[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — PREPAID SIM CARD ACTIVATION | |
Dear Concern I purchased a prepaid Simcard Whose no. is[protected] and Mob. No. is [protected] on 14 Dec 2007 covering 2 years incoming facilities in amount of Rs 560.00 only, from local Agent(shop ) . I submitted documents i.e . photograph & voter card along with application form. This document submitted to airtel showroom At Behind PVR Vikas Puri Delhi -59 on dated 29 DEC. 2007 . After that my Mobile was activated and serving smoothly but all of sudden from 15 Jan 2008 Evening a Message received in mobile that sim registration failed and service completely stopped then i went to show room and contacted showroom incharge , according to his suggestion again i deposited doc as voter card photo & Declaration form along with application form I would like to draw your kind attention to take personal initiative and get it activate shortly Thanking You Bharat Bhushan [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Wish tto inform that had purchased a number of Airtel last year from a shop in Sanpada-Navi Mumbai & given my documents for verification almost a month back outgoing was barred. When contacted the customer care to my surprise the shop person had registered the number given to me by other persons name. The shop person has closed his shop currently. The outgoing in total has been barred though I had requested Airtel executive on helpline to take another copy of documents from me and open the outgoing with verification. Had visited the Airtel authorised centre also but was not helped.

Airtel Prepaid Card — return of net activation charges
Dear Sir,My mobile number [protected]
As i had given request to (airtel mobile GPRS) for activating ,they had taken the money for the two days per day Rs 10 --Totally-Rs 20,But they not given mobile settings ,and also net not activated.
After communicating with customer first time they replied properly after the customer care number has not connected from my number , this shows that they are the cheating persons not want to reply for the problem,again i had contacted the customer care through other number , the customer care person commited(Murugan) that the amount will be credited into my balance still it is not added.
Kindly give a suitable reply

Than I had gone Yesterday to Airtel Showroom for duplicate SIM card. Your Executive given me the duplicate SIM card and said that your SIM card will Activate within 4 hours. But still my SIM card not activate. So that Please activate my SIM card.

Airtel Prepaid SIM Card — reactivation
sir,i purchased a airtel sim about 2months ago.the service was ok till 1month but on the 26th of feb my outgoing service was barred and after a few days even the incoming service.when i contacted the customer care they told me that the papers i submitted were not correct.they even told me that i can reactivate my service by submitting the right papers.but my problem is that, its almost 1 month till now and i want to know whether i can still reactivate my service with the same number??

we had purchased fue airtel prepaid sim card . and used fifteen or sixteen days . around after 15 days both sim has blocked by airtel customer care due to not submited any required doccument .Then i have made call to customer care bcz i have submited all the required document . but they said that, " we did not get any document, " then again we have submited all document which you required to Mr Anil mishra your airtel loby manager. and Mr. Anil mishra has commited that your no. will be start with 48 ours but after 3 days problem was same then again went to airtel loby and ask him about no activation. but Anil mishra has done misbehaive and abused and said we will not submit any document and also you can not activated no by any body.
So i think this is not a good service in a airtel which is multinational company.
so plz look in to this matter care fully. for any further information plz contact me at below mention contact no.

Airtel Prepaid — Activation of Sim Card (9897098657)
Dear Sir,I have used postpaid connection of Airtel since last 5.5 years & thereafter adopted prepaid connection of same no.([protected]) from Nov. 2009 for which I have submitted all the required documents i.e. ID proof & Address Proof at Amroha franchise office, Distt. -J.P.Nagar(U.P). In the last week my no. was locked, displaying the message-"Sim Registration Failed" without any prior information & still I have approx. Rs.500 balance.So, you are requested to plz. activate my no. with the remaining balance as mentioned with immediate effect.
