AFTER ONE AND A HALF MONTHS OF COMPLAINING THAT THERE IS A LEAK IN THE AQUAGUARD THE LOCAL AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE SENT THEIR MECHANIC AND TOOK THE PRODUCT. AFTER A WEEK AND STATING THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE THEY RETURNED IT TODAY BROKEN AND IN A TERRIBLE BAD CONDITION. AS I WAS NOT AT HOME AND ONLY MY MAID, WHO IS UNEDUCATED, SHE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT RETURNING IT BACK, BUT DID COMPLAIN TO HIM ABOUT THE CHANGE OF THE TOP COVER AND TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME A CALL. HE SAID HE WILL DO SO AND DID NOT BOTHER. I NOW WANT THE PRODUCT REPLACED OR I WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONSUMER COURT. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE UP WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORISED CENTRE AT TAMBARAM, CHENNAI WHOSE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 22265355. I HAVE A THREE YEARS SERVICE CONTRACT FROM 19.6.08 TO 18.6.2011. I AM APPALLED AT THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN DONE. I WANT A REPLY FROM YOU IMMEDIATELY.

    sir,
    i purchased a water purifier from Aquaguard model no. i-nova on[protected].as per term & conditions of company two times servicing was free within the very first year of purchase. but they did not provided the first servicing even after 8 months. at last when my brother reminded me i called the customer care unit of kolkata. after that they sent a man to look after the purifier.but the second servicing is due even after 19 months of purchase ...tell me what the hell is doing the customer care unit of kolkata. is it myduty to remind the customer care unit to do your duty???? is the responsability of the company cease after the end of sale proceed ??? plz. stop & change your policy of sheer profit making & start paying great attention on customer satisfiction...tell me what to do in order to get the second due servicing(free)

      sir
      the annual contract for three years service was given on 29/05/2009 for the period 29/05/2009 to 28/05/2012
      on dated 29/05/2009 the fact for non working of input & output nozells were broken and water flows are overflow. this fact was noticed by the represtative mr sanjay tigote of laxmi services nasik phone no(0253)
      2431153.i have phoned 15 times in a month but no replacement has been done til 30/06/2009. the water purifier is non used with effect from 29/05/2009 till this date. eventhough so many reminders on phone given to representative and laxmi services they told tha material is not available hence the complaint is not solved til this date. you are requested to look into the matter and aviod poor service.

        dear sir,
        I am an employee ( out of 35) of M/s Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd A Govt Of India U/T. We are engaged at project site at Paras( distt- Akola, Maharastra) for erection and commng of 2X250 MW thermal power plant of Maharastra Electricity Board.
        Being at project site getting good drinking water is o[censored]tmost importance for our employees health. So we purchased one industrial water purifier cum chiller to get clean and cold drinking water April 09 . Within 15 days of installation, it started giving trouble and we faced acute shortage of drinking water. Telephoning to local ( Nagpur) service centre number ot time was only wastage of time.
        Kindly look into the matter with the supplier w.r.t. the basic requirement of clean and safe drinking water and take suitable action to redress the problem.

          Sales Person not responding for fitting the Aquaguard

          I purchased one Aquaguard through the salespersan name called Ramki. From last 7 days they were playing not comingf to my house to fit it. I am already frostrated with this aquaguard. They were always telling lie ...
          Sir I purchased a Eureka Forbes Aqua guard Total RO. The exact price is 14500(INR).When their service person came to install, e carried the unit with him. We didn't look or examine the unit in their shop. We purchased that and leave that in their shop (Coz they told us that theirs service person will carry it and install it the next day).The next day the service man carry the unit. and started to install it. But my doubt is that we exactly don't know what was in the box like what parts were there in the box exactly, were in there the genuine parts. We noticed on the installation day the service man open the unit cartoon box in front o[censored]s but we noticed that the 'Main Filter' of the "Aqua guard Total RO" was in outside from the unit not inside the unit. It came separately from the unit. When we asked him to open the unit he opened that we noticed there, one filter was not fitted inside that means there’s only four filter and one side is blank ( where's 5 filters have must should be there inside ).we asked him about that he told us that, the main filter comes separately from the unit. we took his voice with confusing mind. He installed that. But we still don't know the main filter he fitted ( Which was carried/came separately ) is that the genuine filter or any other ordinary filter. Sir please give us some ideas how we recognise the filter And what parts exactly come inside with the unit.( One another doubt comes from that they took from us 14000 rupees instead of 14500 rupees from the exact price of the unit. If they can is OK. But question is that reducing 500.00 rupees and insert another membranes (ordinary filter in the unit).What exactly actually.

            I purchased a RO filter(Aquaguard Total Smart RO) on[protected] direct from the company - Eureka Forbes Limited from Sh. Pradeep Karn(Ph. [protected]). On 20th June 2009, I requested for free service of the filter. A mechanic from Neha Enterprises came. However, he broke a connector, and our RO Machine stopped working at all. On several requests, and after several reminders another man came from Neha Enterprises, and claimed to fix the problem. However, our RO Filter still did not start. Now the company is refusing to give service at all even in the warranty period. You are requested to please help us in this regard. My Aquaguard RO filter is not working since[protected] and all my request for repair has fallen on deaf ear.

            I have faced the same problem since 22 June 2009. I bought Aquagaurd Total RO at my home from a sales specialist on 28 sep 2008 and the product is still under warranty.

            My Ro stopped working on 22 June 2009 and I launched a service request on EF helpline on 23 June 2009. A service engineer came within 2 hours and claimed to fix the problem. However the RO stopped working after 1 hour when the guy left. I re-launched the complaint and none turned up until next thursday, that too after my repeated calling on the call centre.

            The guy came and diagonised that one component needs to be replaced and when asked can he replace it now, he said he does not have the part with him and will return the next day with it and repair. since then I have made numerous calls to the call centre and even dropped emails to the company's email ID but again my requests have fallen onto the deaf ears.

            They make good products no doubt but their after sales service is pathetic.

            Today, I called their call centre again and they blamed me for signing the document with the service person stating that the product has been serviced and fixed to my satisfaction, although, the person never presented the document to me and I never signed one.

            These Sales Associates of Eureka Forbes are only interested to get AMC contracts with the consumers and they do not provide services during warranty because customer will not pay anything.

            I wonder can something be done in this regard. Can someone help me understand the system of Consumer Courts because I am seriously planning to take a legal recourse against them.

              Dear Sir/Mam
              I m Hariom Gupta from Gwalior using aquaguard booster with e-boiling since last 2 years.We are on a 2 year service contract that we annually renew.
              Since last month water is not coming in proper amount from the aquaguard.I have complained on last friday, i got no response, then i complained on saturday again no response.after complaining on monday, serviceman came on tuesday & he told i have to replace pump.On saturday he replaced the pump, even after replacing the pump water is coming at a very slow speed(more slower than before replacing the pump) & the serviceman told us i had done my work, now i can't do anything.
              Kindly tell us what should i do now.

                Dear Sir,
                I purchased one water purifier ST 2000 in 1996. I have been getting annual maintenance contract throughout these years and is still valid till December 2009. Ms Shafali Khurana, 42 Basement, National Park, Lajpat Nagar IV New Delhi Tel.No.[protected], provides the service.
                Water leakage was observed from ultra violet chamber of the machine on half yearly service. The mechanic who was doing the job advised me that the item/chamber to be replaced was not available with them and is not covered under AMC.
                I request you to advice your agency to replace the item immediately as there is every possibility of short circuit. Further please clarify the position to the agency for free supply/replacement of the chamber.

                Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Ultra — Service

                Despite of Several Reminder company has not changed the Filters in my Water Purifier and thus we are consuming Dirty water which is a big health hazard. The complaint no. is 83442737 register on 26th Aug 2010. Please help.

                  I am very very disappointed with Eureka Forbs service.
                  I bought Eureka Forbs Aqua guard(Total RO Smart) on 17-May-2009 at Bangalore and Sales Representative(Mr. Srinivas) asked me for INR 9990 for Total RO Smart model which I paid through CITI Bank cheque.On receiving the product I found product MRP is only INR 9150 and I got receipt also for INR 9150.On requesting several times difference amount extra I paid, I am keep on getting promise it will take 3 business days and so.I also contacted Mr Ishwar who is manager but no action and still I have not received any payment from Eureka Forbs.

                    I, Dr.Sameer Verma had purchased a filter cartridge kit for AquaSure storage water purifier in sealed condition from Abu Lane Market in Meerut. Unfortunately the main chemical filter compartment w as found broken on opening the pack. Regarding the same I had called your bombay office no. and subsequently your call centre, who in turn gave me the meerut customer care numbers[protected]/2671679).
                    On calling the above mentioned numbers, the call was attended by some lady who very discourteously informed me that my complaint was none of their concern and I should get in touch with the concerned dealer and subsequently disconnected the call. On calling again the reply was the same and they absolutely refused to provide any information or guidance.

                    I was utterly shocked and disgusted by the rude and irresponsive behaviour of the concerned customer care people. The reason of my writing all this to you is that these people give a bad name to your company and products. How can I get in touch with the local dealer when I had purchased your product from one city and have moved to another city after job changeover. Moreover is your product and problems related to it the concern of the company or the local dealer?

                    I therefore request you to look into this matter to preserve the faith of customers like us in your company and its products and their after sales service.Or is it like as seen on TV hi purchase and then bye( we are not concerned)!

                    Dr.sharma is absolutely right.iagree with him. I gayatri also faced problem with thid product. I bought this product with in three days, i rang the customer care centre after one week he came, i told him replace this but he change a part of it. after few days again product has problem i rang him, but he is not attending phone, after that i met this boy and told the problem of product, but he do nothig, i met him two times but no action is taken till date poor customer care service of your product.this degrading the name of your company, this irresponsible attitude of your sales boy, creates a problem for customers.please look this matter seriously and srt out the solution.with in two months this product become a useless water storage drum.

                    This is to inform Euraka Wet and Dry model Vaccum Cleaner was forciably billed fulll money collected vide In No[protected]. Right from the date we are not at all interested the said product, but the Sales Executive sold the same over heavy pressure/compulsions for the reasons
                    best know to the company Eurekafob lstd.

                    For the last 8 months we have been following up the matter with the company for service and activiation of the above Dry Cleaner which is lying ununesd from the date it was sold to us.

                    Several compalints have been registered (No[protected] but till date no action has been taken by the company to service
                    our brand new product.

                    May I request the authorities concerned to arrange for immediate refund of our full amount without further delay.

                    Once again we seek your spport and help to resolve the matter immediately.

                      we have been a customer for over 15 years now, but their agency is behaving like a cheap agent. They want us to pay more money if we want replacement. But we already have service contract which covers everything.

                      Eureka Forbes is not worth the trust we had put into the company. I wonder if their water purifiers even do the job they claim?

                        On 14.06.2009 I purchased Forbes Trendy Steel Vaccum cleaner - Invoice #[protected] from one of your dealer in alwarpet HSRIL C/o. Kaveri Ware Housing Pvt. Ltd. (E Zone) and on the same day we requested for demo to the consent shop keeper...but till now we have not recieved i.e 19.06.2009 7.00 P.M,

                        and here i would like to say funny/foolish story what i have faced...

                        On 18.06.2009 around 10.30 A.M, i cald Euro Helpline[protected] where i had been informed that there is no request placed for demo by us or by ur dealer... so we would like to take new request...i said k...so my request no.81443087...then they asked me my preferrable time i.e Morning i said...but fortunately not recieved...

                        On 19.06.2009 once again when i am calling helpline by around 10.00 A.M...getting informed they will be attending us by EOD...does EOD means midnight...and even i cald shop keeper where the same reply...

                        and the most important thing i had been recieving too many contacts from your Persons...please find as follows_

                        1 st - +[protected] saying verification dept. to know the person who has come do belong to your company
                        2nd - +[protected] saying Mr, Karthik but never pick the call (from help line)
                        3rd - +[protected] to know which person is coming for demo. (from shop keeper)
                        4th - +[protected] saying Mr. Vignesh the person who is going to attend (from 3rd no.)

                        And then Mr. Vignesh - saying he is not the person going to attend...his below staff will be attending that too by 8.00 PM and if anything else required please call me help...

                        Does this is what preferrable time you give to the customer...does customer has to contact this many persons for demo...do company is going to pay all the charges...do this is level of customer satisfaction you give...do this is your service level...

                        Really i would like to appreciate this... only one thing i can say that you will be helding 1st place for custmer satisfaction from back...

                        In short, if customer has to recieve any service from you is like reaching the peak of Himalaya's

                        Kudo's for your service...

                        I agree to the above poor service, I had purchased a vacuum cleaner (wet and dry model)... Costing Rs. 9990.00, directly from Eureka Forbes, Bangalore on 29th Apr 2009...
                        Here I have not received Invoice / Warranty card... nothing and demo also not done...

                        I tried speaking to ther Bangalore office / support all means... at their stall in exhibition also, again and again I receive call for new sales only and I tell them about the problem, they inform that they will send the concerned person... and no response from them.

                        Hoping to receive the invoice atleast from them... :(

                          On shifting my family from Pondicherry to Chennai, One new Aquaguard Water filter was bought, fitted at the Pondy residence and the old one - Classic - Water Filter was dismantled and brought to Chennai.
                          About 40 days back, through helpline No.:3988 3333 a request for reinstallation was made by me. Every time I am assured that it will be attended within 48 Hrs. Not less than six times, I contacted the same number but to no avail.

                          I now regret for having bought three equipments of Eureka Forbes and am damn sure that neither me nor any of my relations and friends would go for any more purchase.

                          Let me see if the Company has the least courtesy of responding.

                          Please immediately approach Consumer Complaints Redressal Forum in your area, claim full cost plus damages to your and your family's health. Eureka Forbes is fleecing the public one way or other. Consumer Forum is a Government body. Now lawyer is is required, you can argue your case yourselves. No stamp fixing is required. Consumer forum is sympathetic to consumer. They will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes. Idf they do not pay the penalty court can issue arrest warrant. Preserve all the papers carefully.

                            I have purchased the aquaguard about 11 months ago. However, for the last one month I have been repeatedly complaining about the filter but nobody turned up. Ultimately I approached the Head office at Mumbai only then the engineer came and did not work upto our satisfaction. From that time the machine fillted with the wall is not working. We have to press it continuously only then we get water. After a lot of complaints no body has turned up.

                            I perched Aquaguard Total RO system on[protected] at ELURU 534002 .It worked well 100days .Till then it showing HELL To ALL of our family.It does not fill immediately after lowest level of water in the container .We are perchaging bulk water cans from mineral water companies.

                              I had gone to Malaika to purchase a water purifier. I had instructed them to show me a water purifier which will be useful for water coming from Sintex tank as well as to show Eureka Forbes purifier. The executive - Mr.Santosh suggested me a slim model water purifier but didnt tell me that the purifier body will be separate hung on the wall when the technician came to our home to install he told us that the body will be hung separate we told him we dont want this model & requested them to suggest another model then Mr.Santosh suggested me to buy Crystal model. I took home the same & the technician came to install the same when it was noticed that the purifier bottle was torn. I immediately called Malaika to change the piece but they did not agree to replace the machine & told once the machine is installed their duty is over & they have nothing to do with the machine. Then the technician told us that we will have to fix a booster for the water to come from the syntex tank. I called Malaika but Mr.Santosh was not ready to attend the call. Mr.Jaffar from the shop attended the call & said they cant do anything regarding this. They have cheated us. Because we had told them that we dont have 24 hours water supply & to suggest a water purifier which will purify the tank water. But this machine is not suitable for tank. I called Eureka also they say you speak with your dealer. In this situation what should I do ? Please help me in this.

                                We have taken the aquaguard yearly contract for maintenance. Till last month your service was excellent.
                                This month we called the service agent 5 times to do the annual service. Finaly the technician came today and serviced, but it is not working properly, now we are facing problems like leaking and the components are not fixed properly back in position.

                                I have purchased Aquaguard Total [NOVA] water purification system 11 months ago. The service is very poor regarding part replacement.
                                i have a 2 year service contract with your authorised service center, chandannagar, dist - hooghly (phone no.[protected] / [protected] / [protected]), west bengal against an aquaguard classic water purifier model (contract receipt no. 16702734 dated 20.05.09.
                                i had lodged a complaint on 22.10.2009 regarding the malfunctioning of the pilot lights of my water purifier and flow of water has been very thin. they promosed to send someone within the next 24 hours.
                                today is the 28th october, 2009. and i am still waiting for the service.
                                since the pilot lamps are not functioning as they should, i do not know if the water i am consuming is fit for drinking or not.

                                We have a AquaGuard iNova and have the contract for 3 years[protected].
                                Every time there is a problem, we have to contact the service centre infinite number of times.Each time, they lodge a new complant and boast that the service person will be sent in a day or two, but no one turns up even after repeated number of calls and complaints.I strictly advise againt taking aquaguard.The service is sick and poor. We have been suffering this way since 2 months, lodging complaints after complaints, but nothing is done. Then why this AMC and all??? Just to cheat customers???
                                Never buy any Euro forbes product. These people are cheater. My service number was 82099920, they never send service engg. I wasted more than 100 calls to call those bast...
                                I wanted to share the bad experience that I am experiencing with Eureka - Aquaguard. We bought this product RO a month ago and now it is stopped working. Registered a complaint and front desk guy said, someone will attend within 24 hours. Now it is almost 48 hours and no one has turned up.

                                  Dear sir, I have purchased a Auaguard classic Waterpurifier Sl.No. 2042610 from your Allahabad (U.P.) office in Dec 2008. At time of purchase I have been told by Sales personnels Vishal Mohan ([protected]) and Ashish Sinha ([protected]) that I will be given free life time service without paying any extra money as diwali offer. On his good faith I have purchased the product. (Being a defence personnel I would have saved upto Rs. 1200/- in case of purchase through C.S.D.)
                                  So for I have not been given any cash reciept / sales invoice / service card by above personnels. So for I have not been provided any routine servicing. After enquring from service centre I got feed back that service centre has not yet been provided with my sales papers / installation certificates etc.
                                  I made a telephonic complain to district sales manager Mr. sandeep Srivastava ([protected]), but of no use.

                                      I have purchase EUROAIR Geneus yesterday (20.05.09)by cash against this executive given me acknowledgement for documents Sl.No 338014 when I ask about cash receipts then he told me that same was handover to at the time of product deliver at the evening product was deliver to my office when I ask about cash receipts he simply told me that he was in hurry so he is forget to take the receipts from office and same will be given to me half and hour.I sent my cooligue to take this procduct from Eureka Forbes executive because at that time I was busy in a official meeting.

                                      At evening when i reached home and open the box I was really surprised and shocked to see that executive handover me defected piece because no manual, no remote not proper packing inside and prodict also not proper working…immediately I call your customer care centre but office were closed and leave my msg ….(Ref sale no[protected]

                                      In the morning when I have approached executive about deleive defected piece, he simply told me that sorry sir I was busy possibility that office boy given you rejected piece…..for this incident I realize that now your network is very big and customer satisfaction not your first priority, I know you change my product but please think about customer harshement which he have…. carry product from office to home and taken back home to office.

                                      I am customer ofEureka Forbes from last 10 year and I also used Water Purifier, vacuum Cleaner ….and same advice to all of my friend to go with eureka if you want this product.

                                      But yesterday incident heart me very badly and all view should be changed

                                      Please look into this matter with serioud concern and don’t loose customer satisfaction on Eureka Forbes.

                                      Now I request you to please provide me cash receipts of Rs 9900/- and change my product immediately.

                                      Today i have received call from Mr manoj who is the incharge of this office and gave me assurance that my product will be change on Monday 25.09.2009...let see if it is not happen then i will take police and press help on my issue ...i have purchased this product of Rs 9900/- but i am ready to spend Rs 10000 more to give them lesson that we are not a fool...i will planing to take legal action against slae executive or co who took me cash wihtout given me official receipt...
                                      Immediately action should be taken by company..and chang defective piece immediately without any further delay...maintain company reputation & gooedwill

                                        I am Jayashree living in bangalore purchased ur "AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA" PRODUCT ON 14/07/2008 by ur sales man Byrappa. My customer ID is [protected] . I am very sorry to tell that ur service is very poor as my product is not working from day of its installment and after a long times of about 6 months the system was changed and again the same problem has started again after the we complained we were again told that the whole system would be changed again and we also received the system through courier and found that the product was much older then the the time we actually purchased and i strongly believe that after frequent defective products exchanged ur r using second hand product as exchange and hence we requested Mr Hemanth to get the latest model but till now we have not recived any messages and no positive responses from him, we had also contacted Mr Channakeshav{[protected], }
                                        Mr Vasudeva.g.{[protected]}, Mr Venkatarao {[protected]} but no postive responsefrom any of them .
                                        WE SIMPLY FELL THAT WE WASTED MONEY ON UR product.

                                        AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA — Non receipt of the invoice and guarantee card

                                        I had purchased a water purifier from aquagaurd eureka forbes, model Total sensa. The product some how was delivered to us on oct 2010. But the agent had told the invoice and the guarantee card and other manuals will be sent by courier within a week. Inspite of calling the office several times, there is no good response. They just tell, I will report the problem to higher officials, but don't get back. After 3months, when a guy had come for servicing even he had called and requested to send the documents. After several days, i got a call telling I will get the documents in a week. Its more than a month now and 5months after the purchase, we are left without any documents or proof of purchasing the model.
                                        I would advise every one not to go for aquagaurd or see that they give the documents on delivery of the product.
