Hi Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I Anthony Francis was using your fix line broadband (Landline no: [protected]), I moved house in the month of Feb'11 and asked Airtel to transfer my services to my new address, however when airtel checked the coverage in the arear that i was moving to, there was'nt one, so i decided to close my broadband, i made a final bill payment of Rs 1900.00 at one of your outlet in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, after that i came to know that the connection was not cancelled even though i attendaed that final retension call that airtel to reatin the customer, but in my case retenion was not possible because my house was out of coverage area, after so many efforts by me i was retained by airtel i dont know on what grounds, i started recieving emails from airtel thanking me that i have decided not to move away from airtel services, i again visited your branch and had a word over the phone, and to my supprise my connecction was not cancelled and moreover the customer care executive hung up on me because he was not able to answer my question, and let me tell you i was not abusive, even though the phone was put down on me twice, finally i was told that the issue will be sorted, aginf after few day i got a call from your collection people asking me o pay the bill, i aging went to your branch aging it was the same story, after visiting the branch atleast 5-6 time my issue was not sorted, and finally we are on the stage werein my relative, friends etc are recieving the calls from collection people and they are telling them that i have not paid the bill, the last supervisor that i spoke to was Raman on 50101 from your branch he assured me that he will take care of everything, nothing has been sorted, and the bill has mounted to Rs 1500 for the services that i have never used ( strange!!!) now i am going to consumer court for this issue, and will be demanding for compensation for all the hassle and grife that airtel has given me, if you people wants to sort the things out then make it with a suitable compensation.
