[[protected].[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]] some time i call to this numbers that call not reach to particular person same time connect to unknown person.that time my balance detected.same time unknown say hello but i cant speak to that person,some times incoming calls also balance detected.that[airtel]service provider worst service .[protected] this is my mobile number.already about compliant [PRO51600137]
THER IS NO RESPONES

My mobile lost with SIM no [protected]. complain lodged to customer care to block the SIM on 01.06.12 at about 78 hr's & the SIM card with same no received on 02.06.12 at 10 Hr's from the retailer. but till now the SIM not yet been activated. it resulted me great inconvenience.
after sale service is very poor .please look into the matter with immediate effect.

Its been an 8th month ordeal now that Im facing an call drop problem.But its always an computerized answer of attending the problem & then without solving the problem there is an email that the problem is solved without even talking to me. Now Im facing an huge losses for it as the monthly bills are rising & Im losing business for not able to attend the call.
Pl do guide me as to what action I should take as there are more than 50 emails but all answered by computer on their part.

COMPANY HAS CHANGED THEIR DTH SIGNAL FROM SATELLITE 1 TO SATELLITE 2 WITH OUT INFORMATION TO US. SO WE HAVE LOST THE DTH SIGNAL. WE COMPLAINED ON THIS PROBLEM TO THE COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.....
My Airtel Dth setup Box having some problem from last two months i do complaint to call center and by email many times but till date no any engg visited to my home for solve problem. I get only call from Airtel Call Center to send your information to your area Distributor and they solve your problem. But physically no one come and solve.
I am very much bored and tried from Airtel Dth Service. My Airtel Dth ID is [protected].
hlo sir/mam i recharged my number [protected] with rs 49 today.on my number a special offr is running which is get 1gb data on recharge of 49 for 30 days. Bt when i recharged today then i got validity upto april 19. When i cal to customer care then the put my cal on holt and then end my call. So please help me.

Problem is the airtel distrubutor here is not providing proper service to me .he comes to next shop to transfer the amount but does not with me .sir i have complained to the airtel manager Madu no. [protected] but no response.the runner boy name sulfi his no.[protected]. Sir who ever conser...d see to that the matter is solved.
Manager Madu [protected] was telling that DSA Sales cannot be given to the urban i am interested to take DSA to avoid the above problem .sir when BSNL is giving DSA for 500rs deposit and transaction of rs 5000 why cant A
Respected sir/ mam,

We are getting the worst customer service from airtel landline and broadband services. And I am fade up of trying what to do next to get revert from them. The whole complaint I have mentioned in the following mail which I have sent to airtel and even after mailing them I haven't got any revert back from them.
The mail is as follows:-

I have a problem with the bill dated 12th June 2013 in which I have been charged rs.6878.15/-
My usual bill amount varies from rs.1500 to rs.2000 but this time When I checked the bill details in that there is some premium number mentioned and instead of giving the details of premium no.the only thing is mentioned is amount which is rs.4979.00/-
I was shocked to see the bill amount and was confused what's this premium number is?
Though I made the payment for the bill but I raised the query and my wife contacted customer department somewhere on 2nd July. My wife told them to give me the details of premium number which I have dialled and also another complaint regarding the awareness of premium number. My complaint reference number is. 35323746 and 35324136 between this I talked with many customer executives namely..Vinay, Mohit, chetna
They told me that your query will be resolved within few days but for my surprise it did not got resolved within the stated time period and when I called them back they said that your request have been closed..when I asked "why"? The reply was even more shocking..they said that nobody was picking up the phone at your house. I must tell that I have never come across such a bad services and big liars as my wife remains at home all the time and rest I had given them my mobile number too, but they never contacted.
I again booked the complaint and this time they told that you will get a personal call from our supervisor and also that this issue will be resolved by 11th July and another one on. 16th July. But again for my surprise no one called up and never got any mail. Than I again called up yesterday and talked with chetna she told me that you need to mail us at [protected]@in.airtel.com and you will get the resolution with four working hours. But again nobody has called up within four hours and the day has passed.
So here I am mailing you for the same. But for my surprise airtel team has not come up with any solution yet and I am really upset. Incase if I don't get the resolution and if the arrears are from your airtel software system than I surely need airtel to refund my money back or else I need a proper explanation for the same else I am, hoping to discontinue with airtel landline and broadband services.

I have sent the above mail to the airtel team and still I haven't got any revert back. Kindly please see in this matter and if there is something which airtel is hiding their mistake than we should surely get our money back.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring in your kind notice that due to service issues and network coverage I was facing problem through Airtel and I have ported([protected]) to you (VODAFONE) as my service provider.Anytime my number is been put in restriction and as a result I am not been able to access my mail and not been able to receive my calls.
When I inquire about the problem I have been told that I have previous due from Airtel but that is not true and I have produce the copy of bill payment to one of your service executive at Airtel Gallery at Chakala on 22 nd March 2014and still Problem is not been solved.Even I wanted to have a word with the store manager but I have been told that it would not be possible. I don't know what was the reason manager was not interested in meeting dissatisfied customer as Manager(Ms. Talwar name given by the staff ) was very much there in the cabin and its ever more surprising being at the customer service they don't have time to meet and resolve customer issues .When I ask for the manager business card I have been told manager don't possess Business card
I am surprised that simple issues could not be resolved by such a big service provider in India .
My number was blocked since 21st March 2014 20:00 hrs to 22nd March 2014 16:00 Hrs and again on 24th march 2014 since 11:00 hrs my number are blocked and feeling helpless.
Kindly find the attached copy of payment receipt and waiting for your valuable and I would like to know where have made an mistake so that I am suffering for being VODAFONE customer ?? Is it a trend to harass customer when customer port to other service provider ?...?I was a Premium customer when I was with Airtel...

I already complained [protected]@in.airtel.com about wrong SMS charges.in month ago one SMS came from ur side to recharge 26 and get low local call rate k.then i recharge 26 after that i loss my free message.first 1.50 rupees for 3 messages then 17 free then 10 paisa stiil 100 message.its happen after i recharge 26 as per ur guidness.and i call 121 and no response came, then i mailed [protected]@in.airtel.com.and still problem not solved they told to recharge 53 and again i recharged 53 after that im loosing 1 rupees for every message.what's going on here ha sir?...why u giving wrong info to customer ha? what is the problem about my previous tarrif ha?..and they told we have taking time time once says 24 hr then says 48 hr then now saying 72 hr.why u people taking this much time to solve one problem. no one response and caring about my concern.still suffering same problem. now reporting u sir k.take action for this...
