Dear sir,
my mobile no is [protected]. I am using airtel mobile office service almost 1 year with out any problem. But since nov 25, 2010 i am facing a huge problem. I can now only access gprs for 4-5 minutes after connecting to the internet. After that the gprs connection is getting hold forever. If i diconnect it and then reconnect it then same things happened repeatedly. I am using nokia n72 handset. I have complained many times(30) to the airtel technical help line(12118). But they are not responding well. Many they have taken complains and take some days to resolve it. And i called to 12118 every time they have said my complain has been resolved but my problem remains same. I am using mobile office 98 plan. This problem happen to every n72 with airtel connection. Because now i am using gprs with vodafone in my n72 without any problem. And with my airtel sim i can access gprs without any problem.but i am facing the same problem with every airtel sim. I have tried with another n72 same things happened. Sir please please help me and resolve my problem.

    Dear Sir,
    My self Rishi Ram Sharma and i am using Airtel SIM. My mobile number is [protected]. i have submitted documents like address proof and password size photo on 01.01.2011 at Airtel shop Neelam Bata Road -Faridabad now problem is that my airtel mobile service is closed by the Airtel company but I want to continue the service. When i asked the customer care they told it will be activated soon. But still my SIM is dead. Please register my complain & activate my sim service as early as possible.

      I MADE A CALL TO FREEMONT, CALIFORNIA, USA FROM A PCO AT 'GANESH PROVISIONS, RAJAJI NAGAR, TIRUVANMIYUR CHENNAI 41' WITH AIRTEL NO 43591143. THE SHOPKEEPER DEMANDED RS174/ AND SAID THE CALL WAS FOR 381 SECONDS. WHEN I DEMANDED THE BILL HE COULD NOT PRODUCE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO INK IN THE BILLING MACHINE AND THEREFORE THE BILL WAS VIRTUALLY BLANK. HE COULD NEITHER PROVIDE ME THE TARIFF DETAILS. PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE TARIFF DETAILS AND IN CASE OF OVERBILLING CONFIRMED TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE AIRTEL OUTLET . THIS OUTLET IS ALWAYS ALLEGED TO BE BILLING EXORBITANTLY HIGH AND NOT PRODUCING THE BILL. SUCH HAPPENINGS WILL TARNISH THE IMAGE OF YOUR SERVICES.
      The complaint of my Ll Phone No.[protected] was resolved with a promise from Mr Ashish Pandey (Mob. No. [protected] )Team Leader, Noida that he will wave-off the excess charges in 2 parts if I pay Rs 2000/-. I paid it on the same day & my connection was reactivated. For the last 10 days, I have been getting recorded Messages that Balance amount be paid or Connection will be terminated.
      My effort to contact Ashish only meets with NO REPLIES and SMS to him shows ERROR everytime. Finally, Mr Raj picked up the Phone on 27/04/11 and said that Ashish sir is busy and I may give my complaint to him - so I told him to remind Ashish that the First Part of Waiver of Outstanding Balance amount must be done immediately as he has unduly delayed it, despite promising.
      Please ensure waiver and confirm at the earliest.

          My cell number is [protected]. I suddenly find my account was siphoned off approx Rs. 200. I did not understand how but I added additional Rs. 300 charge to continue using the phone and found that it was also depleting without me making any calls. So I got worried and turned my phone off but that did not stop my account from depleting and I found that all Rs. 300 gone in one week that I could not even make 121 operator call from that phone. So I called operator from other phone and found that somehow I got signed up for GPRS service, me or any member of family did not do it. And the service is such that that keeping my phone off does not stop the charge from occurring, I also can't stop service from my phone, your 121 operator is refusing to stop the service - he wants me to call up another number for that. So I have following questions:
          1. How did I land up signing for service that I did not ask for or needed?
          2. What kind of service is this that keeps charging even when the phone is off?
          3. Why can't I get to remove this service, either from my phone or operator?
          Currently my only option is to throw the sim and sign up for new service with another operator but I feel you people need to give my money back.
          Criminal behavior Airtel does not stop here. Subsequently I talked to rep from yet another phone and he asked me to send some SMS "PLIVE CNCL" to number 222 to cancel the service, I did that. To verify whether the GPRS service has been canceled, I called up again. The customer service REP promised me that he has also canceled this service for this phone. I unfortunately believed these criminals and charged my phone with another Rs. 199, and kept my phone off, not making any calls. I just checked, we are down to Rs. 54, so money has again been siphoned off by Airtel!
          Why don't you people announce, "this phone number [protected] has been chosen by us to steal your money. Any money added to this account will be taken by us without any service".
          Airtel are just bunch of thieves, don't use their service and never believe their reps!
          It is incorrect the number [protected] is contactable, if I can contact it, you people definitely can do it.

            Hi,

            This complaint is against Airtel Landline No.[protected]. I wanted to cancel my Airtel account as I was shifted to another place. I raised request on 29th november 2010 for cancellation and it was agreed that the account will be cancelled and airtel executives will come and take away the Landline set and Broadband modem. But the connection was not disconnection after 1 month of follow-up. I use to continuously call Airtel Customer care and they give false promises.
            1st Airtel Cancellation No. 1291777
            2nd Cancellation No. 1312284
            I have many reference no. but the Last service request reference no. is 41598308 on 4th janauray 2011, they said our customer care will get back to you by 7th Jan 2011 but i haven't got any call from airtel.

            This is a serious concern. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

              This is Koustov Choudhury.My Airtel Prepaid Mobile no. is [protected].My service provider sent me some messages to submit my id proof.I have done that twice.But suddenly my sim card registration is faild.When I have contacted to the Airtel outlet they have informed me that the no is deleted and it is not possibe to restore the no.

              I am using this no.till 2 and a half years and it is a life time sim.I am in a big trouble and cannot understand what to do.If airtel like company's service is that so I think at first they should stop talking about customer relationship.I just Whant to Know Why Is it happen as soon as possible.

                A sum of Rs. 333 was recharged for the Airtel No.[protected] on 05.01.2011 through ICICI online banking.

                The transaction reference is as under:
                BIL/[protected]/0103/[protected]/91966 DR

                However the said sum was not received till 08.01.2011.

                Kindly do needful to update the recharge currency against the No.[protected]

                Hi This is Jeyakumar from Chennai. I am using Airtel Prepaid Number : [protected] :

                Using HDFC Prepaid Topup option throug internet i was topup amount Rs 99 . I got the the top up amount sucessfully done in the Message from Airtel Service .But still my amount not yet topuped.

                I got the Topup success message from airtel 555555.But still my amount not yet top upped

                Even i called chennai customer care [protected] number and one lady name Bhanu pickup this call .they did not tell proper reason .how to get my topup amount.

                The date and time for the topup is : 28 Jan-2011: 11:04:32 AM
                Prepaid recharge of Rs 50 (3 times)

                On 30.01.2011, a sum of Rs. 50 was recharged to my Airtel No.[protected] through ICICI online banking.

                Received SMS on the same day from 555555 saying that "Your recharge request is under process. Please check balance after sometime"

                But till now(05-Feb-2011), i have not received my Top up amount for Rs 50.

                And, also today i made Prepaid recharge again for Rs 50 two times. But till now i haven't received my amount or even any SMS from 555555.

                Totally i have lost 150 from my account.

                Please take this issue as serious and do the needful.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have been using Airtel since I got my first mobile phone. I have been very much satisfied with your service.
                  However sometimes I feel that Airtel tries to get paid for unwanted services. Please consider the below case:

                  I received a call from [protected] at 15:05 on 6th January 2011 ( Thursday). It was related to some Baba Ramdev service pack. I just listened to the entire message and the call ended on it's own after sometime after NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE from my side. *** I just listened through the whole message and DID NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON during the entire call.

                  Next day,on 7th January 2011 (Friday) I received an SMS from 543212 at 19:40:02. It says as:

                  "Thank you for choosing Baba Ramdev pack.You will noreceive 1 sms alert daily. Call[protected]bto listen. You are charged Rs. 1/day."

                  I was amazed to find this sms.

                  While I tried to contact Customer Care for clarification it took 3-4 unsuccessful attempts (50 paise/attempt). Finally I succeeded to get in touch with a Customer Care executive on 8th January at around 12:30 (midnight).

                  It was too shocking to hear from Airtel that I received the call and that's why I have been charged for this service. Then the executive tried to connect me to his supervisor for clarification but all in vain. I had to be online for long to get all the clarification which I have not yet got. This call cost me Rs. 1.50.

                  Can somebody from Airtel explain the LOGIC at their end which just seems to be like:

                  "IF call is received
                  IF 5 pressed
                  THEN activate the service
                  ELSE
                  activate the service
                  END-IF
                  ELSE
                  call him again after sometime
                  ...
                  "

                  My dear Sir/Madam, the total cost I have mentioned above may seem very little. BUT it's very shocking that to get the answer to a question to get a clarification we need to spend lots of our Valuable Time.

                  """ PLEASE ACCEPT that there can be a fault at your end (and stop saying that you have selected the Service pack yourself etc.... and saying that a Service Pack cannot be activated if you do not press any button ...etc)""

                  Hope to get a prompt reply from my favorite service provider and also hope to get all my PAISA paid back to me for all this...after all I have 1 Paisa/second plan and each Paisa does matter ... :)

                  Airtel has this stupid tendency to make you pay for services you dont want.
                  I have been getting this sms for last four days.
                  "You are charged Rs 5 today in Answer Do Toyota Gadi Jeeto Challenge".
                  I dont know how this service got activated.
                  After some googling I found out that I must make a complaint at 198.
                  I spoke to the person there and she went on and on trying to sell me more services.
                  I told her to slow down and listen to what i was saying.
                  I repeated I dont want this service.
                  She told me I am being charged for three services-
                  missed call,
                  alarm alert,
                  and this toyota gaddi contest.
                  When I said I dont want these services.
                  She again started telling me her sales pitch.
                  Told her "bakwaas band karo".
                  She said I should talk politely.
                  I said great.
                  Just remove these services and refund the amounts you have debited.
                  That was done after making me lose my cool.

                    Then he also told me buy another ITZ RS.9000 card & ask there pin no. & he ask my account no.
                    My humble request to u please verify this call and lottery scheme trustness. So that I can take further steps.

                    Myself Shobha Saran from Jalandhar(Punjab).My Phone No. [protected]. On 24-02-11 at 0925 got a missed call from [protected]. Without realising the No Code I dailed the missed call No [protected]. The recipient of this call told me that he was speaking from Airtel Call Centre and my phone SIM NO. 89910 had won lottery of Rs.1000000/-. He further told me to Check & confirm the said SIM number.Instead of comfirming to said call centre I spoke to Airtel Service Outlet Ambika Sales Agencies from where I had procured my Phone SIM. I was told that such callers are cheating the people and I should not speak to them. With reference to the Airtel Call Centre I lost precious time and money through call charges and of course got unwanted mentel pressure. My humble request to you is please verify the Call and lottery Scheme. Also let me know any further action is required by on the subject.

                      SO MANY ADVERTISMENT CALL COMING 10 TO 12 TIMES PER DAY.BUT AS PER DND ACTIVATION RULE IT SHOULD START WITHIN 45 DAYS.I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED THEM TO STOP THIS...THE EXECUTIVE SAID HE WOULD PROCESS THE REQUEST N THESE OFFER CALLES WIL BE STOPPED IN 45 DAYS...BUT 45 DAYS R OVER STILL OFFER CALLS R COMING EVEN IN MID NIGHT, THESE CALLS R DISTURBING TOO MUCH...JHARKHAND AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE R NOT AT ALL SUPPORTIVE NOW AGAIN THEY R ASKING FOR MORE 45 DAYS TO STOP...NOW I M FED UP, IF THIS IS THE SERVICE I WIL SWITCHOVER TO ANOTHER CONNECTION

                      Thanks for reply. I would like to inform you that my concern listed on 7 Jan. 2011, has not been fully resolved. Advertisement call are again coming 15 to 20 times per day from [protected].
                      This is my father's mobile number and he is a old man and suffering from many old age diseases and unable to respond all the calls throughout the day. I gave him this no. to contact me in case of any emergency.
                      Therefore I request you to stop all unnecessary calls as soon as possible on the basis of humanity.
                      You can check the above mentioned no from your database to know the things better. Airtel is a big and renowned company with better customer service so I hope you will certainly do something better in my favor.

                        Iam using an AIRTEL HARYANA NUMBER-(+91-[protected]).I have a NOKIA N97 MINI handset with me and Iam using their MOBILE OFFICE Internet service on My Handset itself. Iam getting only 1KBPS speed while surfing/downloading/uploading through it. Airtel's customer care executive has said to me that they offer 3-4KBPS SPEED(DOWNLOADING/UPLOADING) and 20+ KBPS speed for (SURFING), but that's not happening.Also Iam getting only GPRS signals instead of EGPRS signals at my home location .I have complained regarding all these problems but no solution has been provided to me.The details are as following--

                          Sir, I bought 2 simcards from airtel on my name. After sometime company deleted one simcard as company"s new regulations. I,d 470.00 Rs in my simcard. I called company but they said your money is gone deleted with simcard.It,s o.k.company cancelled my sim but company should refund my money back. But company refused to pay me my money.

                            This is regarding my AIRTEL postpaid conncetion [protected] .I have been using the connection for last 4 years and the same is under suspended mode for last 06 days . when i contacted Airtel they checked the details and confirmed that my SIM is suspended to repeated violation of NDNC (TRAI) . and they confirmed that i am using this mb for commercial purpose . but i am very sure on that i had not used this mobile for any such violation and i don ven use to send any bulk msgs from my connection . Regarding Airtel service its te most useless service provider in INDIA .Even after all this issue non of the people has turned up from airtel regarding this issue i am ready to close this connection at any time . i am planing to change the service provider wit the same num for that i need a final closing bill from airtel this people are not even ready to provide the same .

                              This is my 8th complaint regarding postpaid bill not receive ..your people is not responding well about my complaint ...if your not able to deliver my bill in time means i am not able to claim to my company ..this big issue facing last 3 year, i am not receive any postpaid bill in time...last 3 year i am paying in my pocket money ...this month i will not pay bill, sory for that ....will i am calling to your customer care they are giving one call register number 35199837 this is latest complaint number...but ther no useful ...help to close this issue

                              very frod, useless, no user friendly, showoff,

                              Please users dont prefer...No offer, Its only for Bussiness People...!!!
                              Such a useless and waste network is Airtel.why the Airtel people are trying to promote 4g, in so many places even 3g singnel is not showing and the network is skipping from 3g to 2g and 2g to 3g. Frustrating network.

                                i`m palash majumder, mob no:[protected], rs35/- ISD promo offer was recharge on my mob no & offer was Uk call rs2.99/- per min i had talked with miss punam (airtel customer care executive) on 27/9/2011 at 10:45 am before recharge rs35/- promo.till now promo is not activated. my call charges are cutting @rs10/- per min.already i have losses rs 137/- for this type of cheating.i have booked a complain on airtel customer care services but they are not responding.my request reference no is CBNRA[protected].i can`t make any call at uk right now.pls do some needful

                                  Myself Punith Kumar, I am a prepaid customer for Airtel network from last 3 years, I have been using the Airtel sim with mob no [protected]. From Jan 06, 2011 morning around 8 AM my network is showing a message as 'Invalid SIM", on inquiring with the Airtel customer center I came to know that my mobile no is swapped and the SIM no longer exists in my name. Earlier around a month before I had submitted my address and identity proof at Airtel customer care center present in New Sayyagi Rao Road, Mysore the application no : 7024839.

                                  Now I have provided enough proof of my recent call history, recharge amount and address proof and brought a new Sim with the same no by paying Rs 49/- . now my concern is new SIM is not yet activated and I am out of contact, also I would like to know below details

                                  * How my mobile number got swapped ?
                                  * Who made that and who is the person had this number?
                                  * From which customer service center this mobile no was swapped ?
                                  * Is your network so week that any one's SIM can be swapped ?

                                  I would like to file a complaint with Airtel customer care, kindly find below details and I will appreciate if returned with solution to my concern at the earliest

                                    I am Anshita Das, from Noida. I am really upset and annoyed with poor service of Airtel. I recharged my phone by Rs.197 on 18th dec for airtel to airtel free 800 min. But my sim was blocked on 19th dec form your side without informing me. I submitted all documents thrice but no one was responsible enough to contact me.
                                    I am very angry now with such careless behaviour of airtel as still my plan of 800min in not activated again,however i received confirmation about the same. Can anyone revert me back on my No.[protected] or email me on anshi.[protected]@gmail.com.

                                      my name is yunus motorwala ,i have a prepaid connection of airtel ,my cell no.is [protected] .sir i never told the company office of gujarat. to activate the service of news alert 53030 but they activated it and for this they are deducting 5rupees for every five days. i tried several time to contact customera care executive of airtel but they dont pick my phone .i also send the sms several time but they are sending the sms that my sms cant be processed.pls help me nd deactivate this service..

                                      Airtel Prepaid — Pls de-activate news alert

                                      My number is [protected]. I am getting charged for news alert which I did not activate. I also sent STOP to 121 but it says/ I am getting reply, "currently there are no services active" but still I am getting charged.
                                      When I spoke to customer care they say the service is active and I need to send sms again. They also have a standard statement, "system is down or else I would have done it from my end".
                                      Its very irritating and disturbing. My money is getting wasted, pls de-activate my service for News alert.

                                        This is to inform you that without my knowledge my airtel number have been permanently cancelled,

                                        A month ago i was asked to submit the document , which i did at Howrah DObson Road Relationship Care,

                                        And i was using this Number from a very long period of Time, and all of sudden, my number was cancelled, yesterday when i got in touch with the Customer Care, as my Sim was showing registration failed , they informed me , it may be because of non-usage of the Phone, but i would like to pin point that the phone was in regular use,But last month as my cell phone Broke down, it wasnt in use for a month or so, but on a average note, It is on regular use.

                                        I on being discontinued with this number would face a lot of Problem and severe Business Loss

                                        I would request you to kindly , Please re-activate my Cell no. again.
