[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

i have activated the scheme hellotune + free 100 local sms before 2 days. but the set hello tune is differ from i chosen.pl contact me to change it.

I am Ashok Kaim from Agra, i am having problem regarding SIM deactivation, i purchased Airtel SIM from Big Bazaar and the same time i have Deposited my documents to the distributor and till now my SIM is not activated, ,
my previous SIM also not activated by airtel due to documentation, customer guys were saying that your documents is not deposited yet, , but i already deposited my documents at the time of purchasing and my SIM is deleted from SERVER. so its very big communication gap and serious issue.

Now i have purchased my 2nd SIM but it have been past 1 month and still my Airtel no. [protected] is not activated, , WHYYYYYYYYY...

Tell me the solution SHOULD I CHANGE AIRTEL TO ANOTHER NETWORK.

these days airtel has started activating pseudo-subscriptions and deducting amount from balance. Even i[censored] complain to the customer care, they'll register d complaint. After 2 days u'll get a msg saying 'ur complaint is resolved' but u'll never get ur money back. I've lost some 300rs in last 2months. This is d worst culture they have started. I'm quitting operator airtel.

It is to submit that on 10/8/10, it has come to my knowledge that "Airtel picture post game" service activated in my mobile No.[protected] and Rs.10/- (TEN) already deducted from my mobile balance.

That the AIRTEL authority himself responsible for activation above service and no request was from my side. Accordingly, on I requested (No.[protected]) to deactivate above service immediately; and to refund Rs.10/-. But till date no amount refunded.

During April 2010, a sum of Rs.15/- was refunded and Airtel authority informed me "no such fault will not be in future". But, same repeated by Airtel authority time and again. I request kindly stop these practices and refund Rs.10/- at the earliest.

During last April 2010, Airtel authority also done such practice i.e., service activated to my mobile at their own and after lodged complaint Rs.15/- refunded during April 2010 and told me that no such fault will be in future.

Now, same practice done again and a sum of Rs.10/- deducted now. I lodged one complaint on 10/8/10, reference No.[protected], but till date Rs.10/- not yet refunded.

That "Airtel picuture game" service activated to my mobile at the discretion of Airtel authority and no request was from my side. I, therefore, requested kindly refund Rs.10/- and confirm at the earliest.

Airtel Mobile Services — Charging Extra , deducting unnecessary message charges, and trying online verify the customer authentication.

Today I received a call from Airtel Verification Department and name of person calling Me. Ashish, he Says he wants to verify my mobile address and complete name of the person of the address now after almost two years of having got the connection.

The service centers are some times charging two times for the same call or message.

Few days in a month they charge randomly more than the offer we have taken and keep deducting the prepaid money.

This hasbecome a comman feature in Airtel. Anyone who goes to complain are not teated properly, no customer service exists, instead continue to charge adversly make make our balance almost nill.

they are considered worst business people in the market today. I have heard many of our friends complaining the same issue.

please sort this problem and help us exits with less problems in the society.

All most all the complaints are true. Person running such like service centers should be sent behind the bars and punished seaverly to bring down correption in our country. Otherwise all these business people and some correct people will bring our country to a pathetic state. We will lead a worst life than what our great grand parents experienced before independance.

My Cellno is [protected], Prepiad airtel no. Now a days I regularly getting SMS on Ramdev which deducted my balance automatically. Though I had send deactivate SMS but in vain. Please look into the matter and stop such type of SMS.

Refer to my complaint reference number `CBDCC[protected]` regarding excess debit to my account on 23rd n 24th September 2010, through my mobile number [protected] to CANADA and expedite early resolution.
Exactly Airtel service is worst. Nodal officer is also not responsible, better we can get rid from this shameful service.
