[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — I didn't get my money

Hello,

I am customer of Andhrabank (Branch: Chittoor Name :V.Kasturi, account no :205076)
i made a online transaction of rupee 15000 from ICICI bank to this andhrabank account, i didnt recieve the money in the andhra bank account .
if i ask ICICI bank they said the money is transfer to the andhrabank account and gave me the RBI refference number and ask me to check with the andhra bank .
when i went to andhra bank they said, they didnt recieve the money and they are tellin me to ask the icici bank .
what should i do to get my money back???

I am customer of Andhrabank, Seethammadhara branch of Visakhapatnam.The account no is 25449, belongs to K.Narayana.
I made an online transaction of Rs 10000 from my ICICI bank to the andhrabank account.To my surprise i couldnt recieve the money in the andhra bank account.
When i asked the ICICI bank they gave me the answer that the money is transferred to the andhrabank account and gave me the RBI refference number[protected] and ask me to check with the andhra bank.
When i went to andhra bank they said, they didnt recieve the money and they are tellin me to ask the icici bank.
I called them repeatedly asking about the issue.I even logged a complaint a couple of times.Still, the situation is the same.Is it the way to behave with the customers?
Please give me the way to get my money back...

Recently I have received my pin number and debit card through Pithapuram branch, Visakhapatnam and I went to ATM center and I have entered the same relevent pin number and immiediately changed other number.From that timr onwords Iam not able to get the slips and also shown in the system please contact to the bank.
MY CARD NO [protected]. To day also checked and called on online custermer cmplints phone number through my cell and get the reply from the Executive and pl contact to the respective bank and ask for the new pin number.
Hence i request u to release the new pin number at an early date.

I am an sb account holder at your personal banking branch, banashankari, bangalore-560085(code no.1582) my sb account number [protected]. The complaint is even after applying 1month back for Internet Banking, SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LOGIN ID ETC..ON INFORMING THE SAME TO BRANCH THEY TOOK UP THE MATTER WITH YOUR HO HYDERBAD. BUT SO FAR NO RESPONSE. CAN U ATLEAST SEE TO IT NOW IMMEDIATELY. OTHERWISE I AM THINKING OF CLOSING THE ACCOUNT. PLEASE EXPEDITE AND REPLY PROMPTLY.
. ONE MORE SURPRISE THING IS EVEN AFTER YOUR BRANCH OPENED IN OCTOBER 2008, ITS NAME NEVER APPEARING IN YOUR ANDRA BANK WEBSITE. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND RESPOND.

please look in billow mention matter :- It is very urgent for me,

I have made a transgression Account no- [protected], card no- [protected] on 22.6.09 time- 20:18:03 hour with great eastern shop terminal num[protected] under of Axis Bank, on that transgression they have debited rs-10, 000 from my account which has not credited on there account, I have there 22nd account statement along with me, that transgression is not showing there, So they haven’t received 10, 000 rs .

As per your commitment it should return to my account within 21 day’s, now it is more than 21 days, I do not expect so poor service from your end, Please inform the current status to me & send mail-ID of VISA department so I can progress with this matter, till date I haven’t got any result,
