I have been using Airtel DTH since 2 yrs. ID [protected]. We are located on Bannerghatta Road. Bangalore. Since 6 days, we have been receiving bad signal which goes off intermittently with an error code of B 0001. WE have complained to the their number [protected] and the compliant numbers given to us was 31317221, 31250458, 31249269,31249010,31201797. Even though the complaint was never redressed, we keep getting a message on our mobile that the complaint has been resolved. The problem persists even after 6 days. The concerned person, assures us that the problem will be solved. The problem is not even attended, but we keep getting the message that the problem is resolved. Hope this gets the issue addressed.

AirTel — 3g service problems
I called Airtel to enable 3g services on my Samsung Galaxy i9000 phone and then paid Rs 450 for the 600 mb plan. The amount shows up in Dedicate Account 11 but I cannot access the 3g service at all. There was only 1 setting to be done as per the SMS from Airtel (Change Network mode to Auto for GSM and WCDMA). I did the change but there is no 3g service. The Airtel Service center people are useless and claim that they cannot do anything. After one call to 121 or 198, you cannot talk to anyone (seems like the number is blocked forever). If we call 121 from Airtel Service center, the person on the other end hangs up as soon as s/he realizes that the customer is unhappy. What a wonderful service from a wonderful company!!
