I lost money by using debit card sevice is very poor

the problem is they are not give proper responce.already the complaint was given last two months back

SUBJECT: CASH WITHDRAW TO OTHER BANK COMPLAINT NO - 48188
Respected Sir / Madam,
This is inform you that I have opened a saving account in your bank last one year. My A/c no is [protected]. Sorry to say this last two month before withdrawed money debit card at canara bank. Because Andra Bank Atm not in use thus what i withdraw other bank its very urgent. That time was my father dead.(The date of 06/10-2008, time 19:23, amount 5000, CANARA BANK ATM Vijaya Nagar, Velachery ATM No R8191) But.the cash transcription was showed no balance already withdraw.
That day i was complaint in andra bank. ther is no response this matter. I asked the bank person no responsibble. and told you complaint higer level.

Please note that My Debit Card No. [protected] was valid only till 09/08. Please tell us the procedure to renew it.
