Airtel Postpaid — Bill not adjusted even after 3 months

Hi,

My problem starts from Jan 09 when I was first charged for some Blueberry enterprises. On making repetitive complaints (Ref No: 27030386 in March) the service was finally stopped in March. However, the charges they added up in my account is still not adjusted. On calling the customer care, I was advised to pay for only the call charges (and not the Blackberry charges) which I did. But the charges of over Rs 1000/- still remains unadjusted and I have been getting repetitive calls and messages instructing me to pay the pending amount. I'm tired of explaining to each person who calls me. Even in April when I called the customer care (Ref No:[protected], they promoised to get back to me within April 7 but I have not received any response even today. I sent a mail also two days back but they have not bothered to reply.

Please advice me

I posses Airtel connectoin Number [protected]. It is activated From March 2009 I have not Recieve Any Phone Post Paid Invoice till date, Though I paid my First Bill on 1/04/2009 through the SMS advice I have given my residencial address, my office address and my emali address but still iam not able to get the Invoice. It is inconvenient to contact me by corrier between 8 to six pm because of my duty hours. So kindly send my Bill Invoice to my e-mail Address or to my office address or for the easy and early Payment without delay.

I am very disappointed with the kind of services Airtel are providing these days. I talked to a lot of people in your customer care centre, but each time I am getting no solution talks. My bill is due of Rs. 2407/- according to thye AirTel Custemer care bit i am disappointed with the bill.

22/02/2009-I paid Rs 900/-against my monthly bill of Jan-09 by Cheque.Received receipt also.
08/03/2009-Received message about cheque bounced without any reason.
09/03/2009-I went to Panvel Gallery.They denied to take payment due J&K number.
10/03/2009-I went to Ghatkopar Gallery and no positive response due to J&K number.
19/03/2009-My mobile service is disconnected.
19/04/2009-I paid Rs.1700.00 at Banihal in J&K after arrival at J&K on 18/04/2009.
22/02/2009 to 17/04/2009 I was in Mumbai for my business work.
19/04/2009-Banihal Airtel Gallery told me your cheque is bounced due to signature not matched.
19/04/2009-Banihal Airtel Gallery could not give neither receipt no.nor SMS.
19/04/2009-Lady attendant at Customer Care told me no payment since last four month.Though four months have to be completed.I'm unable to communicate my family who are living in Mumbai.I'm working at J&K.Meanwhile I communicated customercare of Mumbai & J&K via SMS and talk from [protected].

Airtel Postpaid — unauthorised billing

Hi,
I'd asked for my number [protected] to be closed on march 9th. But ive received a bill last week wherein ive been slapped with a Rs10, 000 bill. Apparently some calls for Rs9000 have been made between 15th and 17th march to a country with code 0040(Romania i believe). What do i do?

-My credit limit was around 2500, how come Airtel let it exceed the limit so much without disabling my outgoing?
- The bill contains discrepancies regarding the time and duration of the calls too. For example, there is one call at 2am for 18 mins, and the next call is at 2.06am for 25mins!..The list goes on..

I am a customer o[censored]rs . My mobile number is [protected] i did not pay the bill amount from feb 2008 till now due to some personal reasons. now i want to pay the arrears and want to get my number back with services. Please give the perfect process to get it back . I took the number in august 2008 I was paying the bill regularly till jan 2008.Please help me to get my number back.

I paid my mobile bill on 09/04/09, through on debit card "yesbank" vide transanction no:PCD:[protected]:42611582: BHARATHI AIR TEL LT[protected] AMOUNT: 313/- (THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN RUPEES ONLY), BILLING DUE DATE IS 14/04/09, BUT THEY SEND ME CONFORMATION ON 27/0409 THROUGH SMS ON 27/04/09, MY BILLING PERIOD IS 25TH TO 26TH EVERY MONTH . AND AGAIN THEY ADDED FOR 50/- FOR LATE PAYMENT. please send me clarification aspl. MOBILE NO : [protected].

I uses airtel sim card in my airtel edge usb modem.I am very suprised when i got bill having 700 Rs. in sms details.Many time i asked to customer care person but they provide no slolution to my problem.
Plz advise me, will it be right not to submit the bill until my problem will solved? I have postpaid connection.

Airtel Mobile — FRADULENT CHARGES IN BILL FOR AUG,2008

BILL FOR THE MONTH OF AUG, 2008, AN AMOUNT OF RS.75/- WAS CHARGED AS LATE PAYMENT PENALTY, BECAUSE OF LATE REMITTANCE BY THE BANK. I PAID THE PENALTY ON A/C OF FEAR OF DISCONNECTION.THOUGH RS.1500/- HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY AS SECURITY BUT IN UTTER VIOLATION OF LAW NO INTEREST IS BEING PAID SINCE LAST 4 YRS.
PLEASE GET THE MATTER RESOLVED .
