I am using Airtel mobile ([protected]). Atleast once every two-three days it shows no network coverage for 4-5 hours. I am living in Sector 35 and don't know what is wrong.

There are other ways of there unscruplous tacts and you are not the one and only recently i also had brunt of their cheating through unsolicited service charges arbitrary deducted and when protested refused to refund thus cheating. this also because very few o[censored]s thinks of pulling them to a legal conclusive fight.

infact I am subscriber of several air tel numbers with in my family, one of that is prepaid number [protected], which was not in use since long even there was no balance against my account till today morning.

To day morning as soon as, I recharged my number an amount of Rs.30 have been deducted against friend service. When I contacted customer care center, I was told that that the service was activated on my number since 22 April. The same was told to have been provided on pushing some button while answering certain call. When I demanded cancellation o[censored]nsolicited service and refund of arbitrary deducted amount deducted on 2.09.10 for any unsolicited service in 22nd april, my call was transferred to some senior who refused to entertain refund of deduction. he also could not give the details of service used from my number, he was also not convinced as to if the same was not used by me how the same would have been solicited, whether for just paying the charges. infact, I never opted for any such service. Moreover, even if any children would have pushed any button, the same should have been discontinued; as such there was no balance since long.

This is not a question of deducting meager amount of Rs. 30/- but I feel cheated by a reputed service provider for unsolicited service. The same is also evident that the service was never I repeat never used from my number. Arbitrary deduction for unsolicited service has also caused mental agony to me. now i am pulling out all the other numbers. let the airtel be happy with Rs. 30/-

i have to look association with other service provider.

    Hello,

    I want to bring to your kind notice that on 12th Aug 2010 I recharged my account for Rs. 5490/- to upgrade my normal STB to HD DVR STB and I had been allotted Service Request Ref No 3547712 for the same. Now till date my STB has not been upgraded.

    I received fake calls from your executives at regular intervals that they will change the same in a day or two but it never happened. I also called your helpline number numerous times but all in vein. It’s my humble request to please check my account for no of calls I made to your helpline. Your executives always simply put me on hold and than disconnect the call. Otherwise also, they never took my complaint seriously and always promise me to change my STB in 24 hours but as usual it never happened. If you don’t believe me, please check all call recording for reference.

    I also got one sms from your side mentioning above request no and for further assistance I can contact at [protected]. Now, this number always remains either busy or on call waiting. Once I got lucky and one person pick up this phone and after listening to my problem, as usual I got the same answer that my STB will definitely be changed with in 24 hours and once again as usual it never happened. I’ve even used your Online Query / Request / Complaint Registration Form for complaint but nothing happened as usual. This time I am using e-mail and hope this time, someone responsible in Airtel would understand how a common man being harassed by their executives.

    I am so sick of Airtel. I bought its STB after using its mobile service for very long but never thought this kind of poor customer service. Please once again it’s my humble request to kindly check all call centre recording for reference and to look in to the matter personally to resolve my issue.

    Worst Service. Irresponsible Managers. Unprofessional Nodal Officers and Hope Mr. Ajai Puri is reading this. Ajai Puri is CEO of Digital DTH.

    Suggestion: Relook at your application which only understands giving docket numbers.
    Oh, these people are crooks. It took me 4 days to track a person to get a order ( my bad, why did I go with airtel DTH?).

    On Saturday (starting morning 10 AM or so) I started getting call from one Ranjit (in hindi) to take a new connection. After much cajoling and promise from them that they will get the installation done by Sunday, I agreed to take the Rs 4000/- pack. This guy took the credit card payment and disconneced me without giving any transaction id. After that I have called four times to their customer service and they refuse to entertain me. One Vishal replied that his manager would call me in half an hour and that never happened. The others say cant help with transaction id.

    I am at my wits end. Horrible - most horrible - really horrible folks there. Looks like full of cheats

    Also to add - I was taking this for my mother. I have TataSky - it seems they are more expensive than Airtel but they have much better service. Their website is better and I am glad that I did not go with airtel.

    I also agree that service of Airtail DTH service is so poor and horrible. I lodged 9 to 10 complaint but they only say will send the person but after expiry of 6 months still waiting for them where as we paid in advance for good service. I suggest people please please dont go for AIRTAIL DTH. My customer ID is [protected] located in Dharamshala, Kangra (HP). Can the Airtail people listen us or not. Oh GOD please help them out.
    Airtel DTH service is very poor and there customer service is worst. every time you call them for any request they say your problem will be resolved by tomorrow by ...such time but nobody will take care of that and they close the ticket automatically after that day without taking your views. i have very bad experience with them, i have paid them in advance so i am using their service, i have no other option.

    My name is David and my cust ID is [protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs.1200 to Airtel by Cash and I have the receipt for the same (No.17468). This amount was collected by Umesh his mobile numbers is [protected]. I took Airtel DTH connection 4 days back, when I called up the Sales team on 12148, they told me about a Ultra pack plan which is Rs.1199 and 3 months subscription free and from 4th month I need to pay only Rs.364. Monday that is 11th Oct 2010 an Engineer came and fixed the DTH connection, but told me that I am on South Mega pack (Rs.999) which I didnt ask for.

    I called up the customer service number on 12148 for about 4 days with continuous followup, and asked them to put me on Ultra pack. I dont know what exactly they understood, they put me on South Ultra pack, again a plan or pack which I didnt ask for. Now today is the 10th time I am calling with this regard asking them to put me on Rs.1199 Ultra pack and I dont have any response to this.

    Customer service is hopeless and SAD. If Mr. Ajai puri is reading this message, would request him to call me on my cell to speak to me regarding this issue and sort this out. I have never faced any such issues towards mobile and broadband services from Airtel. This is the first time and I am really frustrated with the service I have been given. Now its not even 4 days, they are telling me that my balance is showing negative and I again need to pay the amount to use the DTH service.

    If any one who is not blind and have little at least sense from Airtel DTH service, could you please provide a resolution to this issue immediately.

    AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES TO BE HORRORIBLE... PLZ B CAREFUL
    Exact same problem here. Anyone have advice on how to get resolution? New DVR STB installed, but they will not put the new STB ID into their system. 3 weeks on. 2-3 calls per day. Extremely frustrated.
    Been told wait 40 minutes more time that I can to recall. Been told a tech will be there by 6:00 more times than I can recall.
    No tech, no TV, just error code 6.

      Hi there do not submit any kind of docs and money to the above mentioned DSA ...i got a call from sangeeta (executive)..she said submit the docs along with Rs. 300.00 and service will be activated within 5 days..now it has been over 20 days not single intimation from Airtel..when i approched airtel.. thehey did not received the doc and the money..Again when i called that sangeeta (i never seen such an executive )..she given one more useless fellow's number..he said will check and revert..but he did not.then i called that guy..there is no response ..just attended the call neither he keeping on hold nor answering.. So please do not beleive in such kind of fraud company.. i lost my money and docs..Beware of these dogs like sangeeta and satish poojary

      capt k kumar — postpaid verification

      we had prepaid conncetion earlier.When changed to post paid all hell went loose.Airtel verification dept did never come to our residence. all docs submitted BSNL,Elec Bil, PAN card details,as per Verification deptt attracted us negative verification.our 500Rs submitted by receipt+balance now have to go for reimbursement by legal help.nobody knows or answerable in airtel, socalled managers included.

      Hi... same thing has happened with me also, docs were taken verification was done, security deposit of 300/- was also taken and now they are not responding. Frontline Salesmart pvt. ltd. is a fraud set up, no one should get into all this. I think if they are using Airtel's brand name then in a way hey are deteriorating it also. Hence if Airtel is not involved in all this it should check into the matter. These there are so many networks available that they will not even like to give second chance to Airtel.

      Event same thing happened to me.. I raised a request in airtel official website for a post paid connection. A girl named Jasmine called me up, gave details and send a person names Praveen to collect documents. I gave him documents and 300 rs with assurance that number will get activated within 2 days. Its been 6 days now number is still not registered on network. He also gave me receipt of frontlinesalesmart pvt ltd. ... Now both of them are not responding and not picking up calls. But how come these frauds get access to requests raised through airtel official website?
      yes same happen to me also. Ms. Suchita from Frontline Salesmat PVt Ltd called me to get a conncetion i submit the doc alogwith money. but i dong get the conection even after 1 month. I called her evary week but she tell me that ur application is in process. after 1 month she told me that the ur scheme is outdated so u have to fill up the new from. i fill up the new form and also give the money that time also but still i dont get a connection.

      I complaint about them in Airtel Delhi ofc and warned the manager of Frontline Salesmat PVt Ltd that I will go to consumer forum if my sim is not activated. I told them to return my documents and money. As if they are fake they can misuse my documents. Finally after giving warning and sending messages continuously for 20 days... my sim got activated but with some other number.
      BEWARE OF FRONTLINE SERVICES IT IS FRAUD.
      VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THEY TAKE Rs.300 & no response after that.
      STOP USING AIRTEL go for vodafone.
      AIRTEL IS PROMOTING FALSE & FRAUD COMPANY.

      well i am in a similar situation, except that i paid 30 and not 300. I am also in touch with Sangeetha and Sucheta. Extremely useless and inefficient *******. Its been 2 weeks since i gaffe my number for porting. All I hear is it is being processed and will get activated very soon . I don't get it, why can't airtel directly handle customers. I am absolutely frustrated with this agency as there is no sense of responsibility. Can anyone help?

      One of my great interaction with airtel started with frontline sale mart pvt ltd i had just come to mumbai and wanted a sim on urgent bases i came in contact with one mr satish he asked me for my doc on 27th feb and my card was activated by 1march evening

      One of the worst services is given by Frontline service.I wanted to port my number from Loop to Airtel, those stupid people took all my docs and was inform that to me that port will be done in 7 days. But after 7 days, my cell got switched off instead of Portability to Airtel.Also, they didn't give me Airtel port sim till now.(19th Mar 2014).Im continuously chasing those waste people to get my port sim, but those people are not responding. OmPrakash - [protected], Vishali and Nitesh - [protected], Vishal - [protected] are the executives were coordinating with me, they are from same department in Frontline, Andheri branch.


      NOTE: *** These useless, non sense executives are good for nothing.Frontline service is spoiling the name, fame and reputation of Airtel.
      Pathetic customer service. They have been hired by Airtel to do verifications for new connections. They are lethargic and slow in what they do. When you call them they make you run from corner to corner. To make matters worse Airtel Customer care say Frontline is dealing with the paper work. If customer has approached airtel its airtel's responsibilty to follow through but it does not happen.

      Wanted to port in Airtel. This DSA got a lead.
      Picked up the docs and was asking for 250rs initially but I told it has to free so he took some 30rs. I think could be conveyance.

      I submitted the docs on 30Dec and we are on 8th Jan 15. No response from DSA, no information on MNP status website.
      When calls up the executive, he says will update and dont get any call...

      Today after getting irritated on one executive I got a call back and learnt the code which I provided was wrong.. News to me, as copied the SMS and forwarded..

      Very bad experience. UPC code gonna get wasted..

      I m very much upset with airtel service.I put my request of porting my number [protected] from Vodafone to airtel.for that I have requested frontline outlet. I was expected to do all procedures in a weeks time.I got msg from Vodafone that the porting code is not matching.for this when I called frontline they r just ignoring my complaint. Ghe executive Mohammad n Priya are nw just ignoring my calls.I m totally upset with this type of service and thinking of switching to reliance or Tata.

      I called Airtel on recommendation of my friends. I was buying a new Smartphone and didn't want to port my existing CDMA number. I filled out form online, and in no time I get a call from Airtel executive who recommends that an Airtel executive will come and collect documents and money from me. Impressed at customer service agreed. The promise was to activate services in 2 days. It has been over 15 days, no SIM, no service and money lost. I am sure this company is engaged in Fradulant activities and won't be surprised if the SIM card is found in hands of some criminal or terrorist. I have already filed FIR with local police stating I have NOTHING to do with Airtrel or their agents and I have not received any services after having made payment. Frontline and Airtel BOTH are BIG Frauds.
      Do not ever order anything from Airtel, if you are in Mumbai as you are inevitably directed to Frontline which is a fraud company. It has been over 15 days, documents taken and no response from Either parties. I won't be surprised that my SIM ends up with some criminal or terrorist. I have lodged a complaint with local police to ensure that I am not a customer of Airtel will never be again. None of them have any formal complaints department nor a number/email to submit a complaint. How grossly convenient. Looking for filing a suite against them. Any suggestion where and how to do that?
      I got a call from this Frontline for Airtel connection. I said I wanted same number as my Vodafone connection. They agreed and sent one person with simcard and a form. He filled my details in the form got my signature and took my photo and Adhar card copy. I was asked to follow instructions as per sms that would be sent to me. I got few sms and finally I was informed that the Vodafone clearance is over. Soon the Vodafone connection went off. So I put the Airtel simcard and tried to make a call. The call went automatically to Airtel verification dept who asked my details. They told me that my name, date of birth, alternate phone number, etc entered by this FRONTLINE are all wrong. They asked me to approach the Airtel Gallery. Then the Gallery guys told me that my number is blocked and so they sent an e mail to Frontline. I also kept contacting them and there is absolutely no use. It is now almost a week and my number is blocked. THIS FRONTLINE COMPANY IS TOTALLY INEFFICIENT AND NON-PROFESSIONAL. I had only a landline number and from the net I dug out this Frontline address which I confirmed is their number.
      I received a call from [protected] and [protected] mobile for porting vodafone to airtel. Plan offerd by them is
      Monthly rental 210 which includes 4G data 1 GB, 300 local min, 200 SMS.
      I submitted all the documents they required. Now my number is ported from vodafone to airtel. But activated plan is different than they committed. I have all the recorded calls which i have received from the executive. Before taking any legal action i want know how can i get the plan which they offered to me.

        I have taken plan of Rs.999/- from airTel with internet & IPTP service for Tv. From 22/08/10 the TV signal is coming. Ihave launch a complaint in Customer Care vide No.36809952 on23/08/10 but till date the complaint remain as it is.
        The service engineer came on 24/08/10 he told that your IPTP ID no.has erase from our head office so that signals are not coming you have to launch once more complaints.
        i have launch again in customer care but they are not able to give the satisfactory answer.
        The complaints remain same .

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I want to make complain about the scheme given and actual value provided on
          easy charge with Rs 197, there 121 service giving information about this offer to get 1000 min local Airtel to Airtel talk time, but actually they are not giving that and making fool of there customer by giving only 800 min and saying 1000 Airtel to Airtel minutes has already been withdrawn with effect from 04/08/10 and doing like this they are double-crossing there customers.

          And if a customer a customer attempt to complaint to there customer care they make him upset (by saying it will take 72 hour to resolve this and not do anything) that he will wearisome and get tired by doing this and stops.

          Hope you will do listen our voice and do something on this.

            Could you please explain why I have my original cell phone[protected] deactivated?

            I have been requesting you, for the past 4 months, to send me a final settlement letter on my 2nd airtel postpaid connection[protected]. What I receive is a letter that is valid for payment upto 20th Aug 2010 and email was dated 21st Aug 2010. The ironical fact is that the delay was due to misspelled email ID even though I receive my statement on the same email ID every month. I wrote to you guys immediately and in response I get my original connection of 11 years deactivated without any warning sms.

            I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional. All I need is a valid settlement letter and my original phone restored.

            Somehow I think there is a lack of seriousness to resolve this issue and would like your intervention in the matter

            Bharti Airtel/Post Paid Connection — Deactivation of my connection

            I have brought a postpaid simcard (no. [protected]) on 2nd of may-08 from airtel office, race course circle, vadodara and submit all required document. Sales Executive Ms. Rameshwari has assued me that my connection will be started within 2 days.

            After 2 days my connection has been activated and my address verification has also done by their executive.

            But 8-10 days ago, my connection was de-activated by airtel. I had tried to Ms. rameshwari but no friutful result came. Then I had contact costomer care executive many times but they could not helps me. Some body says, you connection will start within 10 minuts. Some body says you connection will start within tomorrow morning. Somebody says your connection will start till 21st of may.

            Now i am very disappointed and think about to surrender the sim.

            Really it is the very burst service of the airtel.

              To the Head Customer Service,

              This is absolutely absurd on the part of Bharti Airtel of not servicing and fulfilling commitments given to customers inspite of repeated reminders and continuous follow ups.
              This has now taken our patience completely away and we would definitely take this up to ensure that this experience really becomes a great example for people applying to Bharti Airtel for telecom services.
              Inspite of giving a particular TAT in writing it is too bold on the part of Bharti Airtel of not honoring their own commitments and leaving their customers in the hands of their pathetic Sales owners for [censored] ALL pranks to be played.
              We have received multiple calls since afternoon all giving their own TAT's with their own understanding of the stuation.We feel pity on the part of Bharti Airtel that their HR has recruited a bunch of to manage their front end sales who do not even know and understand even the basics of dealing with corporate clients rather they behave more as in their last names are named after the founders Mittal n Fly.
              We would definitely not permit Airtel to enjoy the privilege of system upgradations and advancement at the cost of business losses procured to their customers.
              PITY on the managing team of Bharti Airtel who really are not aware of what is happening out in the market with their customers.
              Need responsible revert at the earliest failing which the entire write out would be published and

              agency people jointly plan and fool aroundwith customers in the market by

              completely let down in front of our new clientele wherein our first
              impression itself went negative.

              Communications, Vashi–( Mobile no - [protected]) delivered a very cheap
              example of extending TAT's by playing the blame gamebetween each other till
              Monday5:00 pm post which they stopped attending their mobile phones stating
              an excuse of being n a meet till 6.30 pm as logic says that post 6.30pm all
              expectationswould be made open for the nextday. The said PRI was to be
              procured for ournew project of one of our new clients for which the
              application was signed on 19th Aug'10,Thursday with an Assurance to receive
              delivery within 72 Hours i.e. 21st Aug’10 , Saturday.

              False SalesCommitments are becoming aPractice ,Especially inbig Giant
              Telecom companieslike Airtel wherein the Agency promises Ex TATwith full
              support from the Sales representativewhohas his own fundas on TAT's and
              commitments.

              As a matter of fact the given PRI has not been delivered till date andthere
              are no owness of promised services to be delivered by Employees
              representingAirtel. Another Sad thing to mention is that on the website of
              AIRTELall they publish and advertiseare the thoughts of their great
              thinkers n founders but there is noprovision shownto welcome or Attend
              customer grievances. There atleast needs to be a mention of guidance being
              displayed to help new users register their grievances if any.

              Look forward for some response from your end pacingupthe long process of
              Sales Failures and Ill treatment to potential customers.

              We would definitely intendto take this further and bring it to the
              attention of all those intending to become one of the victims with Airtel
              by applying some kind of service.

                recieving scaring and threatening messages that to submitt all documents to the airtel outlet to avoid disconnection dear sir how was the sim given to me without such details, all documents means which all documents, i had submitted all these documents to the person who has sold ur sim three years back that is only the document which u have to refer no change in the above, i cannot submitt documents at ur whims and fancy if my document is not with u then what where u doing for the past three years, no proper response regarding this with ur customer care even the outlet at theni could not be named by ur representative ,kindly provide ur airtel outlet at theni and also instruct ur outlet handler to provide an acknowledgement as to that he has recieved the documents.

                  i have visited airtel office twice for replace old sim card with new because of some time mobile shows insert sim of sim failed., but both times airtel company representative not give a new sim card as they say in ur photo id ur photo is not cleared but i saw him my original photo id then also say we will not give u new sim card...they also not give any writing commnet about it. when i called to air tel customer care 198 they say what ever our officers say at airtel office is correct. we are not see ur photo id over phone so they r correct weather u r right or not...i have filed complain two times com. no.[protected] and[protected]..from same photo id i have purchased vodafon sim they dont have any prob. with this id.but airtel have prob. hey said we are following govt.policy..waht can i do?

                    I have prepaid mobile connection of airtel. My mobile no:[protected].
                    Since 17.08.10, outgoing and incoming calls are not getting through. Calling to this number from other phones get the response "The number is out of service".
                    Firstly difficult to connect to the customer care. If you some how reach them, the response is the number has been put out of service due to some reasons. No one is able to tell the reason and how to sort it out.
                    This mobile was recharged on 24.08.10. How is that the mobile recharge is accepted when the phone is out of service for the reasons best known to Airtel.
                    Really hopeless service.
                    Can any one help or the only way to forget Airtel and go to some other service provider.

                    I have been using Airtel Prepaid for last 3 years. But for the last few months i am getting trouble my airtel service becuase they are cutting Rs. 30/- per month as charges for airtel friendz chat service which i never subscribed. For the last 15 days months I am giving messages to stop this service, but all efforts in vein. I am requesting to stop this service immediately, otherwise i have no other option just to go to court of law for redressal of my complaint.

                    Do you know how is it doing so ? What is the secret?
                    One more question.
                    Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
                    Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
                    This is one of the secrets of above question.
                    Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
                    Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
                    *Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
                    You can check it like this.
                    1. Send ' STOP' to 121
                    (HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
                    You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
                    "The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "
                    1...
                    2...
                    3...
                    4...
                    5...
                    6...& so on

                    You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.
                    REPLY '1'
                    You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.

                    Follow these steps untill you get a message that.
                    " Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number."
                    *After this send one more message to activate DND like this

                      Hi,

                      We called your company for a landline connection at my place on 5th August 2010, and a representative (Mr Murali) from your company came to my office for the formalities .I had given him the documents required by him for a new landline connection with a Cheque of Rs 500/-(Ch No 619377, Corporation Bank dtd. 06/08/2010), and assured me that the landline connection will be provided me positively within a day or two also they promised to give the list of nos.

                      After 2 days when I had contacted Mr. Murali, there was no response (i.e. either switched off or no answer), then we contacted several other people one of them said he is in a meeting and will call back and later we tried reaching him there was again no response. Next day when we tried he picked up the call and said their systems are not working to download the nos. so he will call us back once the systems are working. We waited for 3-4 days there was no call from them, so we called them to know the status but again no reply.

                      Mr. Rajaram of the same company called and said there was some problem in their system so would not get back to us and promised to give the connection in next two days, but again same problem continued till today.

                      Finally we spoke to Mr. Rajaram to refund our money back to us. But till today we have neither received the refund nor the connection has been provided by Airtel . We are very upset on this issue and decided to disconnect all the lines that we have with Airtel.

                      Just want to know:

                      1) With out prior connection why did you release the cheque for Rs. 500/- for clearance.

                      2) Refund the money at the earliest.
                      Requested revert at the earliest otherwise I have to take the necessary action and lodge a complaint to the concern authority.

But still it is not disconnected and I am getting your invoices regularly for which I am not responsible to pay at all. I have already cleared my dues while I applied for discontinuing your services, I have paid my final bill on 02.11.2010. I am hereby again declaring to disconnect my landline connection and I will not be responsible for any unpain invoices.Over & above if the phone is not disconnected within this week, I have to proceed to consumer forum to file a complained against Bharti Airtel.

                            My no is airtel [protected] . from last 6 months everyday i receive one sms saying that ringtone subscription pack is renewed and Rs 1/- i.e. one rupee is charged per day . But i have never requested any such service nor i have received any ringtones from airtel company . But company charges me Rs 30/- p.m. in the bill . I tried many times to deactivate the service which i never availed , also talked many times to the customer care executives but no use . Nobody is interested to resolve the issue instead billing executives always call and ask for explanation why do i not pay the Rs 30/- in the bill . i tried almost 10 to 15 times to resolve the issue but it is not yet solved only promises i got . It is mental harassment to speak regarding the issue to the billing executive every time and ask for waiver and all and that to different executives . Also I had complained earlier on 19th Feb 2010 but still have not received any solution . Now I have not paid my bill for the current month and not going to pay till my problem is resolved and if my service is disconnected for non payment of bill amt then surely I will file the suit against the company for the mental harassment and for unfair trade practices since last 8 months.

                            what the hell is going on ..i think i should opt for some other network..why do u''ll keep me bothering..even though i dont register for the ringtones club this company charges my money every month in exchange of an absurd ringtone.I DONT WANT ANY O[censored]R RINGTONES...this is nothing but harassing the consumers and extracting money out of their pockets...SHAME ON IT
                            My no is airtel [protected] . from ;ast 4 months everyday i receive one sms saying that ringtone subscription pack is renewed and Rs 1/- i.e. one rupee is charged per day . But i have never requested any such service nor i have received any ringtones from airtel company . But company charges me Rs 30/- p.m. in the bill . I tried many times to deactivate the service which i never availed , also talked many times to the customer care executives but no use . Nobody is interested to resolve the issue instead billing executives always call and ask for explanation why do i not pay the Rs 30/- in the bill . i tried almost 10 to 15 times to resolve the issue but it is not yet solved only promises i got . It is mental harassment to speak regarding the issue to the billing executive every time and ask for waiver and all and that to different executives .

                              My self Shaik Imamuddin I am from Korutla Karimnagar District. AP. I am the old customer of Airtel since 2004 I was using the number [protected], it has the validity of life long and a balance amount of RS 65, due to some personnel issues I was not using the number for not more than one month After a month when I shifted to Airtel I was shocked to see that my Sim card is rejected and later I contacted to airtel customer care regarding this matter they said the number is issued to the other customer.

                              How can they do this to me if I have a sufficient balance and a lifelong period of validity I had not used it by some of my personal issues and i had resumed to the same Airtel. Please help me in this aspect I number back at any cost please suggest me to whom should I contact and Is there any legal procedure for this matter to have the number back. I was continuously contacting to the customer care office, also I personally visited to the airtel office located in Hyderabad but there is no response. Please I need the same number because I had submitted it in almost areas of my business.

                                In the name of Airtel DTH connection, vriti infocom pvt ltd collecting amount and stating that dth installed in 2 days. but they are not installing any dth connection. fraudulently they are collecting money in the name of Airtel DTH. I had received calls from the numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] for airtel dth connection. it is high level network cheeting to the public. they are changing the name of the company and exploing the name of Airtel DTH. They also changing the website in different names and collecting amount in the name of Airtel DTH connection. Hence, if the airtel company complaints about that, those fraud people will be kept behind bars.

                                  I am getting unwanted sms from Airtel live from number COSTEMER CARE. I want it to be stopped immediately. My kid is ill he can not sleep because of these sms they are sending me sms in a bunch for example 50 sms per minute for reachirging my account which i had already reacharged This is a type of harrashment for all o[censored]s. i had register two of my mobile no on which i got 800 sms within last 18 hours. I am registering this comlaint at 5 am on date 25/08/2010.so u can imagine our situation. and i am getting a lot of sms (of no relevance to me) on daily basis from airtel live. My contact no. is +91-[protected] and [protected].i have deleted 50 sms but 350 sms are on my mobile each for proof. I hope action will be taken imidiately my costemer id is [protected]

                                    I Jatin Gori the user of Airtel connection has faced much tough time for the service. I am facing this problem since February 2008 so please look into the matter and let me know how better you can help me out.


                                    In the year January 2008, I had purchased VIP No: [protected] with a prepaid connection & this number was allotted to me by M/s Rahul Enterprises & the payment was dealt in cash for which I was assured that they would give me the receipt for the same but I haven’t received the receipt till date.

                                    Then in the month Febuary 2008, the above said number was converted from Prepaid to Postpaid under the “Bonanza 199 plan” by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & all the valid documents for the same are with me.

                                    Thereafter, within 4 days without even intimating me or giving me any further prior notice the customer service department discontinue the services which was rendered to me by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & on asking the valid reasons from the Customer service department told that this number was allotted only to Mr Mohit Gupta.

                                    For this I had intimated to M/s Frontline Sales Ltd they told me if nothing is done they would allot me the other new V-VIP number with the same benefit. If this all is happening within the company how one can get the justice so I please request you to solve the matter as soon as possible.

                                    My worry is that I hold all the valid legal documents which states that this number is registered under my name & they are not even bother about it. At least the customer service department should inquire that who legal owner to whom the number is allotted.

                                    Last but not the least I have already complaint thrice (First on February 2008 when the connection was disconnected & secondly the recent date on[protected] & 15-7-10) but no heed or any action has taken place so I am requesting you again to take a strong action against to the complaint made by me. Please solve the matter & also take the legal action as soon as possible.

                                    made in cash and was assured that they would give me the receipt but
                                    sorry for this, I didn’t received any acknowledgement from this
                                    company & later on knew it was a fraud company.

                                    Then in the month February 2008, M/s Frontline called up to convert
                                    the Prepaid Plan to Postpaid under the “Bonanza 199 plan”& for this I
                                    have all the valid original documents written by them where in the Sim
                                    number[protected] is also mentioned which I was holding at
                                    the time of Prepaid connection. There after, not even using the plan
                                    for 4 days they disconnected the number without intimating me or
                                    giving me any further prior notice by the Customer Service Department
                                    on asking them they told me that number was in use & the legal owner
                                    is Mr Mohit Gupta so we had to discontinue the services. And the
                                    immediately when I enquired from M/s Frontline Sales Ltd they told me
                                    if nothing is done they would allot me the other new V-V-Imp number
                                    without any transactions dealing & with the same benefit plan.

                                    My worry is that, I hold all the valid legal documents which states
                                    that this number is registered under my name & these Customer service
                                    departments are not even bother about it as to who is the legal owner
                                    to whom this number is allotted without even verifying the documents
                                    of any party.

                                    Last but not the least I have already complaint twice to the Airtel
                                    cell but they are not responding to my mail (First on February 2008
                                    when the connection was disconnected & secondly the recent date on
                                    [protected]. So I am requesting you to take a strong action against to
                                    the complaint made by me. And please solve the matter & also take the

                                      I have asked for an internet connection At versova yarry rd

                                      On the 16th of Aug their sales person come home and tkases a some of 2000 Rs and promises activation on the 21st of august .

                                      i was promised full activation on the 21st of August and the date as of now is the 24th of aug and none of the people are even picking my call i really am very upset and pissed with an incompetent company like airtel where i was promised very good service and everything with it.

                                      How can a company promise such things when they dont have a decency of an explanation of why is the connection not done yet.

                                        SUB: Seeking retraction of extra dues charged against pre to postpaid conversion

                                        Dear Sir/Ma’am

                                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been a loyal Airtel mobile telephony subscriber under the name Hilal Siddiqi and number [protected]. I have been using this allocated number for the past few years, however earlier the number was registered in the name of my company, Kanwal Spices. I was still using the number after getting it converted to prepaid with ease till the point of time directives were issued by the Centre and all prepaid numbers were to be demobilized. I had no option but to convert the number to postpaid since all my business contacts have this very number. Thereof, as you can very well understand, your mobile number is like your “second identity”. I retained as an Airtel subscriber even though I was offered various options by other mobile services providers in Kashmir and that too at cheaper rates. But I preferred to stay with Airtel. For the past few months I have noticed that my mobile monthly bills are carrying along an amount of 5000 INR in addition to the regular and applicable tariffs as per usage. I used to pay my tariff and usage amounts while as I did not pay the extra money, which by all means is superfluous. When I contacted customer care through IVR I was told that my prepaid to postpaid conversion had cost me 5000 bucks. I fail to understand why did that happen? And after all was said and done my mobile number (aforementioned) was barred.
                                        Now I would like to lodge a complaint pertaining to charging of extra money, 5000 INR in this case as prepaid to postpaid conversions do not cost that much and in fact do not cost at all. I would request your kind self to revert the excess payment and resume my number in terms of service with the shortest possible time. I would like to inform you that I have been suffering business losses owing to the barring of my number which runs into lakhs of rupees.
                                        I am hopeful that my case would be solved and wouldn’t have to lodge a case with the consumer court. I, as also my company has a long standing relation with Airtel and let us hope you honour that.

                                        Airtel Postpaid — Charging Extra money

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using airtel postpaid hcl cooperate sim, plan 249 (no: [protected]), me activated the caller tune but more than one month it is not there, but they are charging for it . And i am getting extra bill for value added service more than 250 rupies, monthly charges is 348 but my plan is 249 only.
