I was paid the part payment some of Rs 850 but account is not updated. I want to recive my bill in last june by the email.

i had sent a message as "start ebill" to 121 with my e mail address to get my airtel bill. also i had been mailed with the bill on my mail address but it asked me the password to open the attachment and it said that i could get the password by sending a message as "ebill password " to 121. i sent the mag. and recieved a msg. in return to make a selection from the options like billing, payments etc. now further whenever i am trying to reply 121 about my selection my message sending is failing.
so i requested customer care to mail my password on my mail address but i have not been mailed yet . please help me. its very urgent . my no. is [protected] account no. is[protected]

I had taken two corporate connections from Airtel while in Delhi.
The numbers are +91 [protected] and +91 [protected].
These numbers were subsequently discontinued in March when I moved out of India to Dubai.
I have lately made cleared the dues on these two numbers.
However, even after settling the dues and closing the connections the Airtel agents have been continuosly harrassing us. They have been making phone calls to all my relatives and contacts on my phone list.
This is extremely embarassing for me and my family. It is causing a lot of panic and worry in my social circle. They have gone ahead to making desperate calls to me in Dubai seeking wellness.
The frantic and irresponsible behaviour by the Airtel agents reflects on the companies pathetic image and meantime tarnishing mine.
It is sad that a company with such a stature resorts to these methods (even after due payments). It is certainly degrading.
Hiring some cheap telecallers, who doent even know how to speak English, posing sometimes as bank representatives, sometimes as recovery agents is not amusing at all.
Its a serious case of infringenment of my personal space and privacy. If not sloved at this stage I have no option to narrate my situation to you.
Hope you can reprive me of the emarassment and mental harrassment caused by the Airtel telecallers.

I have airtel mobile connection with no. [protected].I use my personal cell for the official purpose also. I can mark my personal numbers in the itemised call register. The numbers are saved successfully. But the system is not not been able to separately calculate the personal and official calls. I need these amounts separately to charge the official calls to my office. Kindly guide me to get both the amounts separately.

Though we are not agreed to the service that u have given still u people going to charged on us and saying that u people do this by accepting. When i want to talk to the customer care executive all procedure i did from 1 to 9 when i pressed 9 the recording is started that pls sms to airtel for account 7 billing enquiries then after nothing is to be happened the whole day I did only this. There is no response form ur side nor the customer care executive take the complaint. I am bored to this to dial 1 and then dial 2 upto 9 . It is really ridiculous.
