[Resolved] Airtel SMS Service — sms auto renewal without knowledge | |||
My mobile No. [protected] is activated by sms service of Rs. 13 . But it is renewing every month automatically without my knowledge. Airtel customer service saying we have intimated by sms. however your inbox may be full i[censored] not get the sms. Actually these Companies collecting byforce such type of money from customers. From Last 8 Days I Was Not Able To Sent SMS From My Cell .
for This I Had Call To Customer Care (121)...Maximum 7-8 Times But Every Day They Are Comment Me YOUR PROBLEM IS SOIVE WITHIN Hrs But Still Now I Am Facing Same Problem ...
Please Do The NEED FULL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ...

I could not send any SMS to any phone number or even to customer care.
There is no problem in phone or its settings, because if I change the sim card, it is workig.
The error message is coming as
Message sending Failed Try again later.
The above problem is existing for about 4 months.
Kindly try to rectify this.
