[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — MY PREPAID LINE IS NOT ACTIVATED

Dear Sir,

It is going to be 2 months,
i have purchased airte prepaid sim card no[protected],
and i have submitted twice documents in porur airtel office,
so far, my line is not activated
last i have submitted documents with photos on 25/5/12.
I think you people interested in selling sim rather than activiating the sim,
and no calls and proper response from Airtel office.
i have given this type of complaint once in Vodofone provider
next day they have replied me through mail and called & resolved the issues.

I have been using your prepaid Airtel number [protected] for 4 year, recently i have changed my handset to blackberry and activated 399 plan of blackberry, I have been used this plan without any obstacle for one month .still I have activated ones more..but there are many problem here facing while using the internet that has follows
1 - the balance reducing from main account like 1 rupee, 2 rupees, 5rupees, 4 rupee..etc
2- the speed of browsing taking huge time
3-not possible to connect internet so often
And also I'm very regret ti say dat I have contacted your customer care executive for many time and I didn't get any solution for it. so I humbly requesting for solve the problem as early as possible..

I bought an Airtel sim card in April. I was getting 98 messages free every day.
I noticed that from yesterday night .i.e., 29th June, I'm not getting any
free messages and each message is costing me 50 paise.

I am S.Allahpitchai. i 'm in Madurai . i purchased new air tel Sim .my no -[protected] - Sim no[protected] . if i was submitted my address proof to dealer. but- i recd one MSG from air tel address proof not submitted air tel office . .once again i was submitted proof direct to Madurai Annanagar Air tel office . my out going calls are relished . & than two days my total connection is cancelled . pls rectify my problem immediately .

This number is using for more than 10 years, recently last one month before convert this number postpaid to prepaid and also I submitted address proof details.
Again I given two times of Address proof sent to Anna Nagar Customer Care.
I have informed the customer care for more then 10times to activate this number. But they are not taking any necessary steps to solve my problems.

I did purchase a Airtel prepaid number is [protected], who is purchased by me approximately 1 year. Who is now steal in bus travel with my mobile is samsung wave5333, serial no.-353923/04/082856/4. Now I did go to airtel store, but there I have know about that my mobile number is alloted to other person. I'm go to police station to refer to its FIR but they have ignored this case, about saying this "aisa nahin hota, agar tumne apni ID di hai to no. tumhare naam per hi hoga (Hindi translate). By this is create any illegal crime anywhere. Please take any suitable action. And I'm don't submit in any crime.

The Paramount corporate network Ltd. have very bad service if we go this 33, Nehru circle, seshadripuram, bangalore-20. If we go there also they will act like there own office. I am user of Vodafone bt really fed up service they given wrong no on bill its 41242277 always enge try it. A really very bad service from airtel partners. I have not faced single time also in Vodefone.

while i am going through the net about sms packs i noticed that the sms packs, prepaid packs, tariff vouchers are not revised accordidng to this date. you are often changes the plan and tariff rates but u are make changes in your airtel web. pl see all the tariff rate, sms rates booster packs are updated early. thanking u sir. s nataraaj mobile no [protected]

The words like - honesty, transparency, ethics - are foundation on which corporates work. Why is is missing in Airtel???
I have been charged for (1) News Alerts, (2) Hello Tunes and (3) SMS Junction. There is not even simple courtesy in asking for my approval. Is your company going bankrupt and have to use nefarious means to rake in money.
I have the most basic mobile phone meant only for talking to the recipient of my call. And for news alerts I have other electronic gizmos and certainly do not require Airtel. What is this SMS Junction? I never asked asked for it and then why am I being charged?
Even beggar's have certain amount of dignity while asking for money, Airtel doesn't seem this basic nature.
Unless you mend your ways I will be forced to go to Consumer Court.

Before one week i have charged 20 rupee and i make call to customer care . they didnt response well. now totally i lost 80 rupee for no reason.I need my money or else please change my network.

Whenever i recharge to my account the company will take some amount.. I ask to customer care they told you are activate service like that.. They take amount between 12.30Pm to 6 o`clock but i not using mobile for this timing because i went office our office mobile not allowed, Without my knowledge the service activated...Then i have net back also...Late Of time i given complaint to customer care but my problem not solving in this time...Now desired to change another network, i think many people hate airtel because they cheating customer... i thing airtel going local network...my self really told airtel waste no response for customer.. only they aim earn money...

Balance is deducting from my no. [protected] from 13th Nov 2012, even after activating 5 rs per day Internet pack balance was deducting from the main balance, till today approximately 70 rs is deducted from the balance. one air tel executive committed me to refund the balance and blocked the IBR from my number without refunding. After that I made calls 10 - 15 times via another number, every time executive views were changed some time they are saying balance is deducted by my fault and some time they told me it is via air tel fault only and they will surely refund the balance. With that, some amount of balance is reducing from my number on daily bases without even touching my cell. At last I am clearly told that balance will not refund. This matter become now more than balance deduction, which is called mantel harassment. I also observed that customer care executives are trained to make fool of customers, which is really very bad .Case number is [protected]. PLZ do something for this matter otherwise I have to deal with this in another way.

Since last two to three days i am not able to send any text messages from my air tel prepaid no [protected], and also i have already call customer care executive on 198 but they didn't give me proper feed back and disconnect my phone are or they were not able to solve the problem i am com paling since last two days but problem is still there .



One more thing i want to complain about customer care executive are not well mannered they not even proper knowledge and they cut phone any time between conversation or they put the phone on hole more then 30 min, yesterday i have to faced the same problem one customer care executive put my phone on hold for 25 min after that i have to cut the phone, i had talked with Ur executive like...twinkle, solanki, mehta and one more girl but all of them made me disappointed
I recharged my phone(Phone No. [protected]) for Rs 34 sms pack. Though I requested to discontinue the service and sent sms int his regard, airtel renewed the plan automatically without my consent. This is a white collar crime- a new way to loot the customer. I have observed when we request for a new plan they immediately provide the service but when we request to discontinue a service we are not satisfied with, airtel pretends as it has not received the request. Pl tell me the way how I can sue airtel and force airtel to amend its ways.

I am having a prepaid connection of Airtel-Number [protected], but it is disconnected now.
I got a message on 27/11/12 at 12.28 showing to submit Adress proof & ID & disconnedcted at around 5pm(27/11/12), i am using this connection for the last three years & for submitting the Ids & form i contacted airtel service at panchkula_haryana but they also not accepted the form, they also saying that the connection could not be activated
for this reason i am not getting any calls & my porofession also getting hurted
