[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Unauthorise deduction Vas Pack 99 | |
Dear Sir, I am a prepaid customer of Airtel. My mobile no is [protected] Today Rs.99/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK99 without my permission. I am trying to lodge my complaint from last two hours but all in vain. Was this information helpful? | |

I am using my prepaid airtel connection from last 5 years no. [protected] And today from account Rs 30 is being deducted for Yahoo page subscription monthly charge. please unsubsribe this

I am a BSNL, Reliance & Airtel Mobile prepaid customer. Whenever I make a missed call by BSNL to Airtel, the billing starts in BSNL. Without a call, balance being debited BSNL. When I make a missed call by BSNL to Reliance, no charge being debited in BSNL. It appears Airtel is cheating with customers and it has made arrangement in its system such a way that customer's of other service provider calling on Airtel will be charged as soon as bell starts in Airtel, even for a missed call. Please look into the matter. My BSNL No. is [protected] & Airtel No. is [protected]

This is the second mail I am sending to you about the network issue. I have not received any call or reply from your end.My mobile number is [protected]. I am still facing problems of the whole day (i.e., 25/12/08 afternoon) also yesterday, if call to somebody i can here their voice, but they cannot here its like a blank.there was no network till today morning 10’o clock.because of these problems my bill is summing upto 10, 000/- No customer service. (Name: - sheela- They said that we will surely provide you a good network from 1st of Jan but till now we haven't satisified with that.

without my consult deduct the amount of my prepaid mobile connection, and also without any information select helo tunes and deduct rs.180 in my prepaid connection . This can happen 3 times i also inform on 121 on air tel help center and complaint many times but there is no any result .my e mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com Myself Amiyo Kumar Paul have an AIRTEL mobile connection No.[protected]. I have fed up with making call to 12150 /121 Customer care number of AIRTEL for getting GPRS & Settings for INTERNET for the last fortnight. Both the facilities have not yet been provided to me.
Please look into it and ensure activation / getting of INTERNET settings as early as possible.

Myself Amiyo Kumar Paul have an AIRTEL mobile connection No.[protected]. I have fed up with making call to 12150 /121 Customer care number of AIRTEL for getting GPRS & Settings for INTERNET for the last fortnight. Both the facilities have not yet been provided to me.
Please look into it and ensure activation / getting of INTERNET settings as early as possible.
