Dear Sir,
I have a Airtel Connection which is no. [protected] and [protected]. Both the
no.'s are disconnected without any intimation. After disconect the no. call to
customer care and replied that your ID not available.
As I have converted my no. from Postpaid to prepaid. At the time of convert , I
had submitted a copy of My ID at Your Karnal Airtel office. After that again
demand from airtel for submit a ID copy, I had again submit a ID copy at Karnal
Airtel office.
I have that number before two yrs. ( Approx. two yrs continue with post paid)
