[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care services

Sir,
from last one month I am not get contacted to your customer care services because when I call to ur customer care executive the computer simply says that please send ur query by SMS which gets me in trouble so much. I am using the airtel services from last 2 years and the airtel gives me the full satisfaction from last 2 years but now a days it gets me in trouble and not me satisfaction Its haryana network are also getting so harsh day by day. So my request is that only please listen my complaint as quick as possible.

I AM NOT GETTING NETWORK AT HOME.
MY ALL FRIENDS HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT.
"BPL" IS A BEST SERVICE PROVIDER IN OUR AREA & AIRTEL IS A WORST.
SO U HAVE TO IMPROVE LIKE BPL.

this is pulok roy one of the customer of your esteemed company, i am using your network through prepaid system of airtel since 1(one) year but regretfully i have to say that i am not getting your customer service since 29.04.08 just because of intentional discontinuty from your side . my sim no. is [protected].
so this is my request to you plese take necessary steps to mitigate this problem and oblige.

I, Mr Divakar Jha gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive...
respcted sir it is not my complain aur u can say it is only my query because i have activated internet plan of 35/-(for one week) on prepaid connection but it only works on computer or laptop it doesn't work on mobile device why? please tell me kindly i have got some trouble for this.

Hi,
I am jayapragash, Using AIRTEL for the past 6 years. Many times I spoke to the AIRTEL customer care for different issues, none of the time they solved my problem. If I keep-on call them until my problem get resolved, They will say that they are going to transfer to supervisor, but the phone will ring and no one will pick up the call. If you keep on try, they will block your number where in your call wont be routed to the customer care executives.

For the past 15 days my GPRS get disconnects and connects more than 25 times a minute. So i receive the balance message for each disconnects. Because of this my mobile screen will be of massages only, If anyone calls me I couldn't identify the name because the messages will hide the caller's name. In this regards, I spoke to customer care executives, but i am helpless. Same thing happened which i have mentioned in the above few lines.
