I need my postpaid bill details
Dear sir,
I am using the airtel connection of my friend( Manoj Kumar Arya ) Which no. is [protected].
One day i got supprize to know the bill amt. which is more than 7000 Rs. I cannot understand why my service was disconnected, if the bill amount going more than my credit limit (1500 Rs. ). They also not able to provide my the detail of bill amount which they showing as internet charge.
I am not satisfy with my bill amount and the force me to pay the bill amount through legal notice. ( LN/GKC/SS/14720/63.
Kindly help me what should i do in that case.

I am O.P. Verma. My mobile No. is [protected]. I am very disappointed with the kind of service Airtel are provider there days. I talked it’s a lot of people in your customer care center but each time, I am getting no solution talks. I had mobile No. [protected] which is applied for disconnect connection on 07-01-09. A[protected] request number is[protected], again... B[protected] request number is[protected], again... C[protected] request number is 20236946, again... D[protected] request number is 20671159, again...so, they are all requests...inform u that, my mobile no is not deactivate till date. My Current outstanding bill is Rs. 221/-. I don’t know how it is. We have not paying the bill. I already told ur costmer care on 07-01-09. This is really not fair from your part. Hope u will taken my complain seriously and taken a proper action. So, Please tell me how it will be solution for this problem? Its urgent please tells me as soon as possible.

Your airtel services is very poor. I am from harvest international Pvt. Ltd and My staff was using 5 corporate connections but airtel had doing the same mistakes . and every time the airtel people had add the one time charges again and again, after that I complaint the airtel people and told him to discontinue the 5 connections and we have already given the payments of all numbers and there is no dues of Airtel but still airtel peoples did not disconnect the numbers and and continuously we receive the bills of 5 numbers but this is final I am not paying any bill, because airtel people had commited me that after settlement of your numbers there is no need to pay the amount either you will receive the bill, But after this case I know very well that airtel people had given the wrong commitments to the customers.

This is in regard to my post paid cug -Rs.1198 annual rental plan- connection of airtel that landed me with problems. i am a airtel user since last 2 years. initially they were very good at their service but now a days they are looting the customers. i made request in sep 2008 to change this plan in to the plan444, but they said that it cant be change between the cycle of the period, so i made payment of rs. 1198 for next year as rental for the next year 2009, but in jan 2009 i came to know that my plan has been chaned without any prior intimation and with no confirmation from my side, due to htis my advance payment has gone as a wastage and benefit for the bharti, as according to new plan 444, i have to bear rs.444 as a rental for every month though i have already paid Rs. 1198 according to my CUG plan.no cooperation from airtel i got from airtel or many times even i had to call them to enquire about my payment of Rs.1198 but no response from them at all. and found that they are charging me a monthly rental of 444 as against that of mine already paid rental for one year in advance. Due to htis my monthly bill has been raised but still i have the same problem repetedly. i ask them to correct the mistake or adjust my advance payments in my bills but they say that it cant be done from thier side.. but now i m fed up of all this repeting nonsence and nonsence answers at the customer care like we do not have your requst for deactivation, we are sorry for innconvinence this wont happen again etc etc.
if You go through my previous history of bills and will get to know that there is never a delay of payments or any thing so, if still they do not care for a customer the customer has a choice.

I am very upset to take my old connections Air tel [protected] My Full final due amount settle Rs 1800 and i paid the said amount . till date i am not get noc from airtel and they are asking more 400 rs
respected, my name is sachin singh &my number is [protected] prepaid conection. i had get a call on 27/2/09from airtel postpaid dept, she told me to convert my prepaid conection in postpaid conection, the call charge will be 199 rent, locle0.50 &STD1.00 rupes and 200 min local free with in mah & goa. &activation charge 100 rupees and then she send his pick up boy name Kaustab rajesh. he came on 2/3/09 evening, he had collect my docoument&100 RS and promise me that your prepaid conection will be active in postpaid conection with in 2 days.,
your preprinted serial no is 797193, &that girl number is [protected]/[protected]
but the problem is, till today my number is not activated in postpaid, every day i call in your office, they dose not giver a proper responce.
its a pleasure request to you pls solve my problem other wise i will go in consumer fourrum or court.
