My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using 0.facebook.com, which is a free facebook website service. On FAcebook it is mentioned that the service is free. When i caled 12118, GPRS helpline, they also accepted that the service was free. But today, on 11th november i was charged Rs. 15 was browsing some 1.2 MB data using GPRS. I dont know why!. after 10 minutes, i get another message saying Rs. 14.10 has been deducted for using GPRS...

No proper response from customer care

I got a service message from airtel stating the availability of an Rs.44 ISD recharge. (ISD calls 1re/min)
Recently I made an EC recharge for activating an ISD booster in my prepaid SIM . The recharge costed Rs.44. (ISD calls for 1 rupee per min)

In 2 minutes I got a confirmation SMS that the Recharge has been done successfully.
but when i made an ISD call, it costed Rs.9.80 per minute.

I had purchased samsumg LCD tv, alonwith came the AIrtel connection vopucher, call centre executives made me pay towards installation though It was free, after a lot of confusion from their side and no proper service, I cancelled my connection request. Disconnection of SIM and loss of balance.
