I am having airtel prepaid sim ([protected]) West Bengal. Recently I have noticed that my balance is decreasing abnormally. I call to customer care executive who told me that one hungama pack is activated through internet. My customer care complain no.CBDOV[protected] dated 22.10.2011 and CBDOV[protected] dated 24.10.2011. But still now my balance is decreasing abnormally. I am filling very much upset. Kindly make this pack unsubscribed so that I can use this mobile sim freely.

why in your network you are taking rupees for messages after sending 100 messages?

i am surprised from 1 and half months back and before some times i received a message i am debited for downloading hungama 5rs, then java game 5rs downloading and full audio services28rs and today subscribed services 1rs also yesterday.i never downloaded & i never asked for these services. i complainted several times to customer care service.pl dont debit for services which i have not asked for

I am using Airtel mobile no. [protected] for more than 6 years. It is very awful practice on your part that my no. was disconnected without prior intimation to me by any means although I have submitted the documents several times as and when asked. Dealing person issued me a duplicate SIM no. and charged Rs. 25/- for the same instead of restoring the old SIM. She told me that my no. will be restored after 7 to 8 days and balance amount of previous SIM will not be credited to new SIM. It is regret to know that Airtel company is looting customer’s money through such dreadful means. The same was not expected from such a reputed company.

The Most Dis satisfactory Service Ever...
I have not asked for any extra services and in spite of regular calls to customer care my account is reduced by Rs. @ daily for Fashion Updates and Rs. 1 daily for special Plan...However without any notice my special tariff has been increased.
I had a word with Mr. Debashis Deb on 28th Dec-2011 and my request reference no. is CBDCC[protected], till date he has not taken any action though he had promised that the Fashion update would be cancelled with an immediate effect from 31st Dec-2011.
This is my last trial else i will be forced to take really strict action against AIRTEL.

Airtel — Wrong way to increase company revenue
If i recharge mobile balance, immediately they are activating any service without request and debiting the amount. This is absolutely worst way to increase company revenue. most of the people mentally suffering by this kind of cheating. It should be stop immediately.If it is not we will take legal action against this cheating. Dear friend,
In my experience, Please avoid o[censored]sing airtel number. If you are using airtel, kindly change to bsnl mobile number portability. Total Airtel Service was waste in all aspect. They are cheapers.

I m using Air tell for the past 6 years.. day by day.. their quality and customer service is going towards worst.. simply they are deducting the money from the balance.. without any reason...yesterday they deducted rs 132 for the SMS booster pack.. but two days back its got auto renewed..
when i called customer care they told that they will credit again. but never happens.. and when ever we call we need to tell the same story from the begining.. really i feel bad.. and thinking to change both my prepaid and post paid numbers from airtel to Vodafone or another service provider.

from last few i am facing the problem with wifi internet servce on my mobile as i am using this service from last 2 to 3 yrs but never being charged for this as i am into plan with unlimited internet at my home and my office
but from last few days god knows why i am i started charging 10 paise or sometimes 30 paise every hour dont know whats happening are u'll making fool o[censored]s
as whenever i went to gallery for this they are laughing at me and saying that kya sir 10 rs balance ke liye itna magaj maari karte ho
and to prevent from this service what they did is they just OFF my DATA SERVICE and said to me that your problem is solved
now i dont understand what to do as i need to pay for my wifi service and then to pay for mobile internet also what to do pls help me out of this
