I have not been able to figure out how to nusubcribe from 'yzone' on my cell [protected] as the sms is not correct. It does not give any link from the mobile and the adress given is not reachble on internet.

After repeatedly informing to stop the airtel yahoo zone service, the service is still not stopped.I am being
charged Rs.40/- per month though i am not using the service.Please unsubscribe the service immediately.

I subscribed yahoozone at my mobile when I was able to use GPRS.
Now days GPRS was inactive on my mobile from last one year but the fees Rs 30/- continously being deducted from my balance. WHY?
Is the company did'nt know that if GPRS is inactive on the no how it can able to use yahoo?
If company understant than why deducting Rs 30/- per month for this from more than one year?

Kindly help to unsubscribe the service & also if possible arrange for refund of charges deducted against unused service.

I am a airtel service consumer and wish to unsubscribe to the "yzone" for which I am being charged Rs.30/- per month.

The link given in my sms from yzone - http://203.114.183/yzonesub/?type=unsub&f=r does not connect either from the mobile or from the laptop.

How and with whom do I resolve this problem?

Please help me. I do not wish to be forced to pay Rs.30/- every month and be unable to unsubscribe from this.

on phone i am not able to use yahoomail so trying to unsubscribe. but link do'nt connect from phone of pc also.
