False Sales Committments are becoming a Practise ,Especially in big Giant Telecom companieslike Airtel wherein the Agency promises Ex TAT whereas the Sales representative has his own fundas on TAT's.In our worst customer service and Sales malpractise experience the DSA owner promised the PRI Line to be delivered by Saturday evening i.e. 21st Aug'10.The Sales employee of Airtel and the agency people jointly plan and fool around ith customers thereby leading Business losses to ventures like ours.
Basis the committments received the Business proposals were presented to the client for which the said PR line was procurred.The Sale representative named Mr Suresh Airtel Employee - Mobile number - [protected]) and the Agency owner named (Mr. Prasad yadav from vashi - Mobile no - [protected]) delivered a very cheap example of extending TAT's by puting blames on each others shoulers till 5:00 pm monday post whcih they stopped attending their mobile phones stating an excuse of being n a meet till 6.30 pm as logic says that post 6.30pm all expectations are made open for the next day.The said PRI was to be procurred for our said Organisation ( S2S IT Solutions Pvt Ltd) for which the application was signed on 19th Aug'10 with an Assurance.

Sir myself Mr sudhir g waranashiwar I have airtel post paid service on my mobil my mobil no is [protected]. and I want to convert it into post to pri paid, for that I already sublimated application form in Airtel customer care center at khamla Nagpur, M.S, India, I paid all my post paid charges On 16/5/2008 and also paid100 Rs sim charges for prepaid activation .but I sill do not get my activation for that please cooperate me .

PRI — pri not working

My account has been blocked before two days my PRI no is[protected] i have registered the complaint 2 times in 02/03/2010 but customer care executive has given request no is 30063724 but still we are facing lot of the problem we have not any intimation to disconnect my line without any given any information so please for further help without any prior information or notice of disconnecting my services & yet when i call up on given customer care no. there is no executive to help me out xcept computerised voice giving out new offers..i would like period why my services have been disconnected & now tel me what should i do.please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

This PRI is on gran overseas ltd in 107-109 Rattan jyoti building 18 ,Rajendra place Newdelhi 110008.

The PRI line – Phone Number –[protected], Account Number – 15583943 has been purchased by us. We have now faced a serious problem with all the

24 lines of Matrix EPABX from[protected]. This is an IT Park and we can’t afford to be without the telephones. We are in a critical position and this has to be

taken immediate action. We are facing a huge loss and having trouble in communicating. This is very disappointing that there is no after sales service with Airtel

being a branded communication company. We have been communicating with regard to this issue with the following personals Mr.Shiva, Manager ([protected]), Ms.Priya, Sales ([protected]) and Mr. Saravanan, Sales ([protected]) from Coimbatore. Sorry to inform you that there is no proper response from your people.

I do agree with the complaints. Airtel Broadband and PRI Services do not work properly with us also. one month back we change from mtnl to Airtel and from that day we are constantly facing the problems with both. They have the worst customer serivce as well. We can not run our business without telephone lines and Internet.

Twice we called on 121 but before we could continue the call it was dropped. also the most important part they had billed us from the date they put their material on our premises and were forcing us to open the office on National holiday of 2nd October. They still have billed us for that though the installation have been done on 4th of OCtober.

Hi Team / All,

This is with regards to the issue which we are facing for the past 24 hrs. We have been calling various people and talking to multiple executives in airtel to get this problem rectified but nothing is working. Each time I call and ask for the next level of escalation, I don’t get a proper response. The executives are not willing to send any sort of e-mail response about the problem and not even ready to share contacts details for the next level of escalation.

The PRI line which we have is the primary number and all incoming calls would land on this number. This is down for more than 24 hrs now without any estimated time for rectification nor an SLA for this issue .

It’s an shame that Bharthi Airtel does not have a proper escalation matrix nor proper response to the customers. During my conversations with one of the executives at the Customer Care[protected] I was requesting for an e-mail confirmation from Airtel about the outage to which he replied they don’t have the facility to send an e-mail about the outage and only after the issue is resolved they can send it. When I told him that verbal confirmation is not acceptable he told that he would send his executive who is working on this issue to my door step to explain the issue to me ( Does this mean that I need to take this guy to my Management and explain them about this issue / And take the same guy to my US office and explain them about this issue ? ).
For any e-mail sent about this issue Airtel would take 8 hrs to reply back and for the executive to send an e-mail about this issue it would take 48 Hrs ? Is this the SLA for the PRI’s line which we use has an pilot number? We have been with Airtel for more than 6 - 7 years now and it’s very disappointing to have such service for one of the esteem customer . Not only with this issue if you see my e-mail chain below I have been requesting to know who is handling the GXS account from Airtel end and I haven’t been got any proper reply nor updates on this request ?

We have the same issues with the corporate SIM connection too not getting any proper response to any of the issue addressed ( It might be with Billing / Services ).

Hope some responsible executive at this stage at least wakes up and response to is customer ASAP.

This is in regards to our PRI phone line, A/C no. 13706624 with the landine phone no.[protected] on the name of Oasis Technosoft Pvt Ltd. Since yesterday our PRI lines are not working due to some line issue from your end. I had already locked a complaint yesterday for the same, having the complaint no.46713674. I spoke with Ms. Jyoti who assured me to get this issue resolve by yesterday. When the issue was not resolved again I called customer care & spoke with Anuj. But he also given me some staunchly excuses.I clearly told them that we want this issue been resolved by yesterday evening but since then till today morning nothing had been done. I would say this types of your services are making us unsatisfied. Due to this ph line issue we are bearing a very big losses in our business as this makes our office functions unoperational and we are not having any other alternate ph line in our office. We really can't bear this down time.

I would request you to kindly do the needful asap and for future if is there any line disconnection from your end so kindly do let us know in advance.
sir this is Anji Reddy Ihave one post paid no so now ican change my no from post paid to pripaid. Could u pls tel me what is the procedure regarding this.

    Airtel Prepaid Mobile Recharge — Airtel prepaid mobile recharge not done

    I did recharge from ICICI bank on 17.09.2008 morning. Payment ID [protected] Payment remark:0103 Amount:230. Mobile no [protected].
    But still amount is not credited to my mobile.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have applied for BroadBand with Cable TV connection on 13th Aug at SaharaMall in Greate India Place in Noida after they confirmed that they will able to provide connection for Sec-49 Noida.
      The next day the person came to my home & taken full payment and after verification of all documents and not handed over a single receipt. Now I am running after them since then to hear that they do not have the box in front of my house. I have written & called them several times and every time they say they are coming, but no body came so far. I don't understand why these people collect full payments, coming to my home and seeing the actual condition on the ground and now saying that they don't have a box in front of my house. Horrible service from Airtel Telemedia. I would not recomment any one to apply if you don't have a box infront of your house.

          This is to giving you complaint that I Pankaj Sharma had purchased ur airtel DTH connection on Tuesday 17/08/10 from Vaid Electronics Faridabad and your engineer had install this to my home on the next day 18/08/10 the complaints are below-

          1) Your engineer had not given any information or guidance about this new dth connection even I told him to pls explain about the features & how to use it.

          2) Secondly he doesn’t tell me that I have to recharge it or my Dealer will recharge it and it will take 45 minutes to get installed.

          3) Dealer (Vaid Electronics) had recharged it on Thursday & he told me that I don’t need to call in customer care and it will start within 45 minutes.

          4) After that in night I speak with Mr. Sandeep your customer care executive & tell him the problem after that he told me that I need to call in customer care & activate my package detail which also not anyone told me or guide after that he giving me promise that it will start in next 24 hours.

          5) on the very next day 21/08/10 when it’s not done I again call in your customer care & Mr. Deepak ( executive ) told me that for this process I need order no for customer care he had given me order no – 49027293 means sandeep makes me FOOL earlier.

          6) yesterday when it’s still not done I again & again call in your customer care and speak with Mr. Manish your Supervisor & he told me the same story that this problem has been from ur end means customer care or AIRTEL DTH whatever .

          Again I got one more promise that my connection will start in 24 hours & finally got complaint no - 3630164

          7) Today morning I had called again your help line no- [protected] that time he told me it will start in 10 minutes.

          8) finally very disappointed I called again in ur customer care & got same story of 24 hours after that I speak with Mr. Amender ( Sr. Supervisor ) & got same stupid story that sir give me 1 day I will mail it to my senior & definitely it will start as soon as possible & I will revert you.


          What my question is this is Reputed AIRTEL DTH or anything Froad Company if I buy connection on 17/08/10 today is 23/08/10 & what answer is it will start by 27/08/10.

          Means I need to wait for 10 days to watch TV or your Great Company (AIRTEL DTH) actual installation.

          I think I had made a very big mistake in my life to buy AIRTEL DTH connection rather than I know if I buy something else means DISH TV, TATA SKY etc…………………I would not get problem like this in my life.


          I know nothing will happen nobody will solve this matter.
          But i[censored] are a good prestige in market than solve this matter.

          It’s not SERVICE that you people just sold your product & slept out after that.

            I, Imran from delhi. My mobile no. is [protected]. Since 01/08/2010 in my no. there is a problem that the incoming calls not coming on my no. i.e. I am not receiving my incoming calls But outgoing calls working properly. When a call made by any one to my no. then a message is listen that THE DESTINATION YOU HAVE TRYING TO CALL IS NOT REACHABLE. but when i divert my calls to an other no. then i can receive my calls on diverted no. & i can receive my incoming properly in roaming but in local i cannot Receive my incoming calls.
            I made many complaint to Airtel costumer care center @ 121, many complaint to @ 198,
            many email complaint to [protected]@airtelindia.com, 3 times complaint to Airtel nodal officer @ [protected] & also 2 times complaint to Airtel Appellate Authority @ [protected]@airtel.in.
            but no one help me & couldn't solve my problem.
            but the told me always we submitted your compliant. I also go to airtel relation ship center at rohtash nagar & Jagat puri but they are also nothing done for me. they said to me that we cannot do anything call costumer care.
            since 01/08/2010 i am very upset there are many kinds of problem facing by me due to not receiving incoming. My spend of mo. no. is also very high because i divert my calls to other no. for receiving my incoming & this is very costly to me.

            I also have the same problem. I recently take an airtel prepaid connection and the problem is incoming is not happening... when i try to make call to my number, it says "DESTINATION UNREACHABLE". My outgoing is working. I called customer care but they couldnt able to trace where is the pblm actually. So they said me that made a complaint, will take atleast 1 week. But i haven't received any sms related to that complaint... what the rubbish thing happening in Airtel as i was postpaid user of vodafone...

            Please do something on this.. its really frustrating to me...

              Sir,
              I have taken an AirTel Post Paid number in December 2009 with mobile number [protected].The Billing Period of my number falls from 20-Jul-2010 to 19-Aug-2010.
              I have activated the 99 Rs SMS offer plan earlier but deactivated it on 21st of July.
              They have charged me Rs 99 for using that offer for one day , but the offer being stated in the bill is from 20-Jul-2010 to 19-Aug-2010.
              I have been charged for both the free SMS plan and for each SMS which i have sent.
              To clarify the same, i have called the CSR.The CSR says that it comes with flat rental so this money cannot be deducted.But when i look in through the advertisements, IVRS or in the web portal there was nothing mentioned specifically that Rs99 SMS plan is a flat plan.request your action on the same.

                This is regarding the extremely poor service, and inconvenience I have been experiencing due to incompetency of the Airtel Digital TV department.

                I had made an initial request to Airtel customer care for shifting my Airtel connection (customer ID [protected]) from one town in Ghaziabad to another city (Nehru Nagar) in Ghaziabad itself (area change Approx 14 Km) on 5th Aug 2010.

                The un-installation was done on the 7th August as scheduled. I took the equipment to the new address and was told that the re-installation would be completed on 8th Aug (Sunday) before 11 A.M.

                Nobody came and I neither did I receive any phone call from anyone.

                I again lodged a complaint on the same day (Date – 8th August 2010) and was given the service request reference no. – 3510811

                The following SMS was received the NEXT day – “Dear Customer, your Service request reference no. is 3510811 for "Engineer Related" has been resolved. If the issue is unresolved please call [protected]"

                Since no one came, I called up the mentioned number – [protected]. No one answered at that time and after some time the phone came up as switched off. (Note: I tried this number off and on, it still comes up un-answered as of yet)

                I again complained on the same lines and got the service request reference no. 3519246 for "Delay In Resolution (Domino)", which was again resolved magically the next day, without anyone contacting me!

                I kept on making the complaints, and I do not know how the complaints kept on resolving automatically without anyone calling up or fixing appointments.

                After again complaining on 15th August 2010, I got a call from an engineer and he said he would be at my new premises by 5:30 P.M.

                I was not at my place at that time, and so had to rush back in order to get the installation complete. I called him back at 5:15 PM to confirm his visit but he said that he would not be coming now as his office is closed.

                Since I am working and not available in the week days (I live on rent), I requested him a lot to complete it on the same day (Sunday), but to no avail.

                I was very frustrated and the engineer also seemed very rude and un-cooperative.

                I have been making complaints off and on for the past two weeks. The people at the support end are always giving me FALSE PROMISES and pathetic apologies, and they seem very surprised when they see all the complaints in the call history.

                I have talked to managers and floor supervisors but no one is able to help.

                The complaint numbers WRT the calls I made to airtel all these 3 weeks are – 3510811, 3519246, 3534799, 3537343, 3556170, 3611204 and so on.

                As a matter of fact, even the Airtel Broadband suffers from the same poor management; it took 2 full weeks to shift my telephone/internet connection.

                As a last ditch effort I called up one of the engineers in NOIDA, and he said that no one would come to do this shifting as AIRTEL does not pay the people (contracted staff) who make the new connections, they do not get the Rs 300 Airtel charges as shifting amount.

                Now, after so many calls and because of the accumulating FRUSTRATION from such POOR, PATHETIC & 3rd rate service, I am contemplating to leave AIRTEL DTH behind.

                My advice to anyone reading this and looking for guidance about the AIRTEL Digital T.V. Service provider is that AIRTEL is built up on POOR MANAGEMENT and relies too much on the end staff to get its work done, who are irresponsible, hired contractors, and in some cases even hand in glove with local Cable operators, who want to maintain their monopoly.

                  Except for one corner in my house there is no network signal @ my home...

                  Appellate Officer Bangalore confimed there is a network problem @ my house. Airtel doesnt have the budget for hosting the big network tower in Rustam Bagh.. However, when i insisted on putting an small booster in my building or home Airtel is running out of stock for the last 3 months. I fail to understand such a multi million dollar company cannot buy boosters ??? I have been following with Airtel with

                  This is the 3rd time Airtel has forced me to write an email stating my woes. I have 2 complaints against which neither any action has been taken so far nor any communication has been sent to me regarding this.

                  1st issue:
                  I had raised a Service Request with Airtel[protected] for poor quality of network in my house & Airtel Customer Service was supposed to get back to me by 07-Jan-2010. Airtel technician had come to my place to check the signal strength & had confirmed that the signal was weak & they would install new tower to boost the signal strength. I regret saying that no action has been taken so far. It's been more than 3 months now & we are still facing the poor quality signal at our place. We had called the Nodal office thrice but yet no concrete response from them too. Please can you ask someone to look into this ASAP as I'm frustrated with using Airtel now because of no action taken on my Service Request & I'm sorry to say that if this continues Airtel will lose on their customer.

                  2nd issue:
                  I had raised another request for registering for NDNC. The request number was W[protected]. As stated in the sms, all promotional communication would stop within 45 days from the date I received the sms (21st Dec 2009). I have still not stopped getting junk sms on my cell.

                  I'm totally fed up and frustrated of no communication from your side and no action too on your part. If these 2 issues are not resolved at the earliest then I will take this up with TRAI.

                  I just received a bill from Airtel where there was a letter stating about the improvement in network quality & also that 175 new towers are added in Bangalore. As I was going thru it, I realized that I had raised a Service Request with Airtel[protected] for poor quality of network in my house & Airtel Customer Service was supposed to get back to me by 07-Jan-2010.                     i had got a sim from a retail shop and submitted all my documents which later resulted in deactivation of the sim had ben to the retail shop for enquiry rather tellin the details they insulted me and humiliated me which is gonna end up in a consumer court as the airtel telecom industry never reported me about why n so my connection was deactivated and the retal shop for misusing my adress proof since they say its missing i am takin serious action if i dont get a proper feed back please understand its serious.my number is [protected].deactivated airtel number is [protected]

                    Airtel — INSECURITY NETWORK

                    Hi, I am Venkatesh. My mobile No is [protected]. For the past 5 years i am using airtel .Today i got a call from one spam No. his no is [protected]. The person using that no is making problem with one girl..if that girl's relation called to that person, he is forwarding his calls to my no.. i dont know whom doing this .. so that i called to AIR-TEL Customer care, and explained my problem .. they didnt took it as a serious one.AIRTEL is not providing Customer Security . some one made a problem with a girl, but the victim is me... i am planning to change my no... AIRTEL dont know the values of corporate customer.
                    Till there is no response from your side.

                        Sir,
                        I am currently located in KSA(Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia) I recieve atleast 2 calls from my family/friends from India/Kerala in a day. I have noticed that when ever a call is originated from Airtel mobile provider It is always a local number on my phone (ie. a number in Saudi Arabia even though the call is from INDIA). I thought it was just a fluke incident. Then I learned about VOIP calls that are carried out with the help of internet rather than through satellite. If that is the case Airtel is making a heck of lot of money from all of out going international calls. They are cheating the India government and cheating the customers as all o[censored]s know the voip calls are much cheaper, cheaper than 1 rs/ min to GCC countries and they charge like 9 rs/min. I have also noticed a lag time while talking of about 2 seconds which only happens in VOIP calls when internet speed is low. This is a very serious issue and huge revenue drain for our government. Can anybody alert TRAI about this.

                        I might be wrong but can any body come up with a genuine answer or explanation. It would be greatly appreciated

                          Iam using airtel prepaid number from last five yrs. My number is [protected].On 11-aug i received a msg from airtel that i have to submit address proof again. I visited nearest airtel office .They asked me ration card or voter card.But i have no such proof..I have only company given address proof letter,PAN card,driving licence only .But they did not accept.Due to this they cancle my SIM registration on 17-aug .Now if i submitted proof,they told me that i cannot get old no.Talk time of 180 Rs that contain i have in that SIM.I lost it now & my number also.

                          Airtel, Prepaid Connection — RELATED TO DOCUMENTS

                          My Mobile No. is [protected] from Bharthi Airtel. I have been using this No. since 1998. I have requested for migration from post paid to prepaid on 17.02.2010. I have been told to submit a fresh address & id proof for the same. I submitted the same on 18.02.2010 & got the ack from the Airtel representative. After submitting everything, it was not happened. When I called the customer care, they told me that it is not possible to solve the issue through the customer care; you need to drop in the place where you submitted the documents. After visiting the place where I submitted, they replaced the sim card which they were given me earlier for post paid to prepaid & told some problem was happened, it will be solved with in 24 hrs. After this also nothing was happened & again I spoke to the customer care. I heard the same reply from the customer care executive. Again I went to the place whare I submitted the documents & took one of the persons phone number by request. After this the migration was happened on 26th February 2010. On 08.03.2010 I received a massage stating that, “As per TARI guidelines, outgoing calls on your Airtel Number will be restricted as we are not in receipt of Airtel Enrolment form & supporting documents. Submit the same at your nearest Airtel Relationship Centre to enjoy continued service. I called the customer care again. Again they told me the same, Its not possible you need to drop in the place whare you submitted the documents. Again I went to the place & re-submitted the documents & got the Acknowledgement from the representative. On 08.03.10 at 8PM.

                          Again I am receiving the massage from Airtel, stating that I need to submit the documents. Fails my incoming calls will be barred in 48 Hrs on 12.03.2010.

                          How many times should I have to go the Airtel office for this issue? I am business man. About 25 people are working in my company. If I running behind them who will monitor them. Its difficult to deal with these kind of companies. Known people like me harassed like this. What about the ordinary people.

                          In the same way I have been billed about Rs. 3000.00 for the month of March 2009. When I contacted the airtel told me that your Bill is not available for the month of March 2009. Contact Airtel for the same. I received SMS also for the same. When I approached the Airtel, there was no proper response from them. I have still the stored massage with me.

                          Do the needful.

                              After several complaints and calls to customer care service of Airtel DHT some how after 2 weeks I got the installation done with no signal. Same calling story repeated to get the signal. After few days the same problem no signal. Now since last 3 weeks I do not have signal at my home . I have tried calling customer care several times. Same false promise but no improvement in customer care service. They are well trained to make fools of customer. The problem still lies unattended but billing continues because i have already paid in advance for the subscription.
                              I am fed up calling Airtel customer care. Requests any suggestion for refund and return of this product.

                              Airtel DTH — Not receiving Signal and poor Customer Service

                              Dear Sir,

                              Here are my list of problems. ( Customer Id - [protected], Complaint Number[protected]

                              1) From last five months I was getting error message SM1 as frequently as every month. I used to call up customer care and they would fix it temporarily and promise me that an Engineer will visit and fix the problem permanently by aligning the dish to the new satellite. THE ENGINEER NEVER ARRIVED.

                              2) Yesterday suddenly I recieved an error message B001. I called customer care ( after 15 calls managed to speak to an executive) and was told three time that after half an hour it will be resolved automatically. But after two hours and three attempts finally I was told that an engineer will visit and fix the problem

                              3) The Engineer is charing 100 rs for the visit. Why should the customer be charged. Is it a problem of damaged setup box, or dish etc ? No its a problem that your setupbox and antenna is not recieving signals because of worng satellite alignment or whatever, why should we be charged, this not product warranty. As I am writing this its almost over two hours of the time the Engineer had promised to come to fix it

                              4) the customer care service is pathetic.
                              a) You have to dial atleast 5 to 7 times, if you are lucky to be able to speak to a customer care executive
                              b) The IVR system says press 1 to continue in English, but you are speak to an customer care executive, its pure Hindi and very very unprofessional. As if nobody has trained them etiqquetes of managing a custome
                              c) No knowledge at all. I asked the executive how do I termintae, if I want to goto another service provider. He said just dont recharge. I could not stop myself from laughing
                              Overall the service is very pathetic and the worst service. I dont think I will recommend Airtel DTH to anybody.

                                our organisation using Airtel PRI + DSL Lines from one month. airtel sales person commite more promises to use but when the line has been installed its diffrent from his commitement. we launch a complent to customer care on same day and cancel the DSL line on same day of the installation and send respective mail to airtel for cancellation the DSL and reduce plan and for that they are redy fro the same. after few days I again contact to customer care and the sales manager regarding status but they are not ready to give proper responce and support

                                  I applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 12/08/2010 through a Mr. Santosh Prajapati ([protected]). He told me that he would get approval to ensure that I get the connection in 3-4 days flat. An executive came on 13/08/2010 to me residence to ensure that it was feasible to put a connection in my residence in Hiranandani Estate, Thane (W). Its been 8 days and Mr. Prajapati has no clue when the facility would be provided to me. He has even started avoiding my phone calls as he has no concrete details. He tells me that Airtel is introducing some 'new technology' which is causing the delay. I have been sitting at home, days through to get this done, useless.
                                  To my dismay, when I called up the office of the nodal officer Mr. Bothra in Mumbai, a lady by the name Bharti was least interested in what I had to say. She was completely distracted and I had to explain my case to her twice. They have collected all the documents from me and now I do not know whom to approach.

                                  AirTel — not installing broadband

                                  i have paid 4495 for the charges of internate on 4/10/2010 and my cheque is cleared on 15/10/2010 my air tel form no is 250541 there sales executive said it will install in 3 days so far on 20/10/2010 i have not getting internate connection and i already told either give my money back or intall me but they are not replying me i have booked in the name of anta p jain pls help me out from this problem

                                    Airtel Prepaid — sim not working

                                    I purchased aairtel prepaid connection in my name, In May 2009. 02 days back got call from cm care, my KYC documents are not there.
                                    To my surprise,
                                    1.how they have given me connection without KYC.
                                    2. I have deposited my complete set of paers again with agent who issued me initial connection.
                                    3.I am already using airtel post paid connection in my nameno-[protected], how ccome paper's issue at time of prepaid.

                                    4. without any information, how my connection can be withdawn, once, not once, second time too I have gvien my KYC doduments.If your agent is not efficient enough to provide tehm at your cm care desk, how come my fault.

                                      Already i am a beneficiary person of "consumer complaint forum".

                                      So this time also i hope same,that i will get solution of my problem.

                                      Above mentioned all 9 mobile numbers under CUG connections in the name of CHOPRA TIMBERS.

                                      Past almost one year we are facing a problem for not paying some outstanding amount of 6900/- rupees approximately(currently it is going on increasing because of late fee).

                                      This problem has been started before one year with only amount of 1800/- rupees,which is wrongly added to our account.

                                      With this problem we went to Mr.Veerabahu(SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER OF WHOLE TAMIL NADU)in TRIPLICANE office in chennai,he told us that this amount is wrongly added to your account.

                                      He gave us assurance that this amount will be adjusted in next billing cycle,but till now it is not adjusted and we are facing this problem from one year.

                                      And now from 2 months Mr Veera bahu is not picking up his mobile phone,and not giving any reply to our call,we caught in serious trouble.

                                      So pls advice us what to do with this problem?

                                      If possible pls ask your senior authority to speak with Mr Veera bahu(Mobile no:[protected]),because from past one year he is playing a game with us,and not responding properly,due to Mr.Veerabahu only we caught in the problem.

                                      pls note his colleage number also Mr.Balachandran [protected].

                                      Many times we are getting a calls from call centre and asking us to pay the outstanding amount,we are not able to give a reply,due to Mr.Veerabahu,and currently we do not have any type of proof to show the airtel people becuase it happened more than one year.

                                      So we request u to pls take necessary serious action against Mr.Veerabahu,so this thing should not be happened with others.
