I Mr. Dilipkumar Rambachan Yadav using Airtel prepaid
card. My mobile no is [protected]. This is complaint regarding balance
deduction by airtel on my prepaid card. From last two to three months
every month 20 Rs is deducted by Airtel with sms that your account has
renewed with tadka live and you have been charged 20 Rs for this. I
have not activated this service anytime, as i do not require this
kind of service i m only interested in making outgoing calls and sms.
But still airtel is activating this service why i dont know the
reason. Every time i have to make a call to deactivate the service and
refund the deducted balance and then it is refunded. I am also made
assure each time by Airtel that 'tadka live' service is deactivated, but still they are activating and charging 20 Rs for the same. Whats
the reason behind this . I do not understand . Even today i got
message that Tadka live service is renewed and i m charged 20 rs for
it. I made call to customer care but it is said that this time balance
will not be refunded. Why it is so?
Is there any reason? Is this been done purposely? If
it is so then whats the solution for it? How to get my refund back?
and How to stop this 'Tadka live 'service completely?
If it is not possible for airtel to refund my balance
and completely deactivate the service, then plz stop your airtel
service for the above number. If airtel cant do it . it is very easy
for me to stop ur airtel service anytime and go for another service.

Airtel Prepaid — Un able to change the plan because of Wrong information provided by CCR
Dear Sir or MadamAllow me to introduce myself Pavan Kumar, AIRTEL customer from 3yr plus,
I am very disappointed by the customer care service provided by AIRTEL, recently I had called AIRTEL customer care to seek information about the Roaming plan and person who answered my call give the information stating “ I have to recharge a Roaming plan and once I reach Bangalore should recharge for RS 94.00 to get back the current plan” as per the information provided I did same but after coming back to Bangalore I tried recharging for RS 94.00 its not happening.
Called customer care and raised the complain on 05/12/2010, received a response stating the plan can not be changed for 1 year, as the mistake was from your end I demanded for change of plan, next day I received a call from number [protected] stating the plan will be changed as it was your mistake and will confirm once its done but never received a confirmation call.
Called Customer Care again on 12/08/2010 to find out the status, received response complaint is resolved and plan can not charged ( Please listen recorded communication the tone of the supervisor who answered the call was bad and was careless) and I demanded to raise a complaint, same day at 7:30 PM received a call sating this issue can not be resolved and if I have any concern I can speak to customer care head Mamtha and contact number is [protected].
Who ever attended my call on 12/08/2010 at 7:39(1st she told she is mamtha & later she told some other name) was very rude and she is not fit to be customer care head, as she does not understand what customer is, customer problem or how to speak, When I was telling my concern she stopped me and asked me to call up later has she is busy and when I asked her to call back once she is free, she told I will not call if you want you call. Is this the way to treat the customer??????
I need an explanation for all this and want my plan to be changed and credit the amount which is been charged.

I had taken a connection from The GREAT ENTEPRISES and was disconnected (Mobile No.[protected]) on[protected], as I was not able to attend their call for varification. After that call they didn't call me or send me any messages regarding this. After this almost two weeks after without any information they had disconnected on[protected]. The same day I had contacted on 121 and one gentleman had taken all my details and asked me to submit my proof again. I had submitted to Mylakkad office (Kerala, Kollam District) the same day. After this I had called on 121 and they told me that this complaint if filed up and given me a varification code No.323275. Till date no action was taken up and today as I had called the Kollam office on[protected] at 1:00PM. They asked me for my mobile number and my name and asked me to call after 15 minutes. When I called by this time the person over there said that the concerned person has gone for lunch and will be back by 5'O clock only. After arguing they asked me to call by 3'O clock. When I called by the same time also the result was the same. We feel sorry that your side office people are not showing any responsibilities to your customers. Also I was getting offers after the call I had received for varification and I had charged it and I am loosing it as I was not able to use that service on the alloted time. The main problem is I am expected to get more calls on my job side as I had quoted this number to many and I am loosing some all. I have been using Airtel [protected] since few years.
every now and then they deduct money for the services which I never asked, activated or subscribed for.
on 14th december 2010, at 07:33:54 they send SMS saying, "congrates! matrimonial alerts services has been activated on your no"

AirTel — Pre-paid customer service
I have taken an airtel prepaid no [protected], just a month back. There was a call from verification department which was done succesfully, but all of a sudden my sim was blocked with no network coverage and saying sim card registration failed. I had contacted customer services thrice and got 3 answers 1) submit the sim and get a new sim at a cost of Rs 25, 2) contact the distributor 3) check with different mobiles as the sim would be damaged. Airtel customer service in Chennai is horrible, especially the people sitting in the Porur branch seems worst. My mob no is [protected]

I am Shai Mrithun,[protected] is my number and i have been using this number for several years.I am using MOBILE OFFICE for few years, now i have activated 98 Rupees internet pack and i was browsing in ANDROID MARKET in my mobile in between i got an message from AIRTEL tat i have been detected 50 rupees am still clueless for what u have detected my money for nothing i have downloaded..This is totally unfair i need my money credited back in my account..If not i have to take legal action against your company...
