From past 2 days, i.e, 16th and 17th Dec'10, my account is getting debited Re.1/- saying "Thanks for downloading Airtel Game Pack". It seems I've activated some hungama game pack which I've not done at all.
Enough is enough.. cut this crap..., I've using my airtel connection for past 5 years and I very well know which services I've activated.
Moreover my calls are not connecting to 198. Whenever I call to that no.. some music plays, then it asks for the option, and when I select option for raising complaint, it says use *121# and disconnects...!!!!
I want these issues to be resolved ASAP.
Bharti Airtel.... this is definitely not the way to do busniess, please show professionalism and maturity or your're definitely gonna a loose a customer.
