I ordered a Blue Dog Wall Calendar on Sept 23, 2013 and was billed $13.31 for it. I never received it. the reference # on my credit card is 24692168A004N8QTEorder not received but showing in account as order delivered
i have placed an order on amazon.in order no.[protected].on 1 nov 2014 two of the items are shown in the account as delivered but i havn't received the products.i want my issue to be solved .Ordered item not delivered

Despite several complaints no action was taken against the BLUE DART Courier which failed to delivered the ordered item.
