aware why are the charge Re 0.50 extra
            4. After that we have change the plan and customer care executive ensure there is no rental will be charge because we have pay advance rent but in current bill (after 21st Jan 2012) rental @ 299/- month charge
            5. once against wrong information has been passed by customer care executive i.e. current std rate is 0.75


            Please help me to recover the my hard money

            To day morning at 10.20 am Mr. Ashutosh from your Delhi Customer Care called me and told that please recharge of Rs.2390/- towards your normal channels will become HD [High Definition] for life long. In this regard, I paid for the same.

              I was a customer of the Airtel group with the contact no [protected].

              I expressed my dissatisfaction and to Willingness to discontinue with airtel sevices at airtel office, Yagnik Road, Rajkot, Gujarat on 12 august 2004.
              I was asked to wait for a call from airtel for a week to resolve the non-convenience AND was told that I will not be charged if there is no usage ( NO Out going Calls of SMS etc) if I am disagree to continue . I immediately stopped using airtel services (12 August 2004) and waited for communication. Till 24 august 2004 there was no communication. I deposited my simcard to airtel at rajkot and paid the charges of Rs. 2043/- against the bill for the month of july 2004. And asked for the bill against the usage till 12 ausust 2004.

              Then After I was charged for whole month even it was not usage after 12 august. I refused to pay that amount. But company still continued to send me bill with non usage charged. I appeared in airtel office at Vadodara and asked for actual bill for the usage during august bill cycle till 12 august 2004. The representative said me to pay Rs. 254/- for that usage. I paid that amount in month of November 2004. then I received the lawyer notice for bill payment. I again met airtel at vadodara and asked for reason they said you have left to pay 60/- Rs your account. I paid that amount and received the no objection certificate and was told that there is no due from my side to aritel. And there was no further bill of notice from airtel till now.

              Recently I have applied for personal loan in one bank and the bank had said I am a defaulter to airtel for non payments.

              I visited airtel at vadodara, alkapuri on 14 Nov 2007, and asked for reason for adding my name in defaulter list?

              Now airtel says that I have to pay Rs. 4500/- to remove my name from defaulter.

              It has been around 3 years and now I don’t carry any documents issued by airtel. I have a copy of last payment of Rs. 60/-.

              I need assistance and advice what to do in this case. It made my life miserable and tense. I have never refused to pay the charges but why I should I pay for which I have not used.

              I was told connection is active and will take 2-3 days for closure, I was given no. 17217804 and also asked to submit the amount that day only. When I contacted Airtel office at Merrut Road, Ghaziabad, they refused to accept the amount and receive application again for closure.I was told that bill will be generated next day and closure will take place next month.When contacted again on phone No.42720453 on 25-06-08, I was told my out standing amount is Rs 1350
              I dont know what to do ?

                  Actually iam @ chennai on official purpose & i had activated my roaming facility in prior but now my postpaid airtel network connection is completely dead since yestarday evening.                   I have Airtel connection since Jan 2007.

                  I have made the payment of Rs. 1,390 on 19/11/2007 (Reciept No.[protected] in Pune Airtel gallery.

                  This morning I saw that my out going calls was barred and the incoming calls has also been disconnected. This is causing me lot of inconvenience.

                  I am very disappointed, I want immediate rectification or else i am gonna leave the services.

                  I called up the customer care executive but the complaint has not yet been replied back. I doubt they even register any complain or any request.

                    Airtel India — Unnecessarily

                    I was having the airtel connection for more than 3 years of time. From the very beginning after few months of time I was receiving unnecessarily bill amount related my connection. I have made a complaint related the same but did not get the required help from their end. Then again after speaking to the customer care executive I have changed my plan matching my usage.I still kept on paying the bill without going for detail clarification as i was know that it will be of no use as i have already experienced the same before. Still after having the same problem of bill generation i finally decided to apply for the mobile portability and also have send an sms for the same. Then i received the call from their end related reason for mobile connection portability. I have told them the reason o[censored]nnecessarily bill generation. They have suggested me the best possible plan matching my usage. Still after 3/4 months i have started facing the same problem again. So I have stopped using the same connection and have told them I will not pay any single rupee until and unless my problem is actually & finally solved for ever. They started harassing my friends and relatives also my parents who are actually not involved and have no idea related the same by randomly picking nos from the past call logs. Please do look into this matter and do the helpful with immediate effect.

                          This has reference to the internet connection that has been given to us by Airtel. This internet connection was working on a very expensive plan which we could not afford., i.e. 2MBPS unlimited. Therefore we paid the bill which had accrued for Rs.17,400/- in June 2007 and talked to Ms. Nisha in your office and requested her to change our plan to 512 unlimited. The complaint number given to us was 1234618.

                          We were shocked to receive another bill and realize that the plan has not been changed. We once again talked to your helpline executive Mr. Vikas who assured us that the plan would be changed immediately and gave us a further complaint number 11417339. It is regrettable that no action was taken once again. We have had no option but to stop usage of this internet connection.

                          At the moment the connection is disconnected and we would like this bill to be reviewed and situation rectified at once.

                          Airtel Broadband Services — charged for hello tunes without permission

                          I am using airtel broadband and telephone services/DSL from last four months i.e 26/8/2007 .I have never activated the hello tunes services but i have been charged for it for the last two months .I tried to lodge a complaint on their website but i am not been able to register myself and their is no complaints coulum in their official website.My no. is[protected] kindly send me a revert as soon as possible.

                          Airtel Broadband — overbilling

                          when i took the airtel broadband connection with a limited usage plan i.e 555 with 2GB usage free they told that i will be charged only if i use the dsl but they r charging me if my modem is on and i m not using my system or even if i dont switch on my system i m charged wen i called the customer care the told me that i have to pay even if i have not used

                          and one more is that i m not getting my origenal bill copy except 2 monts till day of my connection if i ask them they are tell ing that i have recived and they tell they will prove that i recived the origenal bill

                            I got an account with airtel call home and everything was going fine till September. after that there system starts harassing me by asking 10 digit account number and password when ever i called from registers phone number. They also added some charges in my account during for calls i never made. I am calling there customer care for last three months almost everyday and registered more than 80 complains but till date there is no help. I am fed up listening that " your problem will be resolved within next 24 hours". They sent me my call details stating that all the charges they think is right but the call details i received consisted of half of my account and other calls were from some one else's account. They even don't care for other people privacy. I am being charged around $20 for the calls i did not make. and there is no one to help. i feel frustrated and deserted. These company are good till you don't have any problem with them. if you do no one can help you. I am continuously asking customer care to let me talk to there supervisor but for last 8 times i am being told that he is on phone and I should call them back after 4 hours. i don't know where to go. I am trying to find email addresses of there executives so that i can forward my all complains to them.

                            Airtel Call Home — Unauthorized credit card charges

                            I have requested to you for shifting on 22.04.08, I have recieved a maximum time of 6 days but still I have not recieved any satisfactory answer from your side.                               Hi, I had taken a plan from one of the Airtel Agencies from mumbai. The celebration 399 plan. It was told to me that CLIP Charges are free, (No. [protected] - Amrapali) but in the first bill the same was charged. On enquiring to Airtel, they said it was an offer which got expired. The agency had not told me the same. An Airtel Executive called me and asked me to switch over to another plan and Airtel again charged me Advance rent. The Airtel executive waived off the earlier charges (which was expected from Airtel) with a promise that in the new plan, CLIP charges would not be there, and if I'm charged, not to pay the same. Next month bill had clip charges again. I did not pay the same for 2 months. And in the 3rd month my outgoing calls were barred. I had to make urgent calls to office and personal calls as well. I spoke to an Airtel executive on 21.10.2007, and she asked me to lodge a complain, and told me that airtel services would be activated in the next 8 hrs maximum. Now it is more than 36 hours and I'm unable to call, call centre from my cell and neither am I able to call from a Landline. I'm not in Mumbai and am in Pune. Again 2day (22.10.2007 6:00 p.m.) when I'm calling the call centre at Mumbai, an executive by the name of Ejaz, asks me to call the call centre no. and gave me a telephone no. with the password, it is not accepting the password and the line is getting hanged up. I've already spent more than 50 rupees on STD Calling from pune, from the Airtel SIM also am unable to get in touch with the call centre, and the call centre executive is not ready to help me with the same. Please help.

                              My self firoz khan from Jodhpur (Rajsthan). I am very disappointed about airtel poor service. due to my complaint on dated 01/03/2008 to till date. I have apply for hello tone on dated 01/03/2008 and Rs/- 50 is debited in my a/c but till date on my cell no hello tone activeted .I have complain to airtel customer care many time but no body give any responce.

                              Regarding Airtel Mobile Office, I have given many complaints and feedbacks.

                              First of all, try to teach the Customer care representatives how to speak with the Customers.
                              Every time, they are disconnecting the Call while Complaining. Harish, Rajendar.. and many persons doing like this. after 2 or three attempts, 121 customer call has been blocked. (why you are blocking the calls. Are you afraid of the Customer).

                              Never try to cheat the Customer. Without the Customer, airtel will never grow with the advertisements.

                              Ok I will come to the Complaint.
                              I bought the New Tamil Nadu Airtel Number (my old number was bangalore number).
                              I activated one month Airtel Mobile Office for Rs.375. For the Rest of one month, I mad the complaint regarding the internet access. The service was toooo toooo slow. just 1 or 2 kb per second. I have used Vodafone Internet and RIM internet. They are providing upto 7 to 10 kbps. Airtel not providing atleast 5kbps.

                              Very slow. If we type any web address, we can have a te and come., then only the site will be opened. I have given the Complaint at January. after the complaint they deactivated my 121 customer call number.
                              (Have you tried this. This will happeb to each and EVERY CUSTOMER. If you give any complaint, your 121 service will be de activated. After that I started giving complaint to activate 121 call. 2 weeks gone. After that 121 has been activated. Later i have given one more complaint about Airtel mobile Office. They refused to solve the Problem. And the Validity for the Mobile Office has been Over. Always I am getting the error asd "Communication Failure".

                              So what's the use of 375 Rupees. Hmm. What are you doing? Are you cheating us..

                              Then one more thing. Last Tuesday I activated One Week Mobile Office. But the same problem was their. After opeing 5 or 6 pages, .. i am receiving this error as "Communication Failure". (I am remembering that I am having the full coverage. i am in the Center of the City at Coimbatore. The Area Name is 100ft Road, Gadhipuram). If we download any files/ videos or pictures, the Success Ratio is lesser than the Miss ratio. 40% of downloads are getting Success. And if we download a large size file (for example 2 Mb). Every body know how the speed is. I already mentioned the speed is lesser than 4kbps. Every time, the download skipped at thje middle, and giving the error as "Communication Failure. Contact the Service Provider".

                              I made the call to the customer care representative, he transferred the call to the technical team. They told the final decision as "We are not able to do anything regarding this error. and we are not responsible for that". this answer was told on April 21st after 10pm.

                              Again I made the call and the person named "Harish" talked with me. I told everyting from the top to bottom, but he disconnected the call. Every body doing like that, always disconnecting the call.

                              For Example, try to check Vodafone Network. See how they are talking with the Customers. how Nice. Air tel always using the word as "I am sorry. I am sorry". Whats the use in asking Sorry.. There is No use. Take the Action. Dont ask dummy sorries.

                              Airtel Live GPRS is also in this catagory. it alsways shows the Error "Invalid gateway Response" or "Connection Failure. Contact your operator Service, if the proble Persist".
                              Regarding that i given two more complaints. they put my complaint in Dust Bin. (i think).

                              This is to inform you, I am mentioning this to solve my complaint. Otherwise, I will publish this in Consumer Complaint Webpage.

                              Airtel — Waiver and not giving details of charges

                                This is Amit Yerunkar staying in Mumbai. I purchased the Mobile Prepaid card of the "Airtel Everywhere" lifetime sevice pack on the 11th of November in the Erla, from Classic Comunication shop (Vile Parle, West) Of Rs. 999 with new sim card of Rs. 100 of no.[protected] for mobile no. [protected] by submitting all the eligible documents for varification in the name of the my father on 12 November. There is only Rs. 10 talk time for first time so, I was made recharge of 100 Rs. at the same time in the same shop.
                                The person named Mahesh a operator who made activation from that shop was told me that check the balance the amount on 123 and my card will activate with in 5 min. But now todays are gone no activation done by AIRTEL till. Whenever i tried to make SMS or call from mobile only one message is given by Airtel that my service is not active and please call on [protected] for activation of card. I tried so many times to call and take help of AIRTEL Consumercare No. But not any good respond from them, just ringing phone. And the person "Mahesh" is also not giving good responce to me about my complaint.
                                I think AIRTEL not having staff to care the consumer's requiredments, there are only want to make fool to people using famous celebraties for their service, and capture market of telecom. They have very poor, sory not poor worst service provider in World.
                                If i was know that they have such bad service to cosumer i was appraoch to other service provider. Now I am looking for AIRTEL GALARIES for consumer care service, if any one know about the Service Provider near Andheri , please give me address so I can go overthere and enquire about it.
                                In short I want to blame AIRTEL but, approch have to make friendly towards consumer and give them proper guidance, i[censored] can't it's very shy to say to me
                                "Your company that you can't do good public relation with normal consumer, You change slogan to Expoide Yourself instade of Express Yourself. ".

                                i[censored] r using airtel my friend then be ready to face these type of problems, because after ur balance is been deducted then i[censored]r calling customer care 100 times then also u r problem is not going to be solved. The standard answer u will get is u r problem will be solved within 48 hrs. and forget abt u r balance dont waste u r more energy and time in debating with the cust care executives bcoz they are used to it and pls do not abuse them r they can activate any service from their system without ur consent for which more bal will be deducted .The best way of getting rid of this is take the benefit of no. portability and change ur operator service.Because using AIRTEL is a crime.I would like to suggest airtel instead of increasing and fighting for spectrum pls pay attention to ur customer services first
                                Airtel is doing fraud. They discountinued the service of my prepaid monile which had a balance of Rs.900 and forfeited the money. Don't go for Airtel connection, they are fraud. They will give you sim very easily and after few days, will steal your balance money

                                  In my Home town air tel Network is very Worst.It means that they giving the small bandwidth to the network. So if the mobile is in inside the Home the mobile did notr receive the signals due to the low bandwidth. Many of the peoples were switched to another network like Aircel,Bsnl etc. If the same problem continues rest of the airtel Prepaid customers also will switch over another Network. Please Take a action to that Problem . The below address is in the Airtel Network.

                                    I am unable to get my international roaming details which i have used. I have just used it for couple of minutes.                                     REcently airtel has installed a tower and generator in Nobo Nagar, Bannerghatta Road, Meenakshi Temple, Bangalore and the generator has put the surrounding neighbours into lot of inconvenience since generator comes on as and when power goes off and creates too much of noise. We have complained to Hulimaavu Police, DCP, Koramangala, Airtel authorities, Pollution Control Board, BBMP and also an article has been published in Bangalore Mirror. But Airtel authorities are defending stating that they have taken required approvals from Government and the noise pollution is within the limits. How can Govt. give permission without checking the same with the neighbours. Our main concern is to remove the generator and make a peaceful living. Can someone take this up seriously and help us in getting the generator removed and allow us to live peacefully. Power problem is too much in our area and this generator therefore is on most of the time emitting noise. There are elders and retired officials staying in the colony and kids are not in a position to concentrate on their studies, we are unable to even sleep in the house since this generator comes on even at midnight sometimes. Please help in taking this forward to concerned officials and help in getting the generator removed and allow us to have a peaceful living. Please Help
                                    I got Rs.4000 excess of my normal bill. I subscribed to Rs.400/- 100MB download limit. Due to billing problem Airtel metered a download 380 MB in 10 minutes using GPRS. This is impossible with speed limitation with GPRS. But AirTel technical support is nuts, they say "Sir, if your bill shows you downloaded so much, it must be possible".
                                    Two months I called customer care. Then sent ultimatum to file case in consumer court. Couriered a letter with all issues to Sunil Bharti Mittal. Then I get response from local (Bangalore) about the corrections and they waiving the incorrect amount.

                                    i have tried to contact the airtel customer care for some days regarding the dreadful signal of this mobile service, but I am not able to do so even though I would have tried about 20 to 30 times to this number 198/121 but in vain. I request that any useful/company oriented if by any chance comes across this complaint should do something about the customer care service. My mobile No.[protected]

Because I am not able to receive proper signal eventhough I my next door to the Airtel Tower. i have tried the Customer Service Care calling Nos.198/121 many times but it was a total waste.                                     Being a Customer of airtel for almost four years, i want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the airtel services and their executives in Karnataka.

                                    I am a airtel customer for the past 4 years(2 years from maharashtra, now in Karnataka).
                                    i have two connections against my name one is [protected] and the other no is[protected].
                                    on 22nd of september 2009 i went to an airtel outlet and given a request to keep the no. [protected] under safe custody for 3 months. after 2 months i got a bill which states that i must pay a sum of 671.00 rupees.I got shocked and called the customer care services 121 to enquire about this, they told me that my no is no more active and because of the default amont they have disconnected the number, when I told them that i have given a request to keep this number under safe custody, they told that never happenned, and also asked me whether i have any proof for requesting to keep this number under safe custody. when i told them yes they also asked me to visit the airtel outlet where i have given t he request for the safe custody.

                                    I went to the airtel outlet as suggested by the executives. in the airtel outlet the executives told me that by mistake this number was never put under safecustody and they will try to solve this issue ASAp.

                                    I waited for couple of days for the problem to solve, but i never heard back from any of the responsible airtel executives stating that this problem is solved or under process.

                                    As a dejected man i started calling the 121 services for enquiring them regarding the status of this issue.
                                    surprisingly i started hearing many different stories from each of them. they were not ready to go thru the case history and gave me the proper [censored]ion or answer.even i spoke to the senior peoples also. everybody was asked me sorry for the inconvenience. also they told me they will need 24 hours or 42 hours to solve this issue.also they told me this mistake will never happen. they will make sure that i will be getting proper services from airtel.

                                    being heard it from the senior peoples, i was hoping to get this problem solved.but the problem never solved.i started again calling 121 service. then they told me that i have to go to airtel outlet and get a new sim card, to reactive the services within 24 hours.

                                    I was hoping atleast this time i will get my problem solved, and i went to the airtel outlet and collected the new sim card.
                                    after getting the new sim card this is the third day still i am making calls to the executives to solve this issue.

                                    In all these days i strongly observed that these (almost every body starting from beginning level, floor supervisor, their seniors, even the nodal officers)executives are not ready to take the initiative or responsibility to make the customer satisfy. every body asking for 24 hours or 42 hours to talk to the concern team. but nobody is following up whether the problem solved or not? just they want to move the task from their plate. nothing else.

                                    some of the executives are not even good enough to handle a customer they even blaming me for their mistakes.they used to drop the call when i ask some explanation.I almost escalated about couple of them to their senior executives.i dont know whether they are doing some corrective action or not.

                                    in between some body named swetha called me from airtel legal and they wanted me to pay the pending bill amount(for the one which i have been told that they already passed the waiver.)

                                    I am totlaly dis honoured by this kind o issues and their negligence. i never come across this kind of humiliation with any service provider i swear this should not happen to any of the customer who is paying the money to get the proper service.if it is possible please have a look at the database the no of calls which i made to airtel for the past 15 days to solve this issue.

                                    Hi, I am Rajanna B, took airtel connection about six year ago with mobile number [protected]. Since then I have been using about 500-700 rupees per month as a prepaid customer. Nowadays other mobile service providers viz IDEA, MTS, UNINOR etc are providing very much cheap rates per call. Hence I had decided to PORT my mobile from Airtel. When I sent the PORT message to 1900, next day one person by name Santhosh from Airtel gave a call and offered like 33 hrs Airtel to Airtel calls and 7 hrs Airtel to other calls free for of rupees 199 every month. So I convinced very much and I cancelled PORT by sending CNCL to 222. But after lapse of 5 days nothing took place about his promise. After I had called up Customer care and lodged a complaint with reference number CMBNR [protected] even since then nothing has happened towards my complaint. Hence I request you to solve my problem otherwisy I will go to other Service provider with the existing number.

                                    our family members have also experienced the same thing the authourities are hell . they don, t take care of the costumers properly & for each and everything they loot peoples money . we have not perscribed for any of their paid adds even then also they loot each & every day around rs 20/- or so .does these management have no hearts for the poor people . we have mobile for emergency sake but hell are those people.                                     Airtel in bangalore has no doubt good network but their customer service is pathetic, you people take 50 paisa on each call that we need to call 121 and upon that its not our mistake, its some goof everytime that airtel does every time and we call them and pay 50 paisa to talk to them and they literaaly hangup the [censored] call ateast 5 times and then pick up the call (that makes 2.50 paisa and say that we have registered your complaint and some one will get back to you and absolutely no , [censored] has come back to me... never ever... freaking f airtel service.

                                      i want to cancle my post paid connection what should i do. Please guide me. Acctualy its addon card.
                                      i have sold new airtel connection last 4 day ago. i have deposited one year rent for useing airtel service. i have already useing one no. of vodafone (hutch) last three year. but my new airtel no. not give me good coverage. when i talk to another no. call cuttoff . i m so fedup. my contect no.                                       I have an Airtel postpaid conn. Having mobile no [protected].
                                      On 24th nov at 2330hrs I have recd some mesg that “your caller tunes has been activated on you phone” and after few mnts again I have recd 5-6 mesg that “this and this caller tune has been downloaded on your phone”.
                                      I had never liked these caller tunes. At the same time I had called customer care and got disconnected my caller tunes and he make me sure that no charges will be added in my bill regarding this problem.
                                      But when I recd my bill an amount of Rs.308 has been included in the bill regarding the same.
                                      This same problem happens with me 2-3 days ago again in the Dec month also.

                                      So plz revert those charges, which is of no use to me b’coz I don’t want to pay Rs.308 every month. Otherwise I will not pay the bill and change my no.

                                      Since 2 days, im unable to send or recieve sms. i tried callin to customer care but im not getting any response and now its not atall getting connected.
                                      plz sort out this problem.
                                      I'm having a connection,i.e.[protected] from you since last 4 years and almost four months back I've switched on to your ECS system(direct payment from account).The same had been activated and working fine but from that point of time onwards whatever statments I've received there has been no details of the call made during the period.Particularly now since I've been reimbursed by my employer it is very much required for me,i.e.Nov-07 onwards.You have no Tel.no to talk to any person regarding such small queries.Kindly help me in this as soon as possible.
                                      I took a postpaid connection on 5th dec 2007. I filled the form gave my address proof, identy proof. Also the address verification was done by one of employee of airtel.

                                      Only one thing i have to say that i am your customer since 2005 , earlier ( 2006) i received New Year Gift, but after that not a single gift was given by your company, and this year i have seen your airtel callender in your airtel outlet.                                       i got call from seema-airtel([protected]), she asked me if m interested in post-paid connection, iam using pre-paid service with the same number([protected]) from 3yrs, it's disgusting to say that even after providing the valid documents for verification these people dont activate, now both my pre-paid and post-paid services are de-activated, i haven't had any benefits or offers from AIRTEL for using the same number for more than 3 yrs, nor i have craved for it, these people dont respond properly the customer service person([protected]) says that my post-paid sim is activated in his system, but to my eyes it shows 'INACTIVE SIM" if i use pre-paid sim or post-paid sim, please re-activate my pre-paid if AIRTEL cannot activate post-paid i would be more happy...thanks...sumesh
