[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

when i purchase a new connections then air tel executive told me in that this connection no([protected]) you can
use GPRS unlimited but it is not like that.I have a proof of it.So please take reasonable action.you can contact me on no [protected].
i have got excess bill . i have already paid the bill amount 1500 on 20 jan . still it is showing the balance of 700. so i am not satisfy with your services.and my outgoing is cut off from last one month. fi something is not done. i defintely go to consumer court(my no. I have paid a cheque for Rs.3300/ towards payment of bill for my son Amitav Sen videa
HDFC Bank, Vasundhara Branch Cheque No. 241567 dated 06. 01. 2009 and the Airtel has taken payment on 09. 01. 2009. I have got Bank statement on the above information. However, I am getting call from Airtel authorities with threatening that they would stop service to my son's Mobile No. [protected] unless he clears the bill. My son is currently touring in Agartala and his Mobile Phone connection has been deactivated by the Airtel. This is causing tension and sufferings to me and my son. Pray immediate intervention and restoration of the servece by activation of the mobile number. I also request for appropriate action against the service provider in the shape of penalty to ensure careful handling of Customers Accounts. Incidentally it may be mentioned that for my landline Telephone Number[protected] I received a SMS on 31. 12. 2008 "The payment for your Airtel fixedline bill is due on. kindly make the payment of Rs.11618122 to avoid the late fee charges. please ignore if paid. sender 59103. I and my wife got upset by receipt of the message.it seems the Airtel has appointed careless staff.
the complaint of harassment posted is missing now. Is it intentional?

I have signal problem in my area.Many times i have complained to customer care services.They told it will be clear within one week. But till now it not cleared.I cannot speak clearly.there is 20 and more airtel numbers. we have an idea to surender simcards. So how can i surender my simcard. we have change it into vodafone otherwise you will clear this problem. There is a signal station name as "PAUNDAMANGALAM" within one kilometer away from my house. So please take necessory action.

I have paid the post paid bill amounting Rs.333.00 on 02.02.09 to your authorised agent Bbeetel Services, Maa Durga Commercial Complex, Md.Shah Road, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati-781008 whose Cell No.is[protected]. The Mobile No.is[protected] in the name of Mr.J.C.Gonsalves and another Mobile No.[protected] in the name of Mr.J.Gonsalves amounting to Rs.650.00 paid on 02.02.09. Both the due dates were 11.02.09. Since, both the bills were paid much before the due date, I am receiving sms from Airtel that the bill has not been paid yet. Both the bills were paid under Receipt Sl.No.482 & 483 on 02.02.09.

In view of above, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end on priority basis and if possible book the erring agent whom you have authorised to collect the bill for not depositing the same in time. It may be mentioned here that in another mobile number in the same name, I have to pay @ Rs.50/- as late fee. So, your immediate action is solicited.
