[Resolved]  Airtel Telecom — AIRTEL CHEAT WITH CUSTOMER

MY SELF KAUSHIK GHOSH USING AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION SINCE LAST TWO YEARS AND MY MOBILE NO-[protected]. AIRTEL DEDUCT MY BALANCE Rs-10/- AS ON 29/12/2010 WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON. I HAVE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE THREE TIMES( REF. NO-CBDCC - [protected] / [protected] / [protected]) BUT THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT REPLED THAT ''THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED AS PER USAGE. ALL THOUGH I DID NOT USE THE BALACE. PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER- WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

My self Kaushik Ghosh using Airtel prepaid connection since last two years. My mobile no-[protected]. Airtel deduct my balance Rs-10/- on 29/12/2010 without any proper reason. I have complaints to customer three times(Ref no-CBDCC[protected], CBDCC[protected] and CBDCC[protected]). But they did not solve my problem and Only reply that "The amount has been charged as per usage" although I did not used it. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I use Airtel number and when i receive International Calls they appear as a Local number on the screen. The Network quality is very poor and line gets disconnected frequently.
I feel Airtel is cheating govt. for rerouting International calls to their local numbers and then forward it to the customers.

Immidiate action is required !
