[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Deduction from balance without my concern.
On 26th eve I got message from yr services,that Rs 30/- hv been deducted for hallow tunes.
immediately I contacted customer care wing & informed (to Mr Krishna)that,why & how Airtel can can deduct money without taking willingness from the customer ?
meanwhile I got sms to launche the complaint thr.sms.
I sent the sms.
Even after 48 hrs I did not get reply.
I again contected yr Customer Care wing (Mr.Lal)
I hv expressed my deep concern about the problem & asked the same question to him that how Airtel can deduct for any services without permission of customer ?
There was no satisfactory answer.
I would take the apportunity here to inform airtel that,
I have taken yr services for my own intrest & not in the intrest of the various schemes from Airtel.
1)PL do not deduct any amount towarrds any other services without my concern in written.
2)Pl do not send any sms on any new schemes & disturb me during business time.
3)Pl arrange to REFUND the amount which is an Illegal deduction.
Failing this I will be forced to go to the Consumer Court.
Pl avoid this activity with any other customer too.
