[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

I GGTiwari taken a prepaid numb ([protected]) in Hyderabad, but now this have been lost some where hence please lock the sim with immideate effect.

My airtel prepaid no. is [protected]. I am continously getting lots of misscalls and messages from this mob nos.[protected] & [protected].Due to this i am not able to attend other calls. So. kindly arrange to stop all calls & messages from this nos.

I am the user of airtel prepaid number through which i accssed the internet only.not used for the calling purpose.this number is connected in the datacards only through the laptops.but last two weeks. i can not access the internet through this card.and when i call to the customer care of the airtel then i was schoked that they start the cricket pack services without my any permission and show the Rs. 5 (-) in my account

This information is not given by the customer care executive of airtel and they are talking very rudely that this services is activate only by your services so we are not resposible.

So I want to take legal action against this so that in future they are not done such a blunder.

Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — Unnecessary balance deduction and helpless customer care service

My mobile Number is [protected].

I was using this connection for past 4 years. But now a days customer care service is not at all helpful and making more disturbance with this airtel connection.

I am having the compliant with my balance deduction for using the mobile internet service. I have been using Rs. 19 internet service which is valid for 3 days. After 3 days it used to get renewed automaitcally. But when i try to deactivate by dialing *567*2# as per the message instruction got from airtel, it is not happening and balance got deducted automatically. This has happened two times and even yesturday as well.

As i was trying to deactivate but it dint happened and more over arount Rs.19 got deducted from my accout. And next day morning i got the message from airtel as same as before saying that Rs.19 deduction for 3 days internet service. Now i lost Rs. 38 from my account and when tried the customer compliant number there is no proper response and he discontinue the phone without informing and very unprofessional manner. Again i made a call and one Mr. Ganesh took the call and he informed that there is no unnecessary balance deduction and when i asked him to check and explain briefly by checking the balance he told me to dial *121# if you want to know the balance and he cannot check and tell me the balance amount. And he also disconnected the call immediatey without informing and blocked me from further calling to customer care because of that i was not able to call again.

Airtel is very hope less and should be penalized for such things. and this not happening for me for the first time. Earlier also same kind of issue happened for me and now i really thinking about changing my service provider because of this improper activity from airtel and hopeless customer care service.

Can anyone please help me on this by getting my money back which is Rs.40 and please let me know how can i deactivate the internet service as and when need. I dont wanted to continue this because of this i was trying to deactivate, but was not able to and amount got deducted.

My compliant number is : CBDCC[protected] ( I really dont know what they have mentioned in the compliant and no hope at all on processing this compliant)

Please let me know whether changing the service provider is the best option than resloving this issue...!!! ??
I also faced similar situation, tehy simply say use *121#' and stop ur services which we would have not enabled atall, but that *121# wont stop the service atall. Very bad customer care sevice by Airtel.

Is this consumer complaints forum is for no use. ????? I have not got any response regarding this...
Balance Deduction for services I never asked for
Airtel kept deducting money from my account for 2 months for some Frenzo pack which I never asked for... neither I got any updates at my mobile in this duration... but money was deducted from my account... when I complained, they deactivated that pack and later said "we cant take care of your complain as your special pack has been deactivated. Complaints are taken only when packs are active." But problem is that I said them to refund the money that they have deducted and didn't asked to stop that service pack.
I am fed up of them... what worse... later I came to know that there were 2 other services were active on my number when I never asked for them. They keep activating packs on their own. And no message is sent from them saying that amount is being deducted or it is about to be deducted.
And poor response and reasons when I complained. They are not ready to do anything about my complaints.

For your ref finally i spoke to Ms.Malar on 01.04.11 [ Airtel customer care ] for my above complint they told me this problem will be cleared within 24 hrs but still not cleared my problems.

I am Mahabir Singh mobile no. [protected] house no. 1228/10 Panckula.

I changed my number from post paid to prepaid in July month. I paid 1500 rupees after that i came to know my bill was only 350. now the refundable amount is 1150.

After follow up of 8 months i have not received this amount.
Kindly solve my issue as you are judging my patience since 8 months. this is my last msg after that i will come through consumer court.

Dear Sir, I have purchased an Airtel pre paid sim last month in Mohali which I recharged with a healthy amount, after the recharge my number was disconnected and the reason was told to me that my id proof and other deatils were not complete so I again took my all details and snap to the same shop and got my number activated, but after 1 week I recharged with Rs100 and it was again disconnected and now the sim card is also showing rejected.I have already distributed my numbers not only india but outside India also, my number is also there in my CV as I am hunting for job.I am sorry to say that because of your poor service I am missing my interview calls for which only AIRTEL is responsible.

Last week I tried to enter one advertisement which was shown while i was browsing, I not even entered in to the site but I had been charged for 20 RS, immediately I called the customercare executive and raised a request. He told me that some kind of airtel service might have been activated, I will cancel it with in 24 hrs but it was not cancelled as informed. This week monday again I had been charged for 20 RS, called customer care and registered the complaint once again, he informed me that he will call and cancel the service on tuesday by 3.30 PM but no one contacted me. I tried to call Airtel customer care but there was no response from their end. I requested you to cancel the serive and repay my money back as you informed me. This is really frustrating me lot.

I am having Airtel simcard and under the scheme of 0.10 paise per minute. But, without
my consent, they are deducting Rs.5.00
towards LOVEPACKAGE SMS once in
5 days. I am very much upset due to this kind

Airtel Live — I have not subscribed Airtel live-my active alerts. They are deducting Rs.10.00 every 10 days.

I havenot subscribed Airtell live-my active alerts. They are deducting Rs.10.00 every 10 days.When I ring *321*44# for unsub, it only shows Network problem. Even I talked to Customer Care, they also refused to help me. I want to stop the service immediately.

also to deactivate any Value Added Service, send an SMS as STOP to 121
