post paid card not activated

My cell number is [protected]. I have applied to convert my prepaid account to post paid account.
They have closed my prepaid account, but not activated my post paid account even after two days. Also I online recharged with Rs 105(txn id 448006), but the cell was not recharged with that amount. When I tried to contact [protected],121 &198. nobody is responding....

everyday they are sending SMS/calls

I dropped Airtel DTH(UID [protected]) because they changed my plan without informing me. So I decided to drop Airtel DTH and it has been dropped 6 months ago. But still I am receiving SMS and called for addition of channels daily. I reported multiple times by person and customer care but no use. Can anyone tell me, where/how to stop these kind of calls/SMS

Poor response towards the services

Hi Sir/Madam

I received a call from this number ([protected]) on Tuesday -May-7-2013 at 12:07pm IST.

Since I was in a meeting I did not take the call. Later I tried to return the call it did not ring. Today May-10-2013 when I tried it rang but no one answered the call.
Later I talked to my colleague and I found out that this is from Pakistan and he asked me to register this complaint.
