[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

Dear sir,
Recently I used Airtel mobile internet service. Here I wish to draw your attention toward fraud commeted by such a BIG company. When I used the net and clicked on a LINK I was charged Rs, 75-00, then Rs, 10 as some subscription charges by AIRTEL LIVE without confirming or telling the user of such charges. When contact by AIRTEL help line they told me that as I have clicked to the link the charges applied on me. Here I REQUEST THE COURT TO FRAME RULES SO THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT START UNLESS we RECONFIRM IT
SUCH A BIG INTERNATIONAL COMPANY SHOULD NOT USE SUCH TACTS.to earn money. I think that the company owner does not know about these think and it is done by the Officials to show more profit to their Boss to get hike in their SALARY

My name is umer bashir wani S/o bashir Ahmad wani resident of Jammu & Kashmir State india. the matter is regarding reactivation of my prepaid Airtel number, the new orders from the telecommuncation the ban on prepaid connection in J&K state rebained again so i submitted my all documents to activate my existing prepaid number [protected] and the proper verification done by airtel auditor online and my prepaid number starts again but today airtel company send a messsage that your verfication is failed why.?

with great regard, my name is umer bashir wani from J&K state india after the new orders for restoring prepaid service in jammu and kashmir after short pretty time i again submitted my 4 photograps with all my legal documents along with my identity proof. and i go to the airtel office with my documents they reactivate my number in front of a company related auditor, and my number [protected] reactivate again after one month the airtel company send me a message that your service can be barred after 48 hours because your documents are incompleted, how is it possible after one month of my reactivated number [protected] after proper verification, the airtel workers along with the company auditor seen my documents and pass/clear my documents and after that they activate my number how Airtel send a massage that your service can be barred after48 hours submitted your documents again.it is injustice and unsatisfactory of work of the executives as well as the Auditor's of airtel company in J&K State.solve my problem as soon as it is possible it is my humble request from this end.

i m trying to contact Airtel customer care many times but i m not getting an option to talk with customer care representative. Please advise me as soon as possible... what is this going on... Why m facing this problem...
To whome so ever it may concern, My mobile no. is [protected].Many times I got problem that without any activation or without taking any vallue added pack I got deducted money from my balance.After complaint C.C.officer tells that this deduction is due to activation only, as per our record.Actually I never activated or activates any vallue added service. After that CCO deactivates my vallue added service and stops deduction, but I looses my deducted money. It is happening frequently.Try to solve this problem to maintain faith on Airtel in future.

My new Prepaid mobile no.[protected] is not working for the last 7 days while the balance of nearly Rs.500/= still exists.I personaly visitd Airtel Zonal office at Rajiv Gandhi IT Park Chandigarh at 11.30am on 22/03/10.The attendent at Custmorcare counter gave me another form, which i filled nd.also handed over Residence proof/copy of Pan Card.I was told that my services will be restarted within 24hrs.Nothing has benn done so for i.e.9.15am on 24/03/10.Pl.restart my Pre paid mobile or refund my dues.I will wait for 7 days more before going to Consumer form.

I am using Prepaid Mobile No.[protected] nd.it is giving me very good servive both in India /Abroad.For the last about one month I am getting News messages from 54321 which I never requested.This is unnessary disturbing me along with a charge of Re.1/- each time.Can u pl.stop these messages immidiately as I am Sr.Citizen nd.can not tolerate avoidable disturbences.

i have recharged the rate cutter Rs.79.00 pack, this is for airtel to airtel 10paise but still i have charged Rs.1.00 for A2A. I have complaint to customer care but no remedy for me. the same problem 2nd time i have faced. no exact reason from customer care. how to solve these...
