AirTel, as we reffer to is growing as a Technological Gaint Leader in the Private Sector Telecommunication Industry in India.
Well is it so?!!!
I have been alerted with a SMS for bill payment. When i tried to pay the bill amount in cash in AirTel showroom at "Domlur, Bangalore" i do not get a authenticated receipt nor a SMS. The reason stated is the "AirTel Billing Systems are down/not functioning to accept the Billing Transaction to generate a bill".
Why would a customer be stated so when the same billing transaction is happening else where?
Is the showroom or AirTel facing the same issue on every month's first week or there is no proper Infrastucture put in place to tackle such situations?
If there was any connectivity issue then it should not let any AirTel showroom to do a Billing Transaction.
Moreover people were provided with printed outputs with improper details of AirTel Billing Transaction.
We, common people are not satisfied with the way things are going on.
Let me know how i can contribute in improving things and make my day better.
