I purchased Aquaguard on 17/03/06 and then on 7/05/07 we signed a 1 year free service contract with them and now our Aquaguard machine is in such a condition that it has stopped working 27 and 28th of jan we complained about this matter and on 29th of jan a service man came but he only started the machine but after that man went the machine came to a complete halt but the customer services branch of Mira Road just ignored it so i also called the help line number 3 to 4 times,they told that we will forward our request.I also ringed the corp. office today but somebody told to dial 133 to complaint on monday.I also ringed at the divisional sales office in Vasai 2 times they told that we have sent your request to the branch of Mira Road

We purchased aquaguard in the name of Javed Palekar whose contact number is [protected] our contract receipt number is AG 96B 13570086 and i am not satisfied with aquaguard services
No proper services are done
I have purchased a aquaguard with digital switch 8 moths back and the person named Mr Biren kalita
assured me to give free service without any notice, but till date after handing over machine and collecting
money from me he has nighter visited nor called me up for any query, I am requesting you by this mail
to take the necessary action and send a person from your end service the product.I am quite surprised
to see this type of lacking in service from a world famous company.

    I have registered a complaint with euro helpline on Tel no. 39883333 on 27/12/07. with request No. L143225 No one attended yet inspite of reminding several times.Again i registered a complaint on 21/1/08 with request no. 80152471. but no response is recieved yet.i feel cheated by the company.euro helpline employees are fooling us by saying ur complaint will be attended soon.

    CANDLES OF MY RO HAS TO BE CHANGED
    I have experienced the same problem with as far as the customer service is concerned. MY brand new machine is not working and no one has turned up to replace it from Eureka forbes. I have fired the hell out of BIG BAZAAR who is selling Eureka forbes products. Draged them in the night to replace mine on the spot. They themselves found it difficult to install a replacement peice.
    I bought the machine on 22 OCT today is the 4th Nov 2008. Best way is go to their office either the retailer or Eureka forbes and make sure it is done DONT LEAVE THEM!

      Dear Fellow Indians,

      I bought an Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System from Bangalore Office. The Story is Like this:

      I called a sales executive on 11-Nov-2007 for Demo purpose. When we met him, he explained me about the product and the after sales support and service. I also gathered some information in the internet about the Eureka Forbes products.

      Their policy is full payment before delivery. I gave cheque for the receipt amount (Rs 9150/-). How the sales executives played is that the sales person who came for demo, belongs to a zonal office in Bangalore. Where as he gave the receipt from some other zonal office. Also the sales person committed some accessories from Eureka Forbes like water dispensing tubes, a bag from Eureka Forbes, etc.....

      I am yet to see that sales person.

      Whenever I call the phone number mentioned the receipt, they will ask the customer for the name of the sales person. When I say that person's name, they used to simply say that "he does not belong to this office, you call the respective office". When I call that office, they will simply say that "because the receipt is from
      other office, you call that office". This is what is going on for last 2 and 1/2 months. I gave a complaint in customer care call-centre. I even called the Karnataka customer care head (Mr Krishna Kumar) and explained the situation.

      One beauty is that they claim that within 21 days of the payment, the customer will get the warranty, guarantee cards, invoice bills and user manual.

      Till date, after around 70 days, I am yet to get the requested services and explanations.

      I do not know whether it happened only to me or others as well. The intention of writing this message is that "PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FALSE INFORMATION and COMMITMENTS from Eureka Forbes Ltd.

      Please spread the information to others.

      Yes, Eureka Forbes, which used to be a reputed company, has turned out to be a bunch of crooks. Once,this company pionereed in door to door marketing and trained well its marketing executives, in domenstrating marits of its products, now they appear in pionering after sales service segments, by training their service center guys to deceive customers and deny after sales service in such a way, that customer is discourage to contact them again. Because their intentions are clear in very first contact, they are not their at all to serve their customers, who are victim of their crooked salesmen's falls promices.

      Identical experience is with me. Vendor supplied Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System against cash payment, Eureka Forbes person who came to install, informed that sales invoice, warranty card etc will be delivered withing one week time through courrier. He provided 3 phone numbers of service center (of which one belongs to some innocent gentlemen, who is fed up of replying to callers that somebody has played with them, other too are attended after number of attempts) alongwith his own mobile number for after sales service. He warned that taste will feel bitter for a few days, but will get gradually OK. After using for a long time, taste of water is getting bad to worst, to the extent that we have now stopped using this water filter. Their service center says that they have no records of sales made to me, because vendor has not farwarded any sales particulars to them hence they are not in a position to serve (even listen) to me, though vendor givens proof of doing this. Invoice, Warranty & service cards promised to be delivered withing one week by courrier never delivered to me. The Eureka Forbes persons who installed equipment at my home, promises every time that invoice, services card, warranty card, will be delivered withing a day or too and equipment will be attended and served very soon. He promises to visit himself, but every time I contact him, he (reportedly) is out of station.

      I am now fed up with attitude of their service center and sales person, and left with no option except to throw away their product, and look for some new product from a reliable company.

      My experiance should be an eye opener for those who still trust on this old established company,that has now changed to a group of crooks.

      Please be aware of risk involved in trusting Eureka Forbes any more.
      Yes it is very true that Eureka forbes are very bad in service and their product is also not Satisfactory . Better to go with any other water purifier company.

      I want spell here that com'py service is going day by day poor, as well as franchises appointed in colonies r not so responcible against complaints.my aquagaurd is under service contract, but after reporting complaint nobody is comming to attend. once a fellow came to inform me, that i will come next day for service.
      From that day till today, nobody has visited yet. filter is doing problem who is responceble God knows.

      reviva reverse osmosis water purification unit — poor after sales service

      i purchased above said ro system in october 2005 and i am feeling regular amc since then. the authorised service centre is meenakshi services(ph:[protected]).

      on 5/10/2008 they came for service and renewed the AMC also.but after 2 days the system stopped filling up.when contacted, the person arrived and removed "reject water controlled valve "as well as one of the filters and assured that parts would be replaced next day.

      since then after repeated requests, nobody turned up for the repair.even the complaint person MR>PARVEEN KASHYAP(ph:[protected])was contacted yesterday and he assured the arrival of serviceman. but nobody has arrived since then, even he is not answering the call.
      I had purchased Eureka Forbes Reviva Water Purifier in bangalore, After two months it stopped working then I had contacted Customer Service Centre ( No :[protected] and registered the problem on[protected] after that they had given service request no 53270731, After That daily morning and evening I have to contact them and request them for sending service engineer, daily they will ask Name, Service Request No and address and then they will tell within 24 to 48 hours one of our service engineer will attend you and also all the phone operators will ask you any other problem to be solved.-- they are unable to solve the problem which i had requested.

      This is 100% true that Eureka Forbes is making fun o[censored]s.
      I also bought a Vaccum Cleaner by paying complete amount in advance also Rs.500.00 for the sales Representative as their commission which has to be paid by us.
      Its almost One & Half months & still my requirement has not been fulfilled.

      THIS IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
      I stongly agree with Eureka Forbes bad service quality. It is detoriated over past couple of year and now it is almost Pathetic. I have logged a complaint [protected] to repair my Aqua Guar RO purifier. However it almost 2 days over no body has turned up. When I called customer care, just like a recorded voice, executive will say "Sorry for the Inconvenience" and repeat the same language and tone that "some body will attend shortly, we have taken this on a high priority". When I asked about Service head bangalore number. Initially they were reluctant, however when should they have given two number[protected]/22 and asked me to contact Mrs Sudha. It seems he is the service manager. However evern ater 10 times she was not availabe at office.

      Eureka Forbers become totally an unprofessional organization and also I feel their product quality has gone donwn similar way their service.

      Think of twice before buy any eureka product. You can be assured that you are inviting trouble and unnecessary tension. Product will be unusuable within a month or two then you need run behind unprofessional service agency. Stay away from their product.

      Hi Rajesh,
      I've been looking to get hold of someone at Eureka Forbes myself.
      for the purchase the sale manager - Ravi Stieven kept chasing me, and we bought 2 units at a time and since the time of purchase and installation, we have been having multiple problems with the units.
      The sales manager has stopped picking calls, and the service centre, other than giving different codes each time, doesnt result in any actual service.
      Totally frustrated and regretting the idea of having purchased EF while there are so many new brands these days

      eureka forbes ltd,water purifier ro system — did not purify the water

      did not purify the water,i also inform the service center at k.k nagar madurai.
      but the service reply is very bad.now the purifier in gaurenty period, the service engg did not change the affected parts.the past 5 days i mentally worried to this problem,and the service center reply words are irretated my mind.so please give me the solution fastly.

      Hi,
      Myself Prashanth, I have purchased the Eureka fobes water filter - model Integra RO UV machine
      on[protected].While selling the machine the Sales Represtive promised to service the machine very
      three month at free of cost.I called them on November 28th, 2010 for service as well as re-installetion of
      machine from my old house to new house, Which is just a .5 kilometer from my old resiedence.

      Even thought calling Customer care regularly and regiester the request 6 times they are least bother to
      solve my problem.

      I am really up-set on Eureka Fobes service.

        i unfotunately paid money for the above unit beleiving the assurances/talks .money paid rs7190 receipt no[protected].after taking money both pk parida& sagar panigrahi disappeared. this is on[protected]. after that many calls are not answered. machine does not work. cost me for installing. now i fear i was cheated and swindle occured. please help to recover my rs7190 paid. it is my husband's hard earned money. i fell for their talks in their stall in swadeshi mela at ambagan.

          Eurekaforbs does't concentrate in After sale service. I purchesed Water purifier (RO) Unit Number 8039233. One Rep (SR's Name Mr M. Kannan, code no[protected] Came to my house last year many times to convince me to purchase the water purifier. On 05/02/08 with advance payment of rs 3000/ RO Water purifier instaled in my house. Total Amount of Rs14500/ Settled in another two instalments. He (Mr M. Kannan) came to collect the instalment payment & Check the water PH Value. In the month of june i tried to contact the rep through phone. He does't attend my call. Now i am trying to go for AMC. The other Dealer (From Vellore, Tamilnadu) needs Rs 3650/ Per annum for AMC. I dont know the amount offerd by the dealer is correct & will do the fruit full service.

            We are having problem with the Aquaguard from the very first day. The Acquaguard executive came but still the problem persist.Whenever we switch on to get the water purified and fill up the bottle there is a leakage in the system.

            I have been notifying the complaint for servicing of the aquaguard filter purchaes from your group at Thane, Mumbai. Everytime I call the cutomer care centre, I am being told that the complaint has been registered and the service engineer shall visit within 24 hours but no body turns.

              One of the licensed service franchisee of Eureka Forbes, M/s Yashaswee Enterprises, with whom I had my two years AMC, his service Engineer broke the body of my Aquaguard (Royal), and they promised me replacement in only 15 days. But, almost a year has passed they are not responding. Due to this I can not hang my aquaguard, and kept on ground which is causing inconvinience.

              Today, the same company is telling that Eureka is not supplying the body. Now, I need solution on this or replace my aquaguard equipment.

                I have purchased an aquaguard i-nova 2 months back ( Cust.id # [protected] ). As Iam moving out of Bangalore I had called up the Customer Care and requested them to deinstall and install it at my friend's place. The request was made on the 24th of Jan'08. Today is 28th Jan'08,and have followed up with them for a no. of 8 times today. I haven't recieved any reply from them yet. Iam vacating my place tonight by 8 p.m. If this is the service provided by Eureka Forbes, then kindly advice me as to what exactly should I do now.

                I brought a Total RO system from Eureka Forbes on end of March '09 from banglaore sales guy, thinking to provide pure driking water to my family . After installed 1 to 2 days we found that thier is WATER leakge from bottom side, and parrally i had registerd complaint regarding this, in your website.

                And simo i have frequently follow up with sales man, Regional office and service guy regarding serviceing. I will give the that nos.

                After 3 months i got ( Not from eureka forbes) local phone no, Mr.Senthil Kumar [protected]. And he has sent his service guys to my home, and found and they accept, that leakage from membrane unit which is manufacturing defect .

                Mr. Senthil kumar is telling that, he is having only autharity to replace the membarine .

                But as a customer i m telling that i need replacement unit very shortly.

                Please look into this and help in resolving .

                  Almost three months back we had launched complaint of poor outflow of water from the nozzle. The service engineer, visited us, checked the machine & informed us "a part needs to be replaced, the part is not in stock as of now & is expected to be received in short time, we will come & replace it". Even though, three months have lapsed & repeated calls to the service center, are yielding no results, they still maintain part not available. The water flow is so slow, that even to fill a normal glass of water at full water pressure takes 10minutes. I need to draw attention of the authorities of Eureka Forbes, for immediate action.
                  I even searched there website, it does not give any email id, for launching complaints.

                    i have purchased a Aquaguard - reviva two years before and subsequently entered into AMC for last two years. But i am not getting the proper service from the company. the water is giving poor odour and there by in my family all the members are fall in fever due to the sewage kind of odour is coming in the water. i feel due to one filter is not changed quite long time there by it is totally got fungied. pls send your service man and get it repaired.

                      Sub: Repair of Vacuum Cleaner
                      Tornado Trendy

                      My Vacuum cleaner was handed over to your service department at Trivandrum on 20/09/2007(Receipt No 20031) with minor complaints such as (a) low suction (b) cable spring not working , for rectification.
                      The distance from my residence to your Trivandrum office is 40kms one-way. The progress of the repair was not intimated to me over phone even after one month and hence following are the sequences of follow up made by me.

                      20/10/2007 over phone Fault not rectified since spring not available.
                      26/10/2007 over phone Fault not rectified since spring not available.
                      29/10/2007 called on your above office personally and enquired with the service engineer and he promised me to rectify the mistakes at the earliest.
                      06/11/2007 over phone informed me that the machine is ready for collection.
                      09/11/2007 when approached the office for collection it was told that the machine is not ready for want of rubber bush.
                      06/12/2007 over phone Machine still not ready even after 3 months.

                      From the above incidents, it is very clear that the customer’s problems are not taken care of by the
                      authorities at your above service center. Normally only the receptionist is there to do any consultation and they knew nothing about the technical aspects.
                      On 07/12/2007 I have collected my machine back from your service center after keeping it there for 3 months. Accordingly, I have recorded my remarks on the acknowledgment slips. Total 3 times I had visited your service centre by car spending about Rs 1200 and wasted my valuable time. Even then a simple mistake was not rectified at your service centre.
                      Sir, May I have your response on the above subject at the earliest. I feel it is high time that individuals responsible for the above lapses may be dealt with firmly or else, they will spoil the reputation of the company like Eureka Forbes

                      Vaccum Cleaner Tornado — Not Working

                      My vaccum Cleaner was given to the service center as it is not working.I was told that they will call immediatly.Till now ther is no response from the service center.
                      Most of the problem is attributed to the faulty information systems and false bureaucracies in corporations now a days - not just this company, name any company situation is like this.

                      Eureka Forbes — issuing of bill , warranty card etc. after paying full payment by check

                      One day a regional office manager, as he climed to be, MR. M.P. Singh came to our campus and discussed about REviva water purification system, and I agreed to buy it. They said they will deliver the bill etc. once the check of Rs 12500/ is cleared. Its more than two months That my check has been cleared and I am asking for the bill over phone at least 20 times. Everytime they are playing hide and seek game.till today I have not recieved the bill. I am planning to go to consumer court soon.
                      I want to know the exact price rate of the motor of vaccum cleaner ace. How is it possible for me to know
                      whether they really changed the motor(any serial no. to be provided).
                      I mr. J.Joseph, Chemmazhikadu house, Pallom-p.o, Kottayam-district, Kerala,[protected], [protected], [protected])purchased one eureka forbes vacuum cleaner from NCC Canteen, kottayam(1997-NCC COP HQ, Kottayam)vide bill no.039521 dated 09.03.2009.
                      When opened the packet the vacuum cleaner was found defective as mentioned below:
                      1)The top cover of the machine on which the horse pipe to be fixed is not available.
                      2)The dust bag is not found with the machine.
                      As such the said vacuum cleaner came to no use and i returned to the canteen on 11.03 2009 for replacement with an assurance to give a good machine very soon.
                      On further enquiry, the canteen authorities said that the vacuum cleaner has been sent to the company(Ernakulam Depo)for repair/replacement.No action has been taken till date to return the same in good condition.
                      So necessary immediate steps may please be taken to supply the vacuum cleaner.

                      I have been using ‘Tornado Trendy’ vacuum cleaner of Eureka Forbes for last five years. Recently it has become unserviceable and needs repair. I checked the contact no. of local service center[protected] for Coimbatore city from Eureka Forbes web site and had given the complaint for the same. Almost 15 days passed and surprisingly nothing happened till date!

                      Every time I have been given with different excuses like technician was on leave, mechanic was sick, spare parts were not available etc. Ultimately someone from Eureka Forbes named Mr. Gokul (mob no. [protected]) came and checked my machine but informed that he could not do anything as he was basically a technician for water purifier aqua guard! I was very much annoyed to see that a water purifier technician had been sent instead of a vacuum cleaner technician! Mr. Gokul informed me that vacuum cleaner technician Mr. Jayaprakash (mob no. [protected]) would come next day.

                      Several phone calls to all those above mentioned numbers yielded no results so far! I am really astonished that how come the response from Asia’s largest direct sales company could be so pathetic!

He told that he encountered this for the first time of his 3yrs experience. He could able to convince me that he will come with a new piece in a couple of days. I waited for his response till a week. I called him several times (About 20times), but he is not even taking my call. I came to know that I have been ignored/cheated. On 26-Nov-09, I have given my detailed complaint to the Eureka help line[protected] Ref: complaint #: 82210962. I have been promised to take necessary action in two days. I have followed up with my phone calls at least four times. Every time, they are assuring that they will send their senior representative. Till now, no action has been taken by them.                       I had placed an complaint (complaint no 8259187) on 13/03/2010 but got a call from the executive on 17/03/2010 saying that he will send a mechanic to my place by evening but nobody turned up till 22/03/2010 when I called up the call center for the second time & told that nobody came to resolve the above complaint number the the phone executive told me she will send someone ASAP but nobody turned up till date......After placing a complain twice on the customer care no...

                      Like many families our family is a loyal customer of Eureka Forbes. We
                      have been using your Water Purifiers since years.

                      Our recent experience with Eureka Forbes has been really discomforting
                      and hurtful.

                      We have purchased the new infinity model of the Eureka Forbes water
                      purifier which is still under warranty.

                      On 24th we have placed a reinstallation request[protected] because we
                      were shifting our house. I would have made more than 10 calls (am sure
                      you can check and verify your logs) from 24th to 27th.

                      On 24th I was told that the matter would be resolved by 25th. Every
                      time I made a call from 25th onwards I was promised that the issue
                      would be solved on the same day.

                      1. I took leave on 25th to enusre that I am there for re-installation.
                      Nobody turned up!!

                      2. I followed up but had a feeling no one will turn up on 26th due to
                      festival. Still we waited at home and spoilt our most important
                      festival because WE HAVE A 1.5 YR OLD BABY at home and water is very
                      very important for any body for day to day life.

                      3. On 27th I was again promised that the call will be closed the same
                      day. I again took leave to ensure that the same is happeing but in
                      vain.

                      4. I had no arrangement of water since I was very sure that Euraka
                      Forbes can be held good for their commitments (Why? - my previous
                      experiences with eureka have been very good)

                      5. We had to go to neighbours and ask for water every day.

                      This morning (28th Oct 2011) a technician by the name of Nagendra (Ph
                      Number -[protected]) called up and reached our home. He finished the
                      installation upon which my wife called to confirm the amount that we
                      had to pay.

                      I asked her to tell the technician to wait while I speak to his
                      supervisor because we were not happy the way we have been treated
                      (Made to wait for 3 days for reinstallation).

                      While I am speaking to the supervisor (Ph number - [protected])
                      nagendra has atleast called me 4 times and he is making a fuss in my
                      house while my wife is alone with my child.

                      I was talking to the supervisor to wave off the charges because you
                      have troubled us so much. He said it is not in his hand and that I
                      would have to speak to his senior. I took the number of Ms. Sheela
                      ([protected]).

                      I immediately called Nagraj as he had already called me 4 times. I
                      asked him to wait while I was talking to his senior.

                      He spoke very harshly and said "I do not have time and i cannot wait
                      for 5 minutes". To which I warned him not to make noise in my house.
                      HE CUT MY CALL AND UNSTALLED THE AQUAGUARD!!!

                      HE IS THEN GOING OUT AND SPEAKING AT THE TOP OF HIS VOICE IN FRONT OF
                      THE SECURITY.

                      I spoke to Ms.Sheela and demanded a free installation and an apology
                      from the technician in front of the SECURITY. She agreed.

                      The technician was sent back with a senior technician. The free
                      installation was done but Nagendra did not apologise. Instead he again
                      started bad mouthing with the security.

                      I have asked Ms.Sheela to send an apology mail. She has promised to
                      send the same.

                      Now I ask you:

                      1. What kind of customer service is this. If no one is available due
                      to festival why dont you say so to customers..why make false promises
                      and ruin peoples lives??

                      2. Because of your team our biggest festival (Diwali) is ruined, I had
                      no water to drink for 3 days.

                      My wife was mentally tortured by Nagendra and was insulted in front of
                      the security!!!

                      How will you compensate for that???

                      3. I plan to buy a wet and dry vaccume cleaner from Eureka... do you
                      think after the experience I have had I should still buy from
                      you...???

                      I DEMAND AN APOLOGY IN MAIL AND BY CALL FROM A SENIOR PERSON IN YOUR
                      COMPANY AND I WANT NAGENDRA TO BE TERMINATED FROM HIS JOB FOR HIS
                      MISCONDUCT.

                      I expect a reply from your end by end of day today else I will
                      escalate this isssue the next level and to the media. I will also log

AS A RESULT THEY HAVE MADE MY PURIFIER A JUNK MACHINE. THEY TAKE ONE TO TWO WEEKS FOR REPAIRING & IT RUNS HARDLY FOR A MONTH OR SO & THEN AGAIN SOME OTHER PROBLEM ARISES. EVEN DURING ITS OPERATION WE WERE DRINKING UNTREATED TAP WATER.

                        We had brought a new water purifier and after a year the machine stopped working When we contacted the customer service the reply was not good But atlast we got it right

                        After just two or three months the machine again went to trouble When we contacted the a Eureka forbes service shop We didn't get the right They forced us to take insurnace for the machine but never had they shown any interest in getting the machine right We had contaced them over 10 time But they have never showed up

                        I have an Aquaguard Classic under AMC for 2 years and whenever I call them for service, either the 3 phone lines are always busy or the Centralised Number 39883333, do take the complaint and conveniently ignore about it. One has to ring about 20 to 25 time in a span of 15 days and then too trhey are very complacent in service. Now they have given 3 numbers to contact which is perpetually busy. Is there not any system in a highly developed, knowledgeable and high tech IT super power of the world to look into such measly problems?
                        I am calling aquagaurad service center but no one is there to pick the call, , its really frustrating.
                        we wanted the aquaguard classic model to be re-installed at our place alongwith servicing but the utter negligiance and cold responce from the companys service staff and call takers left us wondering that is it what we were promised while purchasing this model.

                        Most horrible service standards.No one attends to calls sincerely - call centre people keep on repeating that the complain (no. 55352606 on 10th Sep'09) has been forwarded and shall be rectified by day end but no one turns up. This despite the fact that we have bought an AMC for our machine on 31st Aug'09 (just 10 days back). First I was told that the problem will be rectified within 24 hours which on the second day was changed to 24 working hours and was also clarified that they have 12 working hours in a day so the actual turaround time is 2 days. On the third day when I checked up as to how many working hours are there in their day - they say it is 9 hours a day!!! It is the most ridiculous thing I have seen where the company changes its working hours everyday to justify their inefficiency...

                        Aquaguard Classic with e-boiling+ — servicing not done

                        I am Raunaq Sinha, from Dhenkanal want to put a complaint regarding the service of my Aquaguard.
                        I had purchased an Aquaguard (Classic) with e-boiling+ of Eureka Forbes in November 2007 from Eureka Forbes, Cuttack.

                        After these sales persons visiting time to time my home for demo and shaking their tail like dog asking for purchasing and continuously following it up with me. It took less than 1 hour, after my phone call, for the sales personnel to reach my residence to take the amount for procurement.

                        As per the sales agreement the service personnel should come for free servicing after 6 months without our call as they say they have record of it. But now it seems to be completing two year, no one is turning up for service rather on repeated complaints to Eureka Forbes personnel at HO positioned at Forest Park or any other service personnel of any center at Bhubaneswar.

                        I am having a very pathetic experience with Eureka Forbes. Their service is just pathetic.

                        Can we expect a more responsible act from Eureka Forbes ? Can we expect the same agility and prompt service as shown while taking sales? I am regretting for buying Eureka Forbes product.

                        The customer care seemed to be least bothered. Now we are still waiting for the action to be taken but all it leads to is frustration and anger...i would not suggest Aquaguard to anyone because of its pathetic customer care...really poor service

                        I have Aquagaurd Nova which I bought in 2006.
                        In april 2009 I shifted to Delhi and called the engineer from the authorised service center, of my area (Hotline services india ) to install the aquagaurd.He recommended that I take 1 year AMC with him in which he would change the carbon once and the candle twice and attend to any fault which may require repair.
                        After the first service (change of candle and carbon) I realised that the buttons of the aquagaurd where not working, - the music button did not play and the water button would trip .
                        Dispite repeated complain in the sevice centre no one came
                        Then on april 23 2010 I got a call from the service centre that my service was due and would i like to renew the contract. Just to get the seviceman visit me i agreed on phone and la-behold the man was there the next day and he changed the carbon and the candle both. When i told him that i dont want AMC he gave me a huge bill for his services and said that i have to pay because my contract expired two days back . He spoke to his office on phone and he fidelled with the aquagaurd and now i get no water
                        The sevice centre now refuse to repair it

                        don't go for Aquagard. very bad pathetic service. They are not having updated information on product staus. Delivering the product without QC check. They are maitaining proper customer service. They are not tracking product deliver status.

                        Eureka Forbes has become worst in all kind of customer service.
                        Their salesmen sale product door to door. I have purchased Aqua Guard Classic 6 months back. 1st free service is due. I have called the person whom i bought the unit. He is aking me to call many places at diffrent nos. He is so arrogant that he is asking me that u have given cheque to company so u follow up with it not me. I didnt get any response. On top of that I didnt recvd Invoice for the same. At the time of purchase, salesmen assured me that I'll receive invoice within 15-21days. Now its more than 6 months. Still I am calling them for invoice. Salesmen's name is Laxman & his contact no is [protected] at Pune.

                        So think twice before purchasing any Eureka Forbes product.
                        Pune people mind well i[censored] meet the same salesmen dont respond him.

                          I' have purchased a water purifier from your company EUREKA FORBES 10 days back, MODEL- AQUAGUARD TOTAL I-NOVA, I have called up at Eureka office(New Delhi - Greater Kailash Part-2) so many times for the installation then after 3 days it was installed in my house by a plumber("Rakaesh Singh") at afternoon time, I specifically mentioning this afternoon timing because I want to convey that at the time of installation, the device was not tested. As the direct water supply timing in our area is in morning and evening. Plumber "Rakaesh Singh" suggested us to test the device in the evening time when the direct water supply come, and gave his Mobile no also with a request that if anything goes wrong or fauly then please call me on this no or you can call on sales person mobile also. I agreed with him that time and find that in the evening time when water came that the device name "Hot n Cool" is cracked and leaking from 2 places. This was identified by me on the first usage. I immedialtely called him up but calling again and again "Rakaesh Singh" didn’t picked his mobile. Next day I called up at Greater Kailash office and talked with a lady, she transferred my call on my request on Devesh Kumar's phone, I think he is Team Leader there, then I explained all the things to him. He suggested me that I have to pay for the replacement charges for Hot n Cool component. Please Please Please do something if read by any of the Eureka Guy

                          I was also looking forward to buy AQUAGUARD TOTAL I-NOVA but on I have to think twice, well no need to worry you can call their superviror or head incharge and tell them that if they will not replace the machine then you can go to the NEWS channel and really if you do soo that they have a very bad advertisment.. which will efect their production. Donot argue with everyone reach the top level person who is educated enough.

                            i have bought the vacuum cleaner from the eureka forbes with life time support for the product.

                            the hose pipe, the whole set is totally broken.

                            when i contacted their bangalore office 10 days back they have informed - will call me once they receive the material.

                            today, when i called them on[protected], they dont have the stock. again they said -will call me once they receive the stock.

                            i require this hose pipe for vacuum cleaning invariably else the whole cleaner is waste.

                            pl help me procure this material

                              I purchased an Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier 2000 for home use. From the very next year I opted for AMC for that product. This year I experienced really really a bad response from the company. In August 07 I registered a complain of breakage of plastic clamp holding the candle filter. Then on 30th November 07, I registered another complain to change the UV chamber because it developed a hole through which water is continuously leaking. Both the complains remained unattended even after repeated calls to the office. The service people even did not bother to inform me about the delay of attending to my complains. I talked to Mr. Sudip Chakraborty, manager, Guwahati Office informing him about these development today.

                                  I have Purchased Crystal water purification system on 27/10/07 after using it for one week all my family Suffered from sour throat & throat problems there was also bad Odour in the warer after Complaining the Represantative Came to my house & Cleaned the filters after another weak the problem stil Continued after addimating the problem the Company represantatives replaced the unit with new one but stil the problem of bad Odour Continues now the representatives have taken the sample for lab testing i am sick of the problem and do not wish to Continue with the same product.

                                  • Week later installation completed ,but not working.
                                  • On November 11th. One of your service technician from Eurosmile declared that both the machines are broken and not working.
                                  • Informed Lotlikars, about our frustrations and would like to return the systems, since new and under warranty. Refused when I sent them back thru our driver.

                                  I am also a victim of above said problem - eureka forbes have employed some stupids as service personals they don't even understand the problem. They have actually connected the inlet to backflush in my case. Some bad odour comes every time even after the problem was rectified. Even the tap water is better and odourless.

                                    This is a good co. Given in the hands of fraudsters...
                                    Has requested for candle change and service on 22nd jan 2015.. Since then, i have personally followed the matter more than 15 times til date, but customer care executives are daily making excuses and request for one day to solve my problem. They always say that my problem shall be resolved within a day. . We will arrange a technician. . We are arranging a callback from our senior management. . And blah blah.
                                    CComplaint references are 79965166 on 22.01.2015 and 91240737 on 13.02.2015. Last reference is for the request to reimburse charges made for AMC contract of 3 yrs due to deficiency and negligence of service from eureka forbes.

                                      I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 8 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.

                                      Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.

                                      If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.

                                      Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

                                      This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine, they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

                                      I shall be highly appreciated if you could some one to repair the machine or please refund my money as I am getting fed-up with this product.                                       Rhe service engineers come see open and go away. The machine remains idle for days. Planned to change into other machine this time. Service going bad to worse.
                                      I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier 4 days back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the installation of the Eureka Forbes water Purifier. I have not been to office for the past 3 days and still waiting for the installation man to arrive who promised will arrive at 11 am in the morning. This is what eureka claims as friends for life.. worst experience. Never trust Eureka again. Will tell my friends as well
                                      I am also suffering form pathetic service of Eureka Forbes, I recommend no one go for it, I purched water purifier and since 12 days I am awaiting for instalation to be done any one can imagine what a worst service provider they are. So if you dont want to make your life meserable DONT BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT

                                        i have a purchased of eureka forbes spring fresh ro on 29.1.2006 vide bill no 17 dt 29.1.2006 from j.k. marketing udaipur.unit no 8003729 my filter was damaged before gurantee period my ro is not working well . because the filter is choeked the deler is refused the change of filter. i was purchae of eureka forbes spring fresh the j k marketing said to me one year waranty of ro any probelem is found in ro i will change the every parts and filter. i request you solved my probelem immediate other wise i will go to consumer court then all responsibility of you my mobile no is [protected] naresh kumar jain

                                        EUREKA FORBES SPRING FRESH — R.O. NOT WORKING IN GURANTEE PERIOD

                                        I PURCHASED EUREUKA FORBES SPRING FRESH R.O. SYSTEM ON 21/05/2007 VIDE BILL NO. 1327 FROM NEW ANUBHUTI ELECTORNICS, NEW DELHI-45. IT GIVES ME A LOT OF TROUBLE WATER IS NOT COMING OUT. SEVERAL TIMES I LODGE A COMPLAINT BUT COMPANY DID NOT SEND ANY MECHANIC. LATES COMPLAINT NO. IS 80141346 DATED 8/1/2008. COMPANY ENGINEER SAYS THAT MEMRANCE AND OTHER CANDLES REQUIRED REPLACED, BUT COMPANY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE MEMRANCE. I HAVE PAID RS.13200.00 FOR THAT.EUREKA FORBES COMPANY IS CHEATING PEOPLE IN THE DAY LIGHT.

                                        EUREKA FORBES SPRING FRESH RO — Poor Service

                                        It is to bring in your notice that I had purchased EURKA FORBES SPRING FRESH RO from DABUR INTERNATIONAL, SADAR MARKET, GURGAON 50 days back.But since then I am facing lot of problem in its operation due to poor service.Within this period 4 times Service Enginner has attended the fault from GURGON EUREKA SERVICE CENTER, NISHA INTERPRISES, SEC7 but due to lack of knowledge of these engineer my product is malfunctioning.Every time whenever service engineer comes he detaches some accessories from this system and says it will work without this.If different accessories like SV/pipes/flashing box is not required for its operation then how it will work.When I have to go for another RO in home town I perefer Kent instead of Eureka because of EUREKA forbes poor service.My RO is still
                                        not working properly and I am afraid that if I will call service engineer again my RO will be of no use.I request you to please arrange to replace my RO as it is in warantee period.The visits has been done in the following steps
                                        1>After purchasing it from the dealer its installtion was delayed by 48 hours and this installation was done on chargable basis.
                                        2>Water taste was very poor, service engineer has installed TDS adjuster and he charged for it.
                                        3>Filtered water was not coming, service engineer detached some Flashing black color box along with some pipes and threw these accessoried and told us that this system will working without these accessories then question is why company equips these accessories.
                                        4>This time SV system gone faulty but service engineer was not having this system with him
                                        5>Again complaint was logged for problem in 10 inch ligamnet fileter and SV but visit is still pending.

                                        Above incident happened within 50 days of purchase.I request to look into my matter and ask the company to replace with new one as this is in warantee period.

                                        I had purcahse eureka forbes total RO on 22/05/09. After a week Ro stopped workking .After making sevral calls at last service engineer vist my house. He told that problem is in adaptor of RO. Whem i asked him to replace he was not able to replace as they dont carry any acccesory with them which they can change on the spot.He told me that he will arrange the adaptor But after making many calls to the service department no output come so far. Its really shocking that brand companies are provide such type of product which even cant work for a week regulary. Moreover I get this RO under the scheme life time free maintenance but still i am waiting for that card. I had talked sevral time with Team Leader Furnish jha but always no positive response. So if some responsible person from Eureka forbes who really cares for compny read this comment plz take some action for the image of your compny .
