I called up "Justdial" for Airtel Broadband Installation Numbers on 30/12/2010.
Many executives from Airtel started calling me up instantly. I accepted the offer from an executive(Named "Ansh") who told me that he's directly from Airtel's Okhla Phase-3 office and not a DSA and also recommended me that i should not go by the words of the people from a DSA as they instantly charge the advance and then delay the process of installation, but he will get the broadband installation done within 24-hrs. And thus he sent his executives to my house within half an hour and got the form filled and charged me Rs.500 cash as advance. He also gave me his mobile no. telling me that this is his direct no. and i can call on that no. in future in case of any problem.
After that neither he himself nor anybody from his office contacted me till a week. Neither did anybody visit my house for installation. He didn't pick his phone the whole day next day. I'm trying to talk to him since then but he never comes over the phone .I keep on trying to connect to him. But no response... and since only 2 times somebody picked up the phone and told me that this is the office no. and not Mr. Ansh's no. and doesn't make me talk to Mr. Ansh. When i insisted a lot to tell me the status of my application. He put me on hold and then came back and told me that Mr. Ansh says that installation will be done today(this was on 3rd Jan). But nobody visited my place. I kept waiting the whole day. Nobody even called up. Again the next day(4th Jan) i kept on trying his no. After trying a lot, somebody picked up the phone and said the same to me as the previous day. But Mr. Ansh didn't came over the phone. I even launched complaint in the Airtel Customer care. But their response was also not positive. They said they they dont know anything about whats going on with me and they can not do anything as they dont know Mr. Ansh. Then on 5th Jan, an executive came to my house to get the Airtel form filled from scratch and charge me again, telling me that my area is not under the Okhla office and those people who charged me were some fraud people. I got shocked. i tried calling up Mr. Ansh again and after a lot of effort, somebody again picked up the phone(not Mr. Ansh) and told me that they are working in the Airtel's Okhla Ofiice and are genuine as i got sms's direct from Airtel's side and the form was also original Airtel's form. i have a copy of it with me.
I'm still helpless. I wasted a lot of money in making calls and more that that i wasted a lot of my time. I'm am studying and preparing for MBA Entrances and this thing wasted a lot of my time. I have a lot many tasks which can be done over the net only. But trhis wasted a lot of my precious time. i'm very much pissed off and irritated. But still nobody has either bothered to call me up or visit my place for installation after so many days and so much effort...:-((

    SUB: 225 BOOSTER IN AIRTEL PREPAID

    This booster had reduced call rates of 50p per min to loc ans std lanline/other mobile and 10p per min to airtel mobiles.The booster is valid for 90 days.

    The customer gets a msg that his booster is expiring in 3 days..pls recharge to get reduced rates.(but this msg does not specify that there has been a change in the same plan)

    Suddenly the booster has a new change that landline no will be charged at 90p per min.This was done with no prior information to the existing customer in the same plan.

    POINT:
    1.If there is a change in the plan ,then existing customers in the same plan must be informed .
    2.If there is a change in call rates in the already existing plan, it should be named as a different plan.
    3.If a customer who has been in a booster plan and after his expiry of his booster continues to recharge with the same plan thinking that there would be no change in plan because of lack of prior information from the service provider then he should be either ALLOWED to have the previous benifits or reverse the booster amount to the customer.

      I have Applied for broad band on 31 of december.
      I Have called to one number and one guy came and explained the plan. And he assured that he will be giving connection in 3 days. But still i am not getting connection. When i called to the agent he will be telling today out technician will come and do the connection. whenever i called he is replying the same.
      His name is Naveen and his number is [protected]. And the technician number is [protected](Maruti) this person is not receiving calls at all.
      Please do the needful.

      Hi everyone
      i ahd applied for an airtel broadband connection thru a sales representative of Airtel on 1st June, 2008. the sales rep. named Sachin Joshte promised me that the connection will be provided within 3 days. but its been more than 14 days now and i am yet to get the connection. Moreover nowadays Sacin doesnt even pick my phone calls any longer. Earlier he used to make excuses now he doesnt even talk with me. i had padi 1000 rupees as connection charges. havent received that money also. I even went to the airtel office at Interafec building, Malad West, Mumbai 400064 and registered a complaint with the senior sales executive Mr. Kundu. but still nothing happened.

      Hi, my reference no. is BA170839. I applied for Airtel Broadband service on the 9th of Nov '08. The guy who took the application told me that i would get the connection within 3 - 5 days. Till now (26th Nov '08) there is no trace of any movement in this regard. After 10 days i kept calling this agent who is the Lead Officer - Sales from teh Sahakarnagar branch. Most of the times he doesn't pick up my call nor he calls me back to give me updates. He has already picked up Rs.1000/- as the application fee, inspite of me asking me to pay back the money he wouldn't agree but promises to get me the connection. This is highly unacceptable, he is harassing me in this fashion. Because of his behavior it is giving a very bad/ugly reflection of Airtel as a company.

      One day I got an sms requesting me to contact Agarwal Info, Chennai if in case I need Airtel broadband connection. Guess it is a franchise of Airtel. The following were the nos mentioned in the sms:
      [protected], [protected]. I called one of these no. as I was in need of Braodband connection. One guy named Harish picked the call. He asked for my address to check the feasiblity in my area as I resided in sholinganalur, Chennai. After an hour I got a call back from him stating me that it is possible for Airtel broadband connection at my home. He requested me to pay a sum of 500Rs to the marketing guy named Magesh. His mobile no. is [protected]. He got my photograph, 570 Rs from me and promised i will get the connection in 4 days time. Then 5th day I called him. He told me to talk with a guy named Krishnakumar who is also an employee of Agarwal info. His mobile no. is [protected]. He didnt respond properly. Every day I used to call him. He was jeep on dragging day by day. Then after 3 weeks time he told me to talk with his manager named Baskar. His mobile no. is [protected]. This guy checked with other team and told me that my house is 95M away from the dp box and it is not possible for them to give connection.
      I asked him why the hell they checked for the feasiblity and got 570 Rs from me. He apologised and told that i can be moved to cancelation and I will be getting my money back in 10 days. Yesterday, suddenly Airtel people came to my home for installation. I called baskar why he told that it was not possible previiously. He again apologised and told that his team has achieved the target for the previous month. So, moved my application to next month. So, whatever these people said was not true. They are very big frauds. If you want to get a Airtel broadband connection please go to Airtel showroom direcly rather than going to franshise like Agarwal Info. Because of Agarwal Info., Airtel's name is getting spoiled though they provide good service. Now I go with TATA INDICOM.
      Those people are not ready to cancel my connection too. Now my moeny is in vain. Could you please help me in getting the money back. In this world of recession 570 bugs is really a big money for me.

      Airtel Broadband — No connections

      I am very sorry to say that your customer care officers are very poor and also your services as you appear to be top company in India but i am sorry to say your services are no. 1 in consumer dissatisfaction.Recently i took a wi;fi connection in my home and the answer i got from your officers is that Airtel doesn't have Routers, i was shocked and felt shame on you people that a company like Airtel doesn't have money to buy Routers for 20 days.
      I am a social media analyst in online company and internet is much more important to me than water but companies like airtel doesn't have router this is not digestible i think the top management should look into the matter seriously o'wise it will shatter your repo in market.

      Two Months Before i was Booked airtel broadband connenction.Note-before booking the connection the airtel tecnical person come and check the fesibility of around my home if possible to give the connection or not.The persion said ok then i will register my booking included the installation fee 500/-they are told to me the connections will be provoided to 24 hours to 4 days...its ok this is valid days to give the connections to customer...but what is going on here...after 15 days anybody didnt come.i was go to showroom and asked.they are told me just give 2 days time..ok im return.i waited 1 week.but nobodys come.again i go and ask them...this time im very serious..because already i was waited whole 1 month...this time they are simply told no fesibility no dats avaliable around your home.so sorry..your installation amount is redirect to your home along with dd..
      still 2 months past.i am not get my amount..

      my question is why you book broadband connection without feasibility area..
      i am very upset.no one can tell any proper answer..
      i am not book the connection to watching the entertainment i am perparing IAS Examination.i want to prepare notes to internat.so i want connection.but Airtel irrresponsibilities i loss 2 months..

      Hi I am liju. My juniors staying at No 5 2nd floor, No 12 Laxmi building 4th cross 2nd main cross maruthinagar madiwala 560068 bangalore have applied for an airtel broadband connection on 08/10/2009..One guy named s Rajashekhar collected an amount of RS 2400/ on 8/10/2009. After that no info about the connection and money. Is there any chance that either a new connection is set up or the money be refunded. We called Rajashekar, the guy who came there offering the connection, but he is not picking the call. we called the airtel guys and they told to register a complaint here..The SEF NO TBLR 015151 is the only info we have now about this connection registration and I have the enrollment form with me.

      Airtel Broadband — No Connection

      I have applied for a Broadband connection on 17.07.2011.

      The sales executive had promised me that the connection will be put up by Tuesday(19.07.2011). Since that day the installation date is getting postponed day by day. I got in touch with aitrel presence and was told that there are technical updations till 21July and my connection will be put up after that.. I again dropped a mail to them and no resonse for the same has been received
      Have attached the first mail received from airtel presence for reference
      Still there is no clear state of my application
      The executive is rude and the TSM here does not answer my call
      Very pathetic service. No help received from customer care too.

      Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband : No Connection

      I have applied for a Broadband connection on 15.07.2011.

      The sales executive had promised me that the connection will be put up by Monday (18.07.2011). Since that day the installation date is getting postponed day by day. I got in touch with aitrel sales executive and was told that there are technical updations and my connection will be put up within 2 days. Everytime they say the same thing. From last 3 weeks I have been calling them, either no body picks up or they will ask for next 2 days and will give me their supervisor's contact number. I have called 4 different persons but no solutions.
      Still there is no clear state of my application.
      Airtel people are rude.
      Very pathetic service. No help received from customer care too.

      My application number(CAF number) is 261958, and have paid Rs 1400 as advance for the connection to be put up. Neither they are putting the connection in place nor they are returning our money.

      I hereby state that I no more need the connection and my money must be refunded to me in complete in two days from today if no resolution ids provided by eod today(08.08.2011)

      The complaints registered on customer care all stand resolved but the connection ha not yet been put up.
      The complaint numbers are 1151590, 1976504, 1672690, 11792429. Please check and confirm if the connection will be put up or the amount will be refunded.

        I haved made an recharge on 31 and till 15 of jan i dnt received any benifit of my scheme and also they have change my earlier plan. i hv complaint them 10 times

          hi, i purchased a nokia n8 mobile on 4th december 2010 and i have an airtel sim like many others i also have not been able to use the free internet offer of airtel now 1 month has passed and still this issue has not been resolved.i have complained to the local airtel office in bhopal but they dont know anything about the offer while it is printed on the n8 box i also complained to nokia but they said it will be resolved by airtel i want you to resolve this matter urgently, i have followed all the instructions prorperly as they were given on my n8's box.

          Thanks for resolving my complaint so effectively and I would definitely like to mention about the good response that I got from the corporate office guys at airtel, which was way better than those uninformed customer care people at bhopal.
          I'd also like to thank Consumer complaints for forwarding my complaint so quickly and thus resolving the issue.

          I have recently purchased New Nokia N8 and received on 6 Jan 11 and a Label on it is sticked for Airtel Mobile Office offer for 6 Months from date of Activation. But It has not een activated till yet. I contacted Customer Care for the same but it says wait 48 Hrs, as I inserted SIM on 6 Jan 11 & still no activation and any info. Again Contacted for support but asked me to talk senior and kept me on hold no response. I request you to please see into the matter.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased Nokia N8 from Chennai on 23/1/2012.In its pack its written an airtel offer such as "2gb internet is free for 6months with 2 months of 3G"...But now as i contacted Nokia custemer care(land no:[protected]) and Airtel Nodel office(mob no:[protected]) they say the offer is not there for 2012. I have proof from airtel and nokia site about the offer after 1/1/2012...I also have record of my conversation with them.I have even spent Rs:100 to contact the two parties and even thought of going to consumer court.Kindly help me to solve the problem...

            Sir,

            Since last three months continuously follow up with Airtel but they are not giving us proper reply.
            we want VSAT for our five branches. In Chennai Mr Ravi & Mr Ramesh is looking after this case but they are also not able to give any proper reply.I really don't understand is the COMPANY LIKE A AIRTEL is not capable to provide VSAT or is their employee is not ready to work.
            And this is the situation, when we want to Buy if we already bought then??

            Airtel VSAT — NO Response after three months

            Dear Sir,

            Kindly look into this matter as we want to buy your VSAT but since last three months we are continues calling to your representative but they are not giving proper reply. In these three months they have only installed VSAT for our Jaipur branch and that is also finished today on 3rd Jan only. we really dont know for our other branched how many times we have to request.

            Our Company Orange County Resorts had installed 2 Airtel VSAT connections in 2006 & 2007 for 2 of our Resorts located in remote areas (Siddapur & Kabini) where DSL connection was not available at that time. The connection was applied through their agent/dealer

            Airtel VSAT connection was not consistent in their promised 512kpbs bandwidth with speeds dropping to 10 - 20 kbps often. It was a frustrating experience to deal with Airtel VSAT support team assuring they will solve the problem as soon as possible. After few hours the bandwidth speed would go indeed up only to come down within few days!

            Finally when BSNL started their DSL services in the those areas we migrated to it & cancelled the connection. Our company had given refundable deposits of Rs: 60, 000/- each (after 4 years on return of equipment) for VSAT receiver dish & modem.

            I have been following up with Airtel & their agent/dealer for the refund for the past 4 months, yet to no avail. Complaints have been mailed at '[protected]@airtel.in' & '[protected]@in.airtel.com'

            Airtel follows up meticulously for delayed payments from clients, but when it comes to pay-outs they are very dicey & difficult to deal with.
            As an added reminder to Airtel, we as corporate clients our monthly business to Airtel including Mobiles, PRI Lines, Internet DSL serives & Analogue Telephones lines hovers between Rs: 1, 25, 000/- to 1, 50, 000/-.

            Yet we do not have a single window Corporate Relationship Manager to address our needs. It has been difficult addressing issues different people in Airtel for solutions.

              I have not used it for few months.I got deactivated.
              I want this number to be activated.
              Since it was lifetime activated sim how can they deactivate the service?

                Hello,This is vinitha koshy,I would like to bring to your kind notice that i've been using airtel prepaid sim since November 2010,and suddenly my outgoing facility have been cancelled today,as i enquired with the customer care,I've been told that i havn't submitted my documents yet,which was really unbelievable to me as i've submitted all my documents to airtel office kottara,Mangalore,and I got a verification call also. They also told me that my number has been given to someother person and the only solution is that i have to take a new sim.Then when i called second time to the customer care to report a complaint,the person with whom i had conversation told me that my number has not been recycled only the outgoing calls are cancelled as because i've not used my sim since last three months,I was using the same sim till today and how can it be possible because i've taken it in November.I was not informed about anything before this action has been taken moreover i'm not getting any reliable information from them.Now also i'm getting the incoming calls.Hope you will do the needful.

                Airtel — Outgoing & Incoming facilities have Been Cancelled

                Dear Sir,

                I Baught airtel sim card(No-[protected]) from Noida(Delhi region) on 09-Aug-2008 and it became activated same day for life time Validity.
                I am wrking in C-DAC(it is Software development firm under Govt. of India), Noida. sir i frequentally visit client site(jaipur). So I recharge voucher Rs 35.00 in my sim card in this voucher all out going calls will be Rupee 1.00 whether You are in Roaming or Not.

                Sir, I came to jaipur on 12-Sep-2008. But from the evening of 15-Sep-2008 all Outgoing & Incoming Facilities of my Number have been droped.

                Whenever i am dailing a number a voice saying that " This Facility is not available on your Number".
                Sir Avalable Balance in my card is Rs 119.58.

                Sir Please Do necessary whatever needed but right now i am suffering i can not make a call i can not recieve a call.

                Sir Right now this SIM is worthless.

                I was not in station for the past month. So i could not pay my mobile bill for two months. So my incoming and outgoing was barred. Day before yesterday i.e. on 4/3/09 I paid my bill. But still now my mobile is not activated. I have called and personally went to Airtel showroom regarding this. But there constant reply is within ten minutes it will be activated. But still now it has not happened. Kindly do the needful. Or give me any other number to whom I should contact regarding this.

In the month of NOV I give a application to cancil ZODI plan and give me the ordinery facility for both #.                     Yesterday i recive a phone call from AIRTEL COUSTOMER CARE and he say go to AGRA AIRTEL your # will ok today. I go to AIRTEL vijay nagar Agra office in such cold weather. When I tell him my problem His first ans "THE PERSON LOOKING THE SERVICE IN NOT IN THE OFFICE COME TOMORROW" when I tell him that I recive a phone call from AIRTEL coustomer care then I come here his ans " THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN US (AIRTEL SERVICE) AND COUSTOMER CARE COME TOMORROW. I again reqest him I come from 15 km My office is 15 km from your office and it is very difficult to come 15 KM In cold wearther his Ans : Your office is in Agra 15 km is not to far come tomrrow. When I shout on him that I am comming from last 2 months then he say ok sit for 15 min. After 15 min that guy come out from office and told I cant solve the problem go to another AIRTEL office behind SHREE RAM CINEMA and purcahse a duplicat sim. I GO there and I purcahse a duplicat sim in 25 rs. That guy told me that after 24 hr sim will activate. Today afternoon this sim activated and i am receving incoming call but when i try to may a call it is not working. YESTER IN 4 DIGRREE TEMPRATURE I TRAVEL 35 KM . This is my only bussiness # and due to this I am facing big problem in my bussiness. NO ONE IN AIRTEL OFFICE HEARING MY VOICE. I AM REQUESTING PLEASE TAKE A ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL to solve my problem

                      when traced this no, I came to know that is from west bengal.

                        My name is Deepak Joshi and this mail is regarding not getting any solution
                        against my regular complain for my two airtel numbers ([protected], [protected]
                        Corporate connection), which I have been following from last one month. Concern
                        is that I had shifted from Faridabad to nearby Lagpat Nagar at( Prakash Moallah near Sapna Cinema, Delhi) on 4th December after shifting
                        their I had major network problem for which I had spoke to Airtel executive on
                        7th December and got assurance that my problem will be resolved as he had
                        forwarded my request to networking team and they will work on it and my problem
                        will be resolved.Complain/Request number[protected].



                        On 9th December I had called again to customer care for my other Airtel number
                        which is majorly in use and they gave me the same answer that it will be
                        resolved and this time Complain number was (F[protected].

                        Till 15th December their was no revert call from customer care center so on
                        15th December I made a call again to know the status of my complain but the
                        executive had assured me it will be definitely rectified till 16th December at
                        9:45am request no(F[protected].But as usual I didn't got any response I called
                        back again but this time I talk with branch manager and he told me to wait for
                        some more time till 24th December and gave me following Request number
                        was.[protected]

                        On 24th December I spoke to one more executive name Mr. Jatin and he told me
                        that within 24hours a Booster will be installed to get proper network with
                        following Request number (F[protected]

                        But till 26th as usual their was no response I spoke to Mr. Jatin again and he
                        gave me the nodal officer email id and mobile number with following Request
                        number ( F[protected].But till now nothing has been happened except killing my
                        time and money in calling customer care executives and taking complain numbers.

                        Till now I know Airtel promises to be the 100% network coverage grantee which
                        gives ads in print media stating it has 100% coverage in comparison with other
                        service providers, but now I am one of the victim of this called AIRTEL. The
                        company is very prompt in asking for payment, but not in giving service, once
                        the case is registered with customer care and stipulated time is given,the
                        complaint will be automatically closed with out taking confirmation from user
                        whether the service is been satisfied or not.

                        I dont know the company which has name and fame in the market has turned in
                        this way, but in case for payment the company will not even delay a single day,
                        to take extra charges.

                        I request you pls. resolve my problem either installing booster to nearby area
                        or giving me other solution for the same.

                          i didn't asked for the same but airtel did so.

                          again after maverick effort of cancelling the same plan it is again 999 plan instead of 699.

                          sir i have complained to ur custo care and they said till 28 dec this will be overcome.complain no they then

                          sir i want ur serious work on the behalf of my complain .i am astudent and can't afford ur such nature.

                          if any sincerity is not shown by AIRTEL then i have to discontinue ur service as there is always a option
                          of broadband connection in the market.

                            Got a fake call from pakistan [protected] stating that I have won some airtel lottery worth 25 lacs and need to call some other person to cash the amount.
                            I called up the airtel customer care and asked him to log a complaint against the same and provide me with a complaint number. After putting me on hold for about 3 mins the guy told me its a fake call and not to respond to such calls with your bank account number or passwords.
                            i insisted on the complaint number but he refused and said there was no process for logging such complaints.

                            Would request airtel to please start a board/ process for this or some awareness program; so that people are well aware of what can be happening here.
                            I have recieved a call on 10th feb 2011 (10:56pm)...from a number[protected]....... I dont know anybody having this number?????? I reqeust airtel to please look inti this??? This is unacceptable, why should we geting blank calls like this??

                              Hi Consumer Complaints Forum,

                              I want to report an ISD telephone call based fraud scam, which I experienced today. I received a missed call from [protected] on 3/1/2011 at 12:08 PM. When I called back at 12:09 PM, a lady (she said her name was Priya) said she was calling from Airtel Mumbai and told me that I have won a lottery of Rs 10 lakhs. I didn't believe in such lottery scams and suspected both the number and her accent (which was distinctly not from Mumbai, but was more like Punjabi) so I kept her engaged and asked more details.

                              When I asked her if she was indeed calling me from Airtel Mumbai, then why is her number starting with +92 which is Pakistan's ISD code, she explained that it is an internet based call that's why it didn't reflect the regular number. I laughed at her poor explanation so she asked me if I was interested in collecting the money. She asked me to call Branch Manager of SBI Mumbai (some Mr. Surender Pal Singh) at another number [protected]. Needless to say, of course I did not bother to waste any further efforts.

                              I request all readers to be careful of such callers and not to respond to such calls. And NEVER give out your bank account related information on phone, sms, email, or any other means. Such scams are called as blended phishing attacks, basically intended to fool the recipient into giving out their banking / financial information. The one in which fraudsters utilize telephone networks to cause frauds (such as this one) are specifically known as 'Vishing', more details can be found at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vishing

                              The intention behind my note was to create awareness amongst Indian citizens about this fraud scam. As for me, I can handle these myself rather well... :-)

                              If you are concerned about such scams and the possibilities of multitudes of Indians falling for it, I believe you should send out an advisory in public interest.

                              Hi I also got similar call today early in the morning stating that i have won lottery from SBI. The number was[protected]. i want to know how our number are reaching to them. I gues telecom companies are selling customers database for money.
                              Hi, I also got a similar call today right now from the number +92-[protected], again a pakistani number. I did not check that it has 12 digits. I think these numbers could later on be used by terrorists as well. I was also told in a typical punjabi pathani accent, that the person was calling from delhi airtel and I had won a lottery of 25 lakhs.

                              AIRTEL, do something to stop people receiving calls from these numbers. It is urgent, as besides vishing / phishing calls, these could also have something to do with terorrist acitivies.


                              GOVT. OF India, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

                                I purchased Airtel DTH for 1750/- on 31.12. 2010.

                                Till now it has not been activated. I have given several complaints to Toll Free Number, email to Nodal Officer, Tamil Nadu and Email to Head Office also but no proper response.
                                I request Airtel to refund my money and collect their dish with setup box immediately.
                                This is highly unprofessional attitude causing monetary as well as mental trauma to me.

                                  My mobile number is [protected]. I had requested for the activation of 2 GB GPRS using *567# on[protected] around 12:15 AM. My balance was deducted by Rs 98 at that time only, but i didn't got 2 GB GPRS balance till now. whenever i checks my GPRS balance using *123*10# it is shows "You have 0.00 MB left in your account. Valid upto 28Jan11".

                                  For this i had complained to customer care on[protected] around 12:30 AM, they told that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours. After 48 hours whenever i calls them they says you will be get 2 GB balance within 24 hours, but not help till now.

                                  I am a student so i need to access internet frequently on move, so please activate my 2 GB GPRS as soon as possible.

                                  Thank you, i got the balance of Rs 98 back in my main account. It was my worst experience of activating that 2GB GPRS by dialing *567#. After this i will never try that activation process again and not even suggest anyone try it. Thank you once again for this great help.

                                    My self Kaushik Ghosh using Airtel prepaid connection since last two years. My mobile no-[protected]. Airtel deduct my balance Rs-10/- on 29/12/2010 without any proper reason. I have complaints to customer three times(Ref no-CBDCC[protected], CBDCC[protected] and CBDCC[protected]). But they did not solve my problem and Only reply that "The amount has been charged as per usage" although I did not used it. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
                                    I use Airtel number and when i receive International Calls they appear as a Local number on the screen. The Network quality is very poor and line gets disconnected frequently.
                                    I feel Airtel is cheating govt. for rerouting International calls to their local numbers and then forward it to the customers.

                                    Immidiate action is required !

                                      I have submitted a form to take my PDU no. Till now I didnt get any proper reply from the Anna Nagar Reach Communication Team. Last week I have submitted my papers again to take my mobile number back with all my proofs. Day before yesterday I called up to the Team and they said it will be activated in by end of the day and they have asked me to switch off and on the mobile. When I tried my PDU no it was switched off. Again I called up the team they said it has been activated to another customer not for me. I have already paid an amount of Rs. 330 and submitted all the proof to take my PDU No. back and I have got the SIM also.

                                      I need my mobile number back. Please help me on this.

                                      when u people change any offer plz send the details of the changed offer to customer also, i have recharged wit 77 and found out tat can msg only to other aitel people and i vil be charged if i msg to other network. Then like a i called ur customer care and they told me to recharge again wit 22 to get 2200 msgs which i send to any network and validity 30 days. after i kept tat 22 then they again changed their word and said tat its only VALID for 10 DAYS.. nw i lost nearly 100 rupees for a offer which is worthless. plz dnt fool customers.

                                        I have requested to disconnect my Land line number[protected] in the month of Oct 2009 and got the request number[protected] from Airtel customer care toward disconnection of the same. Dispite of this Airtel keep on sending the bill till feb 2010. In the month of March Airtel ask me to pay 1900 Rs towards disconnection of the phone. When resistant they reduce the amout to Rs.690 which was again not paid by me as all disconnection dues were paid in the month of oct and same was confirmed by customer care excutive.
                                        Last week we got call from airtel number [protected] pretending to be SHO at Tees Hazari court Delhi towards issue of non bailable warrants with an option to pay the bill before 1PM on same day i.e. 29th Dec 2010.
                                        This is clearly a case of Mental harrasment from an unethical organisation like Bharti Airtel.
