After using your services for more then 5 years in Delhi & mumbai, now i feel cheated.

On June 8th, 2013, i registered a request to your call centre for purchase of new remote, since, my old was not working. I was sent a distributor list & was asked to buy directly. I called each of them & they all refused having any remote. I visited airtel gallery in Thakur Village, Kandivali for help. The executive there helped me log a request with customer care.
The request no was 30969821 with assurance of resolution in 24 hrs. I gota call on Monday after 48 hrs to begin with, that too to say no stock available till tuesday, 11th June, 2013. I was fine with that & agreed to pay the 200 + 125 INR for the same. This guy reported to the complaint request saying that customer is not ready to pay, which i was completely unaware of. Then I got no info till 12th June, when i got a message saying the issue has been resolved, which was a complete shocker & call is closed.
Without any resolution, the customer care refused to help & reported call is closed. When i again called the customer care, they saud they will take appropriate action & gave me a new request number after i spoke to some Sr. Supervisor Mr. Manoj. Request number[protected]. Again assurance of 24hrs. But again no help, apart from a lady calling on 13th morning to ask, whether any solution was given?
Further, in the evening 13th june, 2013,again i spoke to Sr. Supervisor Mr. Arvind, who committed 24 hrs with assurance till 4pm on 14th jun. Request number[protected]. He stated he will personally call for the escalation. Still nothing happened & in the evening today,14th June at 6 PM when i spoke, he refused to help saying it's raining in Mumbai from last 3 hrs & we cannot help you anymore.
Was it raining from last 6 days?
Is it so hard to get a remote from you guys. I have been metally harrased & all this while money is getting deducted from the account.
After getting frustrated, i requested for disconnection & request was logged in 5 mins straight.
I would like to get all my money refunded back along with the extra balance on this account.
I am completely fed up & would request you, without frustrating me any more please remove all equipments from my house & refund me the money for this equipment & the balance amount.
I have made my mind to log a complaint in consumer forum against Airtel.
Airtel — Inappropriate Service and Poor Customer Care
I brought an Airtel Postpaid connection from Airtel Relationship Centre in Chakala, Andheri (East). For the first two weeks i was having problems about srevices.After many customer complaints and visiting Airtel Relationship Centres, my complain was resolved.
After a month i got my first Airtel bill and i paid the same on the very same day by cheque. i got a sms a few days later that my bill has been delivered. Althought i didnt understand what that sms meant. i cheaked with my bank and found that my cheque has been debited from my account.
Now, its nearly a month from my first bill and today when i tried to call my friend, i hear a voice message saying that outgoing facility is not available on my number. On calling customer care, i have to go through a series of recorded messages and finally when i get to talk the customer service representative my call gets finally hanged up.
i dont know why customer service is so pathetic in Airtel. I have been a customer of Airtel for past two years, always to have been in trouble with the service. Now i cant call the customer care with my cell and if i am trying with my landline, same thing happens, when the calls transferes to the customer care executive, my call drops.
i really dont know what to do and i am really getting frustated. i am thinking of changing my network to some other service which gives better service and has atlest some concern for its customers.
