[Resolved]  Airtel — postpaid to prepaid

I have [protected] Number when i was working with HMRI. it is a postpaid number.
After came out from company. i have submitted the documents and photos regarding this number to change to prepaid.

but the number has gone as a free number.

Now i want my number back.

Airtel Prepaid Connection — cont. no. not working after one month

THIS NO IS NOT WORKING.WHILE IT IS RECHARGED IT WITH 333 REST OF AMOUNT IS DUE ON AIRTEL,BUT EXECUTIVE ARE TELLING THAT THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE CONTINUE.AS PER THIS I HAVE ALREADY TALK TO AIRTEL POSTPAID DEPARTMENT ALSO AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL ARRANGE A CALL AGAINST THAT THE REQUEST NO IS[protected].
DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I WAS COMPLETELY DISTERB. NO ONE ATTANDING AT AIRTEL OUTLET. PLZ DO NEEDFUL

I have called several times to the airtel customer care regarding changing my number postpaid to prepaid, but they are giving useless reasons and rejecting my request.

I am here with the complaint of my Airtel number [protected].I have been requesting the airtel team and the relationship center here at my place for migration of my number from postpaid to prepaid since 4 months.The relationship center here starts telling me "we cannot approve your request and they told me to go Vijayawada which is 140kms from my place.I have been mailing the Airtel customer care, they dont read my mails completely as i have clearly mentioned stating the same to them.But their one and only one respective mail is "KINDLY VISIT RELATIONSHIP CENTER FOR YOUR REQUEST".They also start telling me that visit me another relationship center for the same.Even they are aware of how many relationship centers are at each place as they send me the file of the airtel centers every time i write a mail.

How come they can start telling me to visit another center though they are aware of them.I here by say that there is only one and one Airtel relationship center at our place.I dont know how come this problem gets resolved?.

I have been using this connection since 2004. Airtel had lost its quality of service in all perspectives. Excessive billing even for the non-usage.Many of my colleagues are even doing the same.

KIndly solve my issue ASAP

I wish to change my 2 airtel postpaid connections to prepaid giving all due amount but airtel customer care is not coveting it and giving excuse that they do not have airtel prepaid enrollment form which is also for the same. This activity is being repeated from past 1 month and now my airtel sims have been inactivated.

I wish to change them into pre paid as soon as possible.

Mane[protected] ko Airtel office shop no.1 platinum plaza (462003) main apna pura bill pay karne ke baad postpaid sim ko prepaid karne ke liye di thi mujhe unhone duplicate sim di form fillup karaya meri I.D. bhi lagai, unhone mujhse kaha ki 2days main sim start ho jaegi (postpaid to prepaid) mane wait kiya par koi bhi abhi tak responce nhi mila meri sim connection abhi bhi postpaid hi hai.ek to mujhse jhoot bola gaya dusra jab m baha gaya to mujhe office ke staff ka behaviar sahi nhi laga kuch paise jabran ke liye jiska bill bhi nhi diya bola gaya ki new sim issue karne ka charge hai.
please resolve my problem.

सविनय निवेदन इस प्रकार है की मै उमेश विश्वकर्मा मै आपके एयरटेल पोस्टपेड सिम का उपभोक्ता हु| जो की किसी एजेंट के फ़ोन के द्वारा सिम [protected] इस नंबर को टाटा डोकोमो से एयरटेल प्रीपेड कन्वर्ट करने की बातचीत पर मै एग्री हुआ और उन्होंने अपना watsapp नंबर दे कर हमारे डाक्यूमेंट्स भजने को कहा और उन्होंने हमारा फॉर्म sumbit कर दिया जो की मै नहीं चाहता था| और इस नंबर का कोई हमारे घर पर कोई VARIFICATION नहीं हुआ| मुझे मोबाइल नंबर VARIFICATION अधिकारी के दौरान हुई| आपसे अनुरोध हे की [protected] इस नंबर को प्रीपेड में कन्वर्ट कर दे| और मै इस नंबर का कोई भी 500 रूपये के आलावा कोई भुक्तान नहीं कर सकूँगा| ये नंबर हमारे बिजनेश से संबंधित नंबर है |
अत: आपसे निवेदन है की इस नंबर को जल्द से जल्द पोस्टपेड को प्रीपेड में कन्वर्ट करे|

But the issue is not been solved till date...I deeply regret ur service ...and request u to rectify this issue at the earliest...
