[Resolved] AirTel Prepaid online Recharge — Airtel Prepaid | |||
I did online recharge using my Indian Bank Debit Master Card for Rs330 on apr24,13.But recharge did not happen and amount got debited and not credited by Airtel team till now. transaction id 718950.Ref no. CBNRA[protected] .Compliant number is PR[protected].Unique Service Request number is CONRC[protected].They mentioned that as per Airtel records the Transaction was not successful.They told to check respective bank operator for further action in this regard.I contacted bank and they have no records and I requested Airtel team to check with bank if they had put back my money.I repeated mail them with my bank statement and they do not resolve at all.The issue happened in april and till now(july) it is not taken care of.Airtel Team closes the ticket without proper communication. AirTel — PREPAID ONLINE RECHARGE
Sir,yesterday I was recharge through online my mobile NO.[protected] for Rs.100/- ( 2 times ) but only ONE payment recharge credited to my mobile. another Rs.100/- not credited. Pls. look into the matter and credit the same at the earliest. My bank debit ref. No. is ICONN/22185189/061210/AXIS MOBILE RECHARGE second is ICONN/22184289/061210/AXIS MOBILE RECHARGE.

On 1st July 2010, i have made recharge for Rs.45 for the following pack:Mobile Internet & Voice Combo pack @ Rs45
Easy recharge with Rs45 & get Rs30 talktime & 100MB of internet usage FREE.Post free usage -30paise/50KB.Valid-30days
But, Rs.30/- of talktime not being credited to my account and it is showing internet usage only for 10 days.
According to this pack it should be valid for 30days.
Credit 30/- to my account and internet usage should be valid for 30 days.
