How can i lodge the complaint against my shocking bill of Rs.50,000 Airtel generated for single day?

This is to complain about the internet charges got created approx. Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand ) for one or 2 hrs roaming during my current visit to Dubai -strangely today is only 1rst of Jan,2013 and since 26th of December when i landed in Dubai after coming out from airport my subject no. + 91 [protected] automatically got disconnected /unregistered and when my back up office person called Airtel customer care on 27th , 28th & 29th we got the reply that we have to contact and get registered with DU OR ETISALAT NETWORK operator to enjoy my roaming services and when i contacted both operators they conveyed that my services are deactivated on 26th December same day of arriving by Indian network provider i.e. Airtel.Finally when we spoke to Indian customer care at 121 we were SHOCKED TO LISTEN that in 1DAY on arrival date 26th dec.,my bill got generated to approx. Rs. 50,000.00(Rs. Fifty Thousand ) against my credit limit of Rs. 5000.00(Rs. Five thousand only) and they(Airtel India) themselves took decision to disconnect my services of there own even without any intimation or prior warnings. Reason given by Airtel Indian Customer care was my 3 g data /GPRS plan was activated till 31rst which is IMPOSSIBLE because we were after airtel from 26th December ,2012 (for its activation since itwasn't working) as peryour telecall records for getting registered to Dubai network provider which was the issue .
The charge OF Rs.. 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousand ) in unbilled amount in one day is baseless as It is not possible to use internet without getting registered with Dubai local providers DU & Etisalat .
and secondly, If my credit limit was if Rs 5000 then how My bill can be generate for Rs 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousanfd in one day of my landing ) and How my Data usage can exceed to this much amount. Now your folks are defining the criteria of credit limit to me ,they say that it could be barred at Rs.5000.00 if it was individual account and they say that it is under corporate plan -please note that the co's name mentioned on my each bill is of the co. where i left the job 3 years back and issued application to Airtel 2 years ago -unfortunately we could not get the acknowledgement of the application in which it was mentioned to terminate the name of co. i worked with and make it under individual name but till today we have been getting bills with co's name where i worked in the past 4 years back.

.Even when we made request on 22nd to activate my roaming no one took initiative to explain us your charging criterias if on ISD Roaming .Ridicullous anyways when registration didn't took place then thisisn't possible .
If you peoples don't gave full Information to me then why should I suffer or afford excess billing as a customer but the shocking episode is when i couldn't got connected to none of the Dubai network providers DU or Etisalat for not more then 1 hr or so or may be couple of hours then how GPRS could remain activate till 1rst Jan ,2013 and why Airtel decided to freeze my account at approx.Rs.50,000.00 against my limit of Rs. 5000.00 -why not at Rs.6000,7000, 10,000 or any other figure ......After struggling for 10 years to explore any work opportunity on economical ticket on sponsored trip i have been able to come to Dubai my Telephone bill is 3 times expensive then of my Indigo flight ticket up n down ,Rs. 50,000.00 bill in only in one single day how will i servive .I am a BP Patient and in great shock after getting this information from your customer care in Delhi sitting in Dubai i.e. also when we called then we got the information otherwise . ALSO THE 2ND POINT IS one call only received by me after landing at Dubai Airport may be due to WIFI ACTIVATION .
Now i m still in dubai and writing in grief at mid night 2 o'clock (14:00hrs) dubai time and has no way of communication other then mail or wifi - which is connected to my visa/trip sponsors house in Dubai .Today by Airtel customer care senior person I was asked to wait till 7th Jan ,2013 so my bill will get generated formally after applying rest of the charges -TILL THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO - I CANT ACCESS TO MY CONTACTS IN DUBAI .INFORMATION ON UNBILLED could be right for you peoples as you are representing AIRTEL. but BILL is not right BECAUSE this is not possible and BASELESS .
I will never ever pay the bill if it is formally so huge since there is never a 366 days in any calender year like this landing at Dubai Airport couldn't cost me Rs.50,000.00 .
ALSO FOR YOUR INFORMATION IN MY SAMSUNG ANDROID MOBILE IN SETTINGS OPTION I HAD PERSONALLY DEACTIVATED THE DATA ROAMING FACILITY ON 26THE DECEMBER ,2012 ONE HOUR AFTER LANDING and HWN I TRIED TO RECONNECT I WAS GETTING ONE LINER MESSAGE ON MOBILE WAS " GET REGITERED WITH YOUR LOCAL DATA PROVIDER" THEN HOW RS.50,000.00 BILL CAN COME IN UNBILLED AMOUNT.i..e of ONE SINGLE DAY[protected]NEVER EVER POSSIBLE.
this is the headline for tomorrow newspapers .Will not pay any charges other then which are actual or charged under our credit limit of Rs.5000.
Still if Airtel will not resolve by leviving same mmediately and reactivate my roaming -sitiing in Dubai - will definately file a suite against Airtel and will discontinue using any other airtle nos. as well also will got to consumer court,
3 days ago - 23 hours left to answer.

day day messages are coming from airtel that i had i will be charged rs 10 for speed flirt.. but i have not join ed any speed flirt... next am also charging for word pack but i had not activated any word pack... so please take some action

Bharti Airtel — wrong billing and not providing roaming in spite of payment

about. last three wks.i am running piller to post to have roaming on my postpaid services but to no avail. my bill was charged std call [protected]@1, 50 instead of 1.00.and outgoing messages at the @1.50.and they have charged monthly charge though 6 month charges paid in advance.

Sub:- Surrender of Mobile Connection Nos- [protected]

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind information that I D. S. Negi was having Mobile Nos [protected], which is disconnected by Vodafone on March-2009, Reason being Monthly rental plan change by Vodafone from Rent 149 to Rent 274 without any instruction by the User, hence I have asked for the said increase, but I have not get any response from the said increase Rental, Finally they have disconnect the Nos. At the time of disconnect the Mobile connection net uses charges including the Rent charges for the current month was Rs 600 Hundred.
Wich till date they have added further 3 to 4 month rent, and asked for Rs. 1700/ Hundred. which is totally unjustified.
being this scenarios I have show the interest again using the Vodafone connection, and purchase two more connection i.e. [protected] and [protected]. on 4th of October2009.

Above this suddenly Vodafone Barred the out Calls against Mobile connection nos-[protected], without any prealert and I have got lot of problem due to this .

In this regard kindly surrender my Nos-[protected] after adjustment of security deposit for Rs.250/ against Cash Receipt No-1106 of Saral Cellcom-Vasundhra Ghaziabad., and Credit balance laying in my prepaid connection nos[protected] Rs.110/ at the time of Convert from Prepaid to Post paid, (as confirm by Vodafone Executive that Said credit balance will be adjusted in your Current Bill) and issue us the No Dues Certificate. Accordingly.

In ths regard I Have attached my Ids Proof(Election I Card Alongwith The Copy Of Pan card for your further Action.

Befor Surrending of Above Connection I would like to put to following option for continuation of 3 connection(1)- [protected] (2)(2) [protected] and (3)[protected](PREPAID)
OPtion-

1> If the vodafone settle the dues Amount Rs.1700/ against Mobile connection [protected] below Rs.800/(which is the actual useases chargess. and reactivate the connection with monthly rental plan Rs.149/+Service Tax + Uses chargess.
If the same is not consider by Vodafone then surrender the connection as requested.

Note that All the contact Nos which is currently using by us will be deactivate from my end I will apply for the other network.if the problem not resolved by next Three days.

Airtel Broadband — Wrong plan activated and registered name also wrong

Dear sir,

Past 1year i am using reliance broadband connection, on 5th jan 2011 Mr praveen came for bill collection. He said iam part timly working in airtel broadband. That time he explain about the airtel broadband plans. He said Rs.500 plan gives as unlimted browse.

So i inform tat plan as ok. i disconnect tat previous broadband. On 7th jan 2011 tat guy activated airtel broadband with landline. I give tat check of Rs. 500. Next day i receive cal from customer care. he explain abt my plan and broadband register name also. Tat broadband as register in my father name,he is expired past 1year befor and my plan also changed tat is Rs899 plan unlimited. both plan n register name also wrong.

Tat day itself i call ta praveen. These r the thing s as happen. so u disconnect tat plan, I am nt ready 2 continue tat Plan. Pls deactivated. next day itself tat guy disconnect my broaband connection.

But still he is not disconnect tat landline connection. And my cheque Rs.500 also not return back. Iam nt satisfied with his explaination. And i shouted tat guy regarding of that, so he giv me ta Rajesh Team leader Ph. no.. his explaination also not satisfied. Both r saying sum story this this this.

Pls tak necessary action n do the needful.

i got this 2 messages. thank you for downloading hungama content games from airtel live. you have been charged 99 rupees. & Thanks For Downloading WWELengendsofWrestlemania from airtel you have benn charged 99rs airtel deducted 198rs suddenly i never downloaded any thing i have not even used airtel live.customer care is saying that you have followed a link on airtel live and therefore you recieved this message.when I call Customer care He told me to wait after some time he told hello i said yes the he is saying he not able to listen my voice and dropped the call.what type of service is that i have not received any content games, though i have been charged. is there any way i can get refund.moreover is this a subscription service because i received a message thank you for subscription.can anyone help me regarding this.
some days before i called customer care for asking abt sms plans after telling cc asked me that do want hello tune i said yes but if i which i want then she told yes i will activate which you want otherwise not will activate i told her to activate john cena my time is now tone after some time i got mas that rehman song has been activated as ring back tone again i called cc told abt proble she dropped call 3rd time i again called then he told me that i activated tone by sending sms but i never send sms cc asked me first then he started talking rude i told to tranfer call to senior he says we cant transfer call and dropped call what to do now
i didnt got any resolution on this

Mobile Data Usage — wrong charges of Data usage

Hi,

My Complaint is regaring my Number [protected].
i have got exceptional (beond thinking) bill for Data usage.
even after makeing hell number of calls to Airtel Customer service, and requesting thm to disconnect my all Data application i have got Rs. 1200 for first month and again similar for second month.

i am surprised to see the way of Airtel Customer support and i am passing through the worst experience of my life with any servise provider. they dont listen any thing and even i requested to disconnect my services a long time back still i have got such bill.

kindly help in resolving or let me know the way of filing a legal case against Airtel.

Bharti Airtel — heavy charge in wrong way by BHARTI AIRTEL

AIRTEL charged me 15 Rs for ISD calls instead of 10 Rs. 10 Rs is it's rate given on website and even customer care executive also tell 10 Rs for calling to[protected]xxxxx. and these days customer cares giving wrong information to postpaid customers they know that once postpaid customer will use the service then they must have to pay the bill maybe due to which they have trained there customer care executive to provide wrong and less information about tariff so they think that the value added services are very good. i get problem like this from airtel i called to ask about GPRS pack then the customer care executive described me about the pack as per the prepaid customer even my call gone to postpaid division but executive not told me the right information due to which after a month when my bill generated there is 1300 Rs added in my bill so it's also abvious that i have to pay this bill but i already registered complaints about some issues like GPRS, ISD rates and some other services which they start automatically without coming in knowledge of customer. so i need help in this and after all this the nodal office is saying your charges are right you have to pay the bill. i want to ask why i need to pay bill i want my problems get resolved first only then i will pay the bill.
