My Air tel mobile no.[protected] bill is not received from Aug-08 to till date. I have drops the cheques as per sms recd to me, I drop the bill to airtel gallary in vile-parle then also they have not recd the payment. & showing outstanding in our a/c.
Change of the billing name from employee who left/transfer to company's name we are find it very difficult to handel small issues because your people is not supporting properly to customer
Please solve it very fast otherwise we are ready to close the relation with air tel soon.

Actualy what happened .I complaint about network problem but in your side there is no respnse & one thing more I called repeatedly 2-3 times at same nomber due to network peroblem.I asked many time to airtel customer care.They replied me we will do something about network problem.But still now nothing happened.
Lots of called i received from recovery side they told me we will sort out soon.But nothig happened.
So plz correct the bill becouse there are lots of call ended before15-30second due to network problem.So plz correct the bill as early as possible. So that I could deposit the bill amount soon.

I am not getting what is going on.
When i called customer care center then as usual there large call waiting and then disconnect the phone from there side.
This is rediculous service i have ever heard.

plz send me my mobile bills to my mail id as i am unable to get my bill from the website.my ph no [protected].
i have been charged Rs 1500/- towards GPRS and downloading charges though i have not downloaded anything and also i ws told by the customer care executive that there are no charges for surfing airtel line. I have requetsed them a number of time to revrese the charges of Rs 1500/-, but no response from their end. I think Airtel have now started to loot the people by charged them unnecessarily.
This is kulbhushan Airy ([protected]). I am using your services from last approx. 4 years. Actually I am forwarding you this mail so that you could get what is the exact problem I am facing. 2 months before I willing to get Rs. 249/- plan. That time your colleague told me your plan will be changed with next bill cycle and that time you were providing me 500 minutes talk time. After that when I called you again for the activation of same plan on the date of my bill cycle your free calls were reduced from 500 to 350 then I forwarded my complaint to you which is under below with this mail then you replied me it is not possible to provide you 500 milutes talk time. That was fine with me and I again planned for go with your same plan with 350 minutes talk time and I called at customer care between 5th to 13th of october for activation same plan. Then you colleague told me that I am forwarding your request for activation this plan and your plan will be activated with next bill cycle which start from 26th of every month. And now when I called in customer care(talked with ruchi verma) for confirmation I was finding my plan is not activated and she was saying I can't do anything for you and its really apologies to say your services became so poor towards the customer and I am finally complaint you if you people can't provide services then should we go for another company's connection? If you can do something for me regading to this then please tell me otherwise I have to think for different solution.
