I have registered my pre-paid mobile No. under DND service. It is now more than 3 years but I am still getting Telemarketing calls and SMSs. How do I complain to Consumer court? Airtel is turning deaf ear to this problem as Telemarketing people says that you number is not in list, however Airtel says they have activated this request. WHOM SHOULD I BELIEVE? This is regarding A/C No 15553255 Broadband connectivity at Greater Noida. The Internet hasnt been working since april 2010. After Repeated followups with your customer care.. the internet was still not working.

I can see regular follow up for bills ( last three months) for the services that were never working. If this is the kind of service.

I would request you to terminate all the services as i am not at all...
