[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

My airtel no:[protected] postpaid.I have activate the Cricket scroes update .Then after 5 days I want to deactivate the score update .But it is not possible.They have not even deactivate Why? Reason not known

my phone bill is so high, i don't know how it is? that's why kindly send last month bill statement on my given mail ([protected]@yahoo.co.in)my phone#:[protected], otherwise i will cancelled airtel postpaid connection.
My number is [protected]. I have been a victim o[censored]nethical and fradulent practices of Airtel. I switched over from pre paid to post paid with blackberry enabled services in Feb 2009. Customer care service personnel visited my office atleast thrice to enable the Black berry service and for getting all documentation. At no point in time I was informed that there was a credit limit on my number and to continue the service I need to keep getting topped up, this procedure to my mind is pre paid service and ot post paid. I have a company account and travel extensively in India and abroad. I got to hear about this when customer care officials called my to "inform" me of the credit limit and when I told them that is not what I subscribed to they apologised and said it was only information and nothing beyond that. Last week I received a threatening sms saying that I have crossed my credit limit to which my office called airtel and once again told them the story to which they asked him to send a mail which was sent. And lo and behold, Monday morning when important calls have to be made my number has been barred and when called the 121 service they cooly say pay Rs.6000 and get it activated. Mr.Madhu, the manager said that they once again made a mistake of not giving me "prior intimation" of call barring for which he apologised, but asked me to pay up Rs.6000 for activating the barred number. I am yet to receive the bills which we have asked to be sent by email neither have I received the courier!!! The pathetic customer service and misleading information given to me has made me decide to switch my service provider. That much for ethical business and service!!!
My no. [protected] has been unlwfully disconnected/terminated without listening to my true grievances.now trying to threaten thru legal proceedings.

five months back 1075 over charge was billed to me, i kept paying my actual usage.lastly my service was terminated without any notice and information to me. recently one Mr Rajkumar ( His personal no. is [protected] )of airtel contacted me and settled the case with condition of paying Rs.721.00 I made this payment, now again they have send a bill of Rs.1075.00. this is somthing disgusting .
plz send me 3 moths bill to my mail id

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is inform to you I'm Mr. Chandan Dhiman. bearing mobile no. -[protected] & my billing Add. is ( C-106, Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi -110020) having an issue of penalizing extra amount in my bills since May 08.

As it is a corporate connection and I'm a regular customer and while I've taken same, it has been informed Airtel Exec( Mr. Brisesh) that if I take Rs.-30 package in my plane then they will provide me (S.T.D) of Rs.-1. But while I received my bill in recent time (as I couldn't able to receive bill last 5-6 month and paying bills everytime) the same package was not implemented instead of Rs. 1.50 plan going continuously.

So requesting you to Please look into same & debit my extra amount taken during this period in my next bills for which I'll be grateful to you.

i have big complaint to airtel customer care. i have a1 postpaid connection, i every day checked Un Paid Bill, however after month i would get higher bill more than last month. i have been talk on phone with telephonic customer care at that time he told me that it was a bill only as a temporary bill its a not a actual bill, but end of month it has been done actual bill.so please give me a advice unless i will cut my postpaid connection ..it`s very bad customer service .

my cell n o. is [protected]. i have been geeting a higer bill for last 3 months.i don`t know why i am getting it higher.my using is a limited. i also chat online telephonic discussion wit hcustomer care, at that time he told me that it`s a not possible .we had never occured a false bill.if you want to know that then you should have to send messages type UNBand send to 121.i have been done this type practice every day. and i have a proof.however i am getting a too much bill.ater that i talk with AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.at thattime they told me that it`s a not a confirm bill it`s a just temporary bill, however this temorary bill occured a final bill by end of bill.i really not agree with this service.according to me.airtel has very bad customer service. airtel looses the customer`s trust.

Every month my account rs 15 charges in four times in a month for the mobile no. [protected].
The message is ( Thanks for using ( Fusion lounge . java game) subscription service on Airtel WAp. You 've been charged Rs 15 . ( Enjoy wap.mobifun.in.

The above message received in every month four times . and deducted rs 15* 4=60 in my account.

please look matter. the above message recived from no. 64611015.
