[Resolved]  Airtel WAP — deduction of Rs.10 in spite of due cancellation messages

I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10

deactive the same airtel wap test based package.
hope u will do .

for unsubscribing from that Rs. 10 daily service

1.go to the page http://www.mozook.com/support.aspx
2. enter your cell no.
3.you will get a pin on your mobile
4. enter that pin & the service will be de activated

Call Customer Care again.Talk rudely and threaten to take legal action.If not, goto the main Airtel dealer and ask to get refund.Also get the contact details of the senior Airtel officer. Email me any problem

I am victim of the same problem I have been diducted daily 10 Rs from my prepaid account despite of my several complaints to customer care no action has been taken regularly I am receiving messages from no 64611010 that thankyou for using text based services on Airtel wap you have been charged Rs 10 although I am not using or used any such type of service this is something like robery shame on you airtel such a reputed company and cheats like this if my problem doesn"t get sorted out I will throw this sim or register my complaint with TRAI .my airtel mobile no is [protected]

Customer care executives names whom I had talk to are suresh and sunil despite of regular assurance they did not unsubscribe me from this service of which sms i receive daily basis stating that Rs 10 have been deducted from my account. my mobile no is [protected]

c howlong it takes to deactivate, only one thing i want to know when we activate we get sms within fraction of second it is activated but when we deactivate why that fastness it not coming

now a days it is charging Rs1 from my mobile...please deactivate this service..

mozook support doesnt work

I am not interested in the textbased wap service.though i have tried to cancel this service, it's not being cancelled yet.if the service is not cancelled immediately today i am going to log complaint against this.Pls don't allow me to take such harsh step.Pls deactivate the service today itself & send email or message me on my mobile no-[protected].

I am being charged everyday by airtel wap Rs. 10 via sms from 64611010 while I am not using that service at all. i request to deactivate that service immediately from my mobile [protected].
Hello, I am not using your Airtellive wap(wap.mobifun.in) service. But why you are charging every day Rs 10 from my Airtel mobile account. My phone number [protected]. Who asked your service? So please not charge from my account. I hate your service. If you charge from my account, I will take action by consumer court. So cancel my subscription. I am not like your service.
