[Resolved]  Airtel — Worst Customer Service

Hi,

I am writing this mail to express my frustration towards the bad customer service I have been receiving.
My account # [protected].
Whenever I call, my call is transferred to the Technical Team, where I am put on hold for several minutes and at last being disconnected.
If this is the kind of service you intend to provide...please disconnect the connection with immediate effect and let me know the charges accumulated till date on pro-rata basis.

I have been unable to connect to the wi-fi connection with one of my laptops. Also when I connect through the lan cable, it gives me download speed of around 1.2 mbps.

Please fix this immediately or let me know if you can't/don't want to fix the issue.
I very well see that Airtel is going the way of being a good consumer friendly company to a non-consumer friendly.

I am facing lot of issue with Airtel GSM is deducting money, tried several times for 121 no answer its pathetic, please help as i am frustrated dont know where to contact

I have started call my friend in South Africa, the first day i called in it charged me rs25.00 per in i felt OK with that as it was an international call than i realized why not take a plan for international calling, so i called the customer service today 11 april 2013 morning and spoke to one of the female agent the first question i asked her that what are the call charges for south Africa she kept me on mute for 4 in and came up with an answer is rs 12.00 per min than i asked her why have been charged rs 25.00 per min, she kept e on hold for another 2 min and then returned saying i am transferring the call (she didn't tell me where and for what )
than another agent on the line comes he is not aware what discussion i had with the last agent, i ask him the same question he keeps me on mute for 12:00 min and returns back its rs 7.00 per min i ask him a question why have you charged me rs 25.00, he comes up with an answer the rs 7.00 per min is for mobile not for land line so i ask him how much is land line he keeps me on mute for 18:00 in stating that you were correct i would log a complaint and he disconnects the call.
then i call back again i speak to an agent stating that previous adviser informed me he is going to log a complaint regarding the call charges he comes up with an answer that the last call charges are rs 9.00 I informed him mad i am not talking about that the rs 9.00 is been charged because i was speaking to a previous adviser from last 29 to 40 min, in the whole discussion in-spite of asking what is the query adviser asked me a question what did you said (in a rude way) so i informed hi i told you mad so he told me thank you for the call and disconnected the line
after that i tried calling the customer care and was not able to speak to an agent as the agent might have blacklisted me.
its seems Airtel is hiring Kings & Queen and biggest news advisers don't know to speak English and in airtel is the other way round advisers are paid to get service from the customer not to give
