This is Vijay, I am using Airtel from past 10 years.. I was very happy with your service, but now a days, your service is becoming very bad. Unnecessarily my balance is getting detected from my account, if I contact Customer care, they are telling that by default some service is activated and detected amount cannot be refunded..ok I agreed and requested them to deactivate the service and not to detect my balance in future. But the very next day again for the same amount is detected from my balance, if I ask the customer care they are not in a position to convince me, and from that day my number is not connecting to customer care. Now I am totally confused weather to stay in this Network or should I move to some other Network. Need your good support to resolve my issue…..

Currently I am in Tamilnadu. Two days back I recharged my mobile with 250rs 3G internet pack, but even after recharging money is deducting from my main balance. I tried calling customer care number 121, they said mine is Karnataka number so they can't support they told me to cntact airtel karnataka, Airtel karnatka customer care peole said as I am in tamilnadu they cant support me and asked me to contact airtel karnataka and karnataka people are asking me to contact tamilnadu and this cycle is repeating and I did not get any support
I am fed up with this customer care people.Please call me otherwise I am going to switch to TataDocomo

I recharged my no. [protected] With rs 130 for talk time 34 for lower call rates and 98 rs for data pack on Sunday n next day I found my balance rs 2.81 rs after asking customer care they said data pack n message pack was renewed I didn't ask them to do so they said we messaged u to deactivate I didnt ask for activating they activate theirself Bt deactivation I should do even after recharging For d same service that means next month 2 packs will b renewed n if I recharge again then 3 after that 4 n so on it's I just asked for my money they said sorry Mam this is not refundable, , see how they fool people, , I m left with rs 0 n lower call rates n 2 gb data which I don't need they said u will get a call after 4, 5 hours n nt even yet I have received any this is their service they r not concerned if I can't call anybody i[censored]rgent even after recharge they had to deduct money n they deducted, , too hell with the customer their motive is sought n the final answer is sorry Mam ur money has been grabbed

My No. is [protected]. Today 14 Jan after 10:30 AM, I receive a message from AT-AIRINF that " Thanks for downloading value pack from Air-tel. you have been charged Rs 99.0 ". Its my request that I didn't ask for this service. Kindly refund the amount.
Also I tried to contact CCR several time on 198 but only first time my call was allowed n that time executive put me on hold n after keeping on wait she disconnected the call. After this my all call got rejected from IVR itself when I choosing option '9'.

I am having airtel 3G donkel prepaid no [protected] i am unable to recharge the service in net for the last two months every time i have to go to a shop for recharging the same on 31, 03/2013 i tried twice to rechage the 3G data card message appeared that due to some technical problem the recharge is un sucessfull .i con tacted toll free no.[protected] spoke to ms harhit kaur and later with maha singh at about 8, 45 am he has tranferred the line to supervisor after some time line disconnected. i am not at all satis fied with your customer care division after waiting 15 minutes on line you are charging for the call and no response ans no solution except lisitening your ads over phone which we are paying the call charges pl correct the problem and allow my 3G no recharge on line hope you will respond to this message
