I have been using Aqua purifier since 10 yrs .Last Year I have changed another one NF membrane (same company).After every 6-8 months change its Nf & other membrane including candle.Last time also came with loose Nf membrane , after complain many times they came with packed membrane.
Complaint to Laxmi Nagar service centre & also to Euro Help Line 39883333., but in vain.

Nf Membrane — Not Working

I have bought your Aqua Guard Product (NF Membrane - Container Model) Water Purifier during May 2007. The machine is under AMC from April 2008. The water purifier started giving trouble from March 2008. At the time of AMC, your people replaced the candles. Thereafter, some rotten smell was coming from the water. Then we gave complaint during July 2008 and we were given a Registration number[protected]. And we are contacting your people every day over phone. But to our dismay, no body responded till date. Alas, now the machine is not working completely. No water is coming. Then we went to your office on 15/09/2008 directly and gave a written complain and got acknowledgement. Your people are not attending the complaint and the machine is not working. So, we have suffered mentally. And we are buying drinking water from out side. You are requested to get the machine repaired / or replace the machine immediately. If we don't get response from your side within a week's time, We have no other option but to approach appropriate forum like Consumer court etc. please treat this as most URGENT.

Aquaguard water purifier RO — NO PROPER SERVICE

INSPITE OF REPEATED CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE NO REPONSE FROM THEM.

WHEN THEY SELL THE PRODUCT 3MONTHS ONCE THEY WIL COME AND DO THE SERVICE

BUT EVEN AFTER GIVING ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGE AFTER AN YEAR THEY DON TURN BACK

      recently two month back i purchased aquaguard gold nova with in one month leakage found in purifier and value got jam informed to service centre but no one attend that complaint

      gold nova water purifier — water leakage after service

      I have paid Rs.1450/ towards AMC for my gold nova water purifier on 10.08.2009 and the first service call was made on 19.01.2010 and serviced the machine on 20.01.2010 . the very next day , the machine start giving water leakage and made a complaint on 21 st jan 2010 itself vide complaint no-[protected] .
      I was told that the technician will be attending the same on 21.01.2010 itself.

      But to my surprise, nobody has turned up till 23.01.2010 even after giving 2-3 complaints daily.Every time wrong commitments are given .

      If this is the way of giving service to a customer that also for a necessity item like water, i don,t see any meaning in giving the AMC.

      The money I paid on 10.08.2009 of Rs.1450/ is to be refunded back after making my machine under working condition or else, i will be forced to take up this matter with the consumer forum.
      Please revert immediately and resolve my problem immediately.

        The Eureka Forbes Aquaguard salesman said that this water filter will come for 14 years and will give sweet water. He never told that for 1 litre of water 9 litres of water will get wasted. Neither did he say we have to pay Rs. 3660 every year as AMC to maintain the aquaguard. Being lured by the brand, we bought the Aquaguard Total RO filter for Rs. 14500. It stopped working now and then and we called them continuously for service. But no response. We were forced to use can water again. Finally when the technician arrived (it was within warranty, less than 1 year), he said the filter has to be changed and it does not come under warranty and would cost Rs.3500. We were totally taken aback and asked whether we can return and get some refund money. He said you can sell it and get Rs.1000 back. So we will have to buy it for Rs.14000, but the company will get it back only for Rs.1000. This says how pricy it is and how useless it is. We then shifted to Chennai and thought we will put into use the Aquaguard. Maybe it is the Bangalore service which was pathetic. But in chennai after registering 2 complaints and following up with the technician several times, he came and said the water is changed and so the filter has to be changed and to use the water after wasting 4 times. We did the same and was shocked to see it had some chemical taste which was burning. We called up again and after several escalations, someone came and changed the filter. Now the water is totally tasteless. No sweetness that used to be earlier. Again the technician said the motor wire is loose and needs to be changed as it does not work now and then because of loose contact. (This was not diagonised by the Bangalore technician). But he never came to change back. In short, the service is completely pathetic. When I tried to escalate the issue to the manager. He was completely unprofessional, rude and not even listening. He told me "You listen. You escalated right? I will send a technician in 3 hours". We are working people and will have to wait for these technicians to come because they will work only 11 to 5 pm. If we buy the water can (Rs. 25 in Chennai, Rs.35 in Bangalore), it is much hasslefree, cheaper and taste is also sweeter. We feel so cheated. We also logged a complaint in the website, but no response. We just want to return the aquaguard and get our money back. If someone can guide us on this, it would be great.

        Eurekaforbes Total RO System — bad service

        I got Eurekaforbes Total RO System on 24 th June but so far nobody has turned up to check the hardness of water even after complaining many time to Customer Response unit.

        Eureka Forbes/RO system — No servive even ater calling dozens of time

        I purchased this RO system from Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) around 7 months back. It was 2 years service free. After delivering the product these people said that they will give the formal bill and guarentee card and regularly come for the service. I am calling them almost every week, so by now it is minimm 50-60 times. I am calling them to their no in Hyderabad [protected] and their service on [protected]. They say that they will be delivering the bills and guarentt card and come for servive next day, but that day never appeared.         Eureka Aquaguard RO Purifier — Defective RO Installed

        i have purchased RO water purification system from your authorised service center ( by CSS Rajneesh Mishra[protected] on 23 auguat 2009 with Rs. 14500 and will get it installed on Friday, 28th august 2009. and from the very next day (saturday 29 august 2009) it is not working and no one is helping me out in this.. Everyone telling different service centres by saying that my area is not come under their operations.
        when i called mr. rajneesh, he is not picking up my phone.. and sometimes he disconnect it and put his phone off.
        i am very disappointed with your this kind of service, i want my machine replaced as early as possible. i am using ur Aquaguard Classic Model since 1999, now i wanted to upgrade it. so, i purchased,
        i was purchasing Kent RO but only because of its service i prefer Eureka Aquaguard RO.

        The fact is in RO TECHNOLOGY whether it is aquaguard or some other brand the self life of the membrane is just for one year.

        The sediment filter cartridge has to be changed once in a three months.

        Carbon filter cartridge has to be changed once in a six months.


        Whenever you are purchasing one ro unit you have to spare Rs.10/ per day for further maintenances.

        I had purchased Aquaguard water purifier at Rs. 7190. The salesman Rakesh Shrivastava assured that it met our requirements. Now, after six months, it stopped working. On calling the service center, Mr. Shivram came to visit. He informed that it was a defective piece that was installed. And I should get it replaced through the service center and talking to Rakesh Shrivastava.

        However, despite multiple calls, nobody turned up further. I lodged complaints through the call center, website and spoke to the regional manager. They all always said that one excuse after another. The common of these were that Rakesh is not available. We are looking into your case. Need to explore and so on.

        After sometime, I started getting the response that they are not available. Even later, it became, we can't do anything about it. You need to purchase our RO system to solve your problem. I have never had such a pathetic after sales service in my life despite having purchase numerous products at multiple cities across India.

        Eureka Forbes - Water Aqua Guard — Default in Service & Change of Water Filter

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have taken 2 Year AMC Contract on 26th August 2007 with a commitment of Quarterly services of water filter machine vide Contract Receipt no[protected] From Seema Aqua Check.

        I would like to update you that since last 12 months no one has turned at our place for cleaning/checking our Water filter machine.

        Inspite of repeated calls no one has changed my Water filter which was in AMC plan. Now My contract has expired & not recdcomplete service.

        Please Guide me futher

        All Ro Companies — Wastage of water

        In todays world when we have to save every drop of water RO companies are doing nothing about it. Their water filter is wasting more water then providing safe water. To make 8 Ltr of safe water they waste approximately 12 Ltrs of water. Either these companies should be shut or they should take out some alternative to save this water otherwise there is no point of running the campaign to save water

        Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard Water Filter — Water filter not in working condition.

        My Water filter has stopped working for more than 10 days. I had registered a complaint with the customer care on 28/12/2009 and was given a registration No. 89328930 with an assurance that it will be attended within 2 days. However, till date the problem still stands unattended. I tried calling the Sr.Manager (Services) one Mr. Manoj whose Cell No. is [protected] to voice my griveance but he simply keeps my call on hold and makes me talk to a technician who in turn promises to attend to the problem immediately but has not attended to it till date. This happened on two occasion i.e. on 31.12.2009 and thereafter on 02.01.2010. I really do not know why a Sr.Manager like Mr. Manoj cannot get the technician to attend to the problem. Either he, himself is incompetent or he thinks the customer is a fool. I am totally disgusted with the service of Eureka Forbes who are all the time cheating the customers and go scot free. I think the higher authorities have to be more responsible or else just quit the job.

        aquaguard r.o. water purifier — no response even after four complaints registered.

        I purchased a Aquaguard water purifier on third august 2009 . the sales person supplied and installed the product next day but there after my three month inspection and check is still due no body contacted even after three reminders. Now the R.O. machine is jammed since 20th january I am complaining every day, they take the complaint and ask all relevent questions but no service person has contacted me so for.

        Whatever you do ... do NOT buy the useless Eureka Forbes RO filter.
        I installed it in our house and the sales person (who was calling like 5 times a day before the unit was sold ) does not return any calls.. Flow / output is poor. The connections are leaky. It flooded the kitchen at least on two occassions.
        It is a TOTAL CRAPPY product. BTW this is an understatetment. This is typical for
        most products made in India.

        Kinetico RO filter in the US... Works great.
        Candle has be replaced (Two of them) once in 6 months
        Cost: about $120 dollars.

        With RO water should taste good.
        NOTE: Chennai does pose challenges and you need to have a filter that removes iron content etc... at the entrance of your house before coming to the RO unit.

        I have purchased water purifier branded Aqua Sure - Elegant DX brand which was suggested by the seller as higher brand and best quality in purifier. And its cost was just coming around Rs. 11, 500(this is work they had used when i purchased it).

        Though it was purchased two months back, still we didn't able to drink single cup of water since it delivers the water as it is.

        We would have raised two complaint and they came to service, they did some. Even it was not yet resolved.

        Now I realised that I was really cheated by the manufactures. Only the god has to tell me the way how to save the innocent gys like from this kind of cheating.

        Again we were reverted back to drink the porewell.

        Aquaguard RO NF — Product Undelivered

        I had booked Aquagaurd RO-NF on 03-May-2010 and given some cash & 2 PDC. The representative was telling that the product is not in stock on that day, so company needs time till Tuesday 04-May-2010 to get the stock. The representative commited that Tuesday Evening the Technician would come and would install it. We waited till tuesday evening and called that representative on Wednesday 05-May-2010, he told that stock has still not come then he commited for Thursday 05-May-2010 but Thursday same issue then he commited for Friday.
        On friday, finally technician had come but with another model......u can imagine my frustration level. After that Customer Care had called me up around 3:00 pm that by mistake they had delivered wrong Model and within 2 hours they will delivered the ordered one...........I frustration level has gone bit down.

        But till 7:00 pm there was no technician, no calles nothing. I got very irretated, when I called the representative, he told me that by mistake they have ordered another model for me and it would take 2 days time, they would install it on Saturday and if Saturday it does not happen then Sunday for sure.

        Now today is Sunday and when i called the representative for the status, he again told me that they need one more day time to get it done......... Now you imagine my level of IRRETATION & FRUSTRATION.

        Eureka Forbes — service men asking for money even in guarantee

        Our water purifier "aquaguard total r.o reviva" has not been working since 14 june 2010. we bought it on 5 july 2009 and we still have 3 free services left. we made a complaint about the problem and a service man did come. but he demanded that we pay Rs.3600.
        we have been purchasing water for th past 2 days.

        eureka forbes/ro water maker — very poor after sale service

        I had purchased a Ro water maker,since its installation i am having lot of trubles.The waterr maker is suppose to run continuosly and if the tank get full it suppose automatically cut-off but it not cutting off and the water is overflowing since we both are working when we come our house is ankle deep water welcomes and it is long process of cleaning it inspite of repeated complaints they are not bothered to repair it i had purchased it 5 months back and still paying emi

        Eureka forbes/ RO water filter — misbehaved with the customer

        Dear sir
        We bought RO filter for Rs. 11000 on 4th Nov'2010 from Kuldeep Electronics, Hall Bazar, Amritsar. We were promised by the dealer to get the system attached the next day only but till now it has not been installed. When went to his shop, he pushed us out of his shop just saying that why are we calling him again and again for the istallation. Please do needful action. We have also talked to the sales manager Mr. Brajesh in Chandigarh but no action has been taken.

        RO Type water filters — wastage of water

        Almost all RO water filters advertise of supplying purest drinkig water, but the design is not fully revealed. The filter works on filtering water by the process of OSMOSIS through a membrane.
        For providing a mere 5 litres of purified potable water it uses about 20 litres of water just to back wash the membrane. This water runs away as waste unless the user thinks up of a way to store this water and use it for washing utensils, clothes, gardening etc. If they do not, then this water just goes down the drain. Therefore this system is not ecofriendly and must be rectified. The manufacturers may declare this descripancy and in addtion provide a device to conserve such wastage.

        While Selling your product, you people come to our door even 10 times telling "this is the last day for offer to get Total RO at Rs. 9, 999/-", But when it is question of servicing, you always come after warranty period. Even if you come, Your Technical Servicing means "if sounds come replace the parts". Please be clear about your warranty, products and goods.
        This bad service will definitely going to reflect your business. We will try to spread this message so that we will not be cheated in future from your business.

        In contrast, for your information, we had very good service from Heir Washing Machine. Whenever we call or not call, they come and ask in regular interval of their products.

        Eureka Forbes - Aqua Guard — Highly unprofessional and irresponsible support

        We have purchased Aquaguard Robot of Eureka Forbes few years back. The service has been patheic since the beginning. Every time we are willing to subscribe for AMC or new parts and lodge a reques in customer service, the local service people will give a call every 30 minutes. They will follow up with us like beggers and will be ready to collect the money at any time any place.

        Once the cheque is given, their other face is shown. They will not do the service as promised during cheque collection. They will not pick up phone or attend our calls. But if you call from unknown number they will pick up and give some reason or other to postpone the stuff. Starting from service person to the area manager, every one behaves unprofessionally and all of them are irresponsible.

        My experience suggest that no one should go for Eureka Forbes products.

        Eureka Forbes — Non installation of Water purifier, money for which was paid 1.5 months back

        I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier (model : compact) on 30th June 2011 by paying thru cheque. The cheque was immediately encashed and the machine was dropped at my place in 2 days. From that day till today, no one has turned up to do the installation of the machine. I have logged so many complaints (15th June - #84973428, 20th June - #84994600, etc ) but no respite. Everytime I way told that the complaint is flagged as red and someone would attend it by end of day but no one has turned-up will date. I had escalated the matter till the Department Head but didn't receive any solution.

        This is the worst experience a customer can get from a reputed company.

        Pathetic service of aquaguard . I bough Aquaguard RO for 13, 999/0 in the end of August, 2012 (Just less than 9 months o[censored]se till date and we 3 people hardly use 16 lts of water everyday for drinking only from filter) and it has stopped working last week. When I called customer care many times, finally technician came and said that RO white Pipe is blocked and we have to replace it. I replaces it and paid 80/- rs. Still it is not working and now technician came after repeated calls after two days and told that membrane is not working and it has to bereplaces for which we have to something upwards 3, 000/- rs. When I asked about warranty, he said that only 3 free service visits are included in warranty, and nobody can guaranty quality of parts used and so company is not responsible .

        I don't understand that what is the definition of warranty by eureka Forbes, as they are not responsible for defect in any parts which has stopped working even with warranty period in normal usage condition.

        My complaint still remains unsolved and when I call customer care, they hung up phone when I ask about warranty and never call back. I forced to buy can water everyday even after spending so huge amount on purifier for just months o[censored]sage.

        Don't ever buy eureka forbes products, Service is pathetic, once they sold their product, their job is finished and we have to shell out huge money for every minor problem.

        Eureka Forbes - Aqua Guard — VERY POOR SERVICE EVEN WARRANTY

        I have bought New AQUA GUARD WATER PURIFIER , AFTER INSTALLATION IT WORKS ONLY TWO DAYS, I FOLLOWING MORE THAN 15 DAYS FOR ATTENDING, NO SERVICE SUPPORT. VERY POOR SERVICE EVEN FOR NEW WP. FREE SERVICE ALSO PROVIDED. PLS HELP ME TO GET MY AMOUNT.
        Wretched Service after sales...

        I had purchased Aquaguard Reviva NF for Rs.12840, Oct last year. No one has turned up for the free service until then and later my water purifier stopped working. On calling the customer care n no. of times, n escalating the issue to higher management, they sent the service guy after 7 days and he said it will charge Rs.4200. and also every year u need to change the clarity cartridge and its gonna be this expensive. This seems insane. Getting Mineral water cans probably turns out cheaper. Had this been spoken about at the time of purchasing, we would never have gone for this product. Unhappy with the service and the product.

        Hello I made an online purchase of AQUASURE AMRIT WITH KITANU MAGNET on 19th October 2013. But till date I have not received the product. And the worst part is that the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Please help me how to get my product the soonest.
        okay after my hard endeavor finally i got my products a few hours back
        its true i had also facing same problem the service cost is very high and finally come on conclusion that its unaffordable and west of money. Service of Aquaduard is one of the worst. so think before purchase.

          I purchased aquaguard -Sensa during June 2008 from ur Burkit Road, t.Nagar, Chennai 17 office. Despite my repeated reminders till date i have not received the invoice.(more than 1 year) Similarly, on 3 10 09 i placed order for supply of one wet and dry vacuum cleaner from ur burkit road t nagar, chennai 17 office. They took my old vacuum cleaner for exchange and i paid cheque for Rs.8990/- dt 10 9.09. (order form cum receipt no[protected] When booking the order, they promised me to deliver the pillow cover and a big bag to keep the vacuum cleaner with all acccesories along with the original invoice . Till date nobody delivered the same. I think ur burkit road office rep. will always misguide the people and of their poor service ur reputation may fall down amongst the consumers. I would like to know from the customer care service cell that what are all the items you will provide with the vacuum wet and dry cleaner. I hope atleast u will respond to my complaints. Precisely I would like to have the folloiwng:

          1. Original invoice for the Sensa - Total wate purifier purchased during June 08( more than 1 year)
          2 -do- wet and dry vacuum cleaner delivered on 3 10.09.
          3. Items promised by Mr J Srinivasan, o[censored]r burkit road t nagar chennai 17 office at the time of
          booking the vacuum cleaner.
          If not responding to my above complaints, I may avoid suggesting ur products to my friend and relative circles.

            I had bought a new RO water purifier 3 weeks back, It worked fine for a week and since then it has completely stopped working. I have been repeatedly folloing up with the retailer (Dass Electricals) and have been calling up the Eureka Customer care. After 15 long days, I got a call today morning that the purifier will be replaced today. After waiting for the whole day, a lady from your company calls up and says that there is some nonsense problem and they cannot install it today. Now when I am trying to call back to the same number nobody is replying back......left for the day after screwing my entire day.

            MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS TO BUY THIS CRAP FROM EUREKA FORBES. They bost about being customer focussed but in reality they are not.

            Will never ever buy anything from Eureka!!! Its completely !!!

              I had ordered for the purchase of the afore said vaccum cleaner and one Mr. Krishnamurthy,sales executive,hyderabad came to us and detailed us about the effectiveness of the vaccum cleaner and i agreed to purchase and issued him cheque for Rs,9990/- dated 19/09/2009 and he encashed the cheque on 25/09/2009 and he promised to deliver the instrument on sunday but inspite of our repeated requests, he did not deliver the instrument till friday 8:30 pm and he was requested to come the next day,open the packet,show the detailed articles + additional articles and demonstrate but so far he or any one from eureka company has inspite of repeated request and complaints and as a result we are not able to open the package and use the instrument, he has also not furnished the bill so far and the sales executive mobile phone is switched off earlier he was using mobile no: [protected]

                dear sir
                we have amn aquaguard water filter installed at our home
                (model sp-2000 ).i renwewed its amc for 2 years few months back.
                i problem we are facing is that daily there is some or the other problem with the filter.
                sometime the water it filters is stinky. it smells bad & tastes even worse.
                its horrifying that the filter has been serviced i.e. carbon & candle changed just 2 months back, then how could happen in such short period ???
                sometimes after the green light goes on, the water didn't flows.
                sometime the water while filtering out, stops running and it just the sound which keeps
                coming.
                yours engineer had visited several times. but enev after repeatedly corrections, there is one or
                the other persistent problems with the filter. so i hereby request you to please give
                it a proper srervice once so that this doesn't happens again in short future time.
                hope you will take an appropriate step this time.

                  I have purchased the aquaguard about 11 months ago. However, for the last one month I have been repeatedly complaining about the filter but nobody turned up, they are not send right technician to repair , i am facing lot of problem after puchasing this Aquaguard Total (UV/RO - filteration ) , many time i found that insect like can also enter inside the filter which innocently after drinking water my complete family got an attack of viral fever , mutiple technical executive came to repair but till date nobody able to repair this , very wast service& even that model i exeprience very bad i my life , Now i want to return this filter to company back, i need my money Rs 18000 back , can any buddy help me on this how can i get my money back

                  I too an unfortunate customer of Aquagurad gold nova. Quality of product is pathetic. Service is worst and attitude of service engineers are horrible. I bought this product 1 month back and it had already spoiled my kitchen due to leakages twice.
                  I would suggest these products should be banned

                  Aqua guard service people not servicing properly, they do not know how to service the machine. they spoiled the entire machine. I had gone for AMC even then they removed all the necessary parts and somehow to work the machine for time being again they depends on us they have to come for service again that type of mentally is there with the service people. I specifically went for sensa blue because RO and uv both were there and now they removed the uv parts and display when I give the machine for service and they told it will be replaced soon but till now they did not come and installed the necessary parts. Still there are many problems with the service but what shall i do ? I have no other way other than informing you.

                  Initially I thought Aqua Guard will give good service so I had gone for aqua guard sensa blue, Now within two year they spoiled the entire filter, and removed extra filter and fixed properly I want to go for consumer court. thanks for your comment.
                  The only way to get back the money or to get good service is to go for the consumer court.
                  Aqua guard sensa blue service is worst.

                      i had bought aquaguard ro-system before five months[protected].At first the filter gets repair now the adapter gets repair.I had bought this system because of the quality name of this company.I complaint many times to the concerned authority.They dont take necessary step regarding my complaint.now this situation seeks that this company is a very fraud company.If you dont take the responsible step i will surely go to media and news report so kindly take action as early as possible.

                      Aquaguard RO — system breakdown

                      I am working in State Bank Of India.i purchased the above system on 10th Aug.2007 when i was posted at Bhagalpur (Bihar). Recently i have come to Mumbai on transfer. My above system has not been working since 30 days. I made online request to Eureka Forbes. Request ID is 81765960. The technical person came to my residence twice. Some parts of the system needs replacement. Till date nothing has happened. They brought the part but it was later found that this is not meant for the system i have. The attending technician gave one number [protected] to talk in this regard. The person having that number rudely told that " nothing can be done right now".

                      30 days no solution in sight. Can by posting this complaint , my agony can be resolved. Is someone at top out there can intervene?

                          till now no response neither from big bazar nor from eureka forbes.i have called both many times but i got only next promise nothing else.
                          it is really very frustrating.

                            The water Purifier is under AMC with Eurosmile. On 17th September I registered a complaint that the water purifier is not working. Till date no one has come for the attention. My consumer code is [protected] under Eurosmile.
                            Daily I am giving ring to Euro Helpline and whoever attends the call says "will send the Technician today".
                            I don't know whetether people are taken for a ride in the name of Eurosmile and AMC

                              Eureka Forbes / Aqua Guard — Poor Service

                              I purchased the Aqua Guard Water purifier in May 2005.
                              Model DE, Unit no.[protected].
                              Thereafter I have opted for a 2 year warranty on 19/09/2006 by paying Rs. 1590. (Contract receipt no. AG96B[protected]
                              I am a resident of Bangalore and the contact deal was made when the service technician attended on 19/09/2006.
                              For the last one month we have been requesting the service centre to visit as the unit is not working very well. Have called at least 6 times and no one has attended so far. When we speak to them it appears like they are not interested to attend and I don't think they are lodging our service request.
                              The quality of their product is very poor. Their after sales service is deplorable to say the least. In spite of complaints on regular basis to all concerned their service personnel have not attended.
                              i have taken aquagaurd e boiling system r90 model worth 9k. very poor service. Recently I have shifted my house, for dismandling and re-installation I have raised request and till waiting for their service. Daily calling them thrice a day and asking about their serivice, at last I found that, i have wasted my time by making calls them.

                              Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — Poor Service

                              I have lodged a complaint on 12 Oct 2008(Registration no: N1212) saying water is not getting collected in my RO model. I was told it will be rectified in 48 hours, but the guy came to check only on 17 Oct 2008. He said he needs to change the volve and will come back next day. But, the problem is not solved till today (22 October 2008). Whenever I call the Customer Service, they give stereotypic answer saying "it will be rectified today". I am spending daily 100 rupees buying water outside which is not that secure. Though I have subscribed for yearly maintainence, service rendered by Eureka Forbes is very poor.

                              I live in Chennai too and my experience with Eureka Forbes has been terrible. Their service is abysmal. After placing a service request, one needs to follow up five time or more to get them to send a service person. And the quality of the service person who turns up is so low! They are out to cheat you out of the commitments they have made during the AMC - they refuse to change the carbon (to be changed every six months), the candle (to be changed every year).

                              They seem to have changed their service contractor (they seem to outsource servicing) in the past year or so. These contractors are really, really bad. But t he funny thing i sthat the next contract makes the earlier one seem like god!

                              But every few months a Eureka Forbes sales guy lands up on my doorstep urging me to buy another product or upgrade an existing one. After struggling with thsi for a few years now, I've come to a conclusion that Eureka Forbes does not care - it just wants to sell more units. I am planning to try Kent now.

                              I have paid Rs.2700/- towards annual service contract for 3 years vide Contract Receipt No.16073954 dated 24/01/2009. My Aquagaurd Water Purifier unit stopped working on 11/08/2010, so I registered a complaint ( No. 90 dated 11/08/2010 ) with the Service Centre at Nagpur. It was attended, inspite of giving them regular reminders, after around 20 days. The unit was repaired but it again stopped working on 06/09/2010. I,therefore, once again registered a fresh complaint on 06/09/2010 ( No. 65 dated 06/09/2010 ), but since then it has become a kind of my regular duty to call them every morning but in vain.

                              hi,i'm rashmi barve.i have launched a complaint regarding non-functioning aquaguard on tuesday,9/11/10. inspite of repeated reminders to the service station and helpline,nobody has bothered to attend to the complaint.
                              excuses like staff reporting late from leave after diwali are given which are unacceptable from a proffessional company like eureka forbes !!
                              if this is the kind of promptness shown for a water purifier(which concerns health) complaint,i guess a vaccuum cleaner complaint may be attended only after a few months!!
                              YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CHANGING YOUR SLOGAN BECAUSE A FRIEND IS ONE WHO IS A FRIEND IN NEED AND YOU GUYS ARE SURE NOT TO BE AROUND WHEN WE NEED YOUR HELP. EUREKA FORBES IN NOT FRIEND FOR LIFE !!!!!
                              Aquaguard Service is one of the worst private sector service available. Even after repeated calls and followup, the response from the Service Team is very bad. It is completely different from the promises that the sales person makes about the service.

                              Even after spending such a huge amount on the Auqaguard, There is mud coming out of the purified water. Not sure how to deal with this kind of service or where to lodge a complaint.
                              I AGREE THAT ITS THE MOST WORST PRIVATE SECTOR SERVICE.
                              BECAUSE FROM LAST 25 DAYS MY RO MACHINE IS NOT WORKING

I raised a service request (ID: [protected]) and call center agent promised I will get service by a technician in 24 hours. No response from them within 24 hours. So I called back, the agent said he created new service ticket so wait for another 24 hours. I am not able to escalate the case through their web ste because it says the service ID is not correct.
                              Some time back I had the same issues. I had to download the form from their web site and send to their Managers in Mumbai to get a call back to address my issues. I am wondering if I need to do this everytime (say all customers doing same) how many managers you will have to appoint?
                              WILL I GET A SERVICE IN TIME? CHANGE YOUR AD TAG TO "fRUSTRATION FOR LIFE OR ENEMY FOR LIFE". YOU ARE NEVER A FRIEND FOR NOT EVEN A DAY.
                              Whoever reads this post, please dont go for Aquaguard... service in Bangalore is that pathetic. better buy something else regardless of their brand. No one can go bad like aquaguard so i am sure you will get better service.
                              Eureka forbes Aquaguard service...wake up!! Remember that your machines provide us with drinking water so you cannot be so casual. Your service man Mr. Vinay Rai came to do a usual AMC maintenance service last evening and blew the fuse of our whole house and of course the Aquaguard too. He said he would go to the nearest aquaguard store in Gurgaon and get the fuse to repair it. This was at 6;30 pm on 16th August 2013. There has been no sign of him till now (1;00 pm, 17th August). he does not even pick up our calls.
                              When I called the service centre at 9;00 am, they said to wait, and someone will call us urgently to do the needful. Complaint no. 72692835. No news yet.
                              I have had to buy water untill your service people wake up and rise to the occasion. Please help!
                              A perfectly working aquaguard has been ruined by your personnel and he is so irresponsible he cannot even tell us what the situation is. Very Pathetic on the part of Eureka forbes, i must say.

                              Refund for return product

                              Sales person rishab shrivastav sale me a water purifier UV by checking wrong tds. Actual tds was 1000 but he checked it as 100. so after some days i return that product. On 13th may i brought that product & on 20th may i return it but i didnt get refund, check & documents. so i need my money, documents, check.

                                I bought Aquasure just two months ago. Got a problem with leakage asked service center to come take a look. It has been 6 days and every day the person at service center keeps telling me someone will call.
                                But nothing yet. Want a refund for the product if service is so poor.

                                I have registered a compliant on sunday & Monday for problem in recently installed Aqua sure at my home.

                                  I have passed B.com En.roll.No.[protected] through correspondence course in Gokulum Vidhayala study center Krishnagiri still yet i did not receive my final year mark sheet and provision certificate I am working in tamil nadu Electricity board for my promotion I urgently require my certificates so please arrange me to get the certificates earlier.                                     I had paid cash of Rs.3215/- i.e. Rs.2700/- for 3 year's AMC from[protected] to[protected] & Rs.515/- for Iron Purifier Catridge to their Technician Mr. Baliarsing (Mobile No.[protected]) on dt.[protected]. After that the required service for changing charcol and putting iron catridge as per their AMC have not been carried out by the technician till the time of writing this complaint. Whenever contacted over mobile to the technician or their Bhubaneswar Office over telephone No.[protected], they replied about non-availability of parts. It is strange that Eureka Forbes is not able to provide service to the customers after receiving the full amount towards AMC on the pretext of non-availability of parts in a city like Bhubaneswar. Today also I have contacted the technician at 10.00 A.M. who told to reach at my house within 1 hour. But, I don't know what kind of watch the Eureka Forbes company has provided to him, still 1 hour has not been completed though it is now 10.40 P.M. in my Indian watch. So, it is requested if they are unable to provide the required service, refund my money honestly and immediately as I don't want such type of careless service.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      You have proved that you do not have any control over your local offices and you have also shown your helplessness in attending to customer complaints.

                                      I had lodge complaint on[protected] stating that booster model water purifier is not functioning properly.Your authorised service center "Vishwa Services Kolhapur" are after us for giving them AMC @Rs 2000/- p.a.They say life of booster pump installed in aquaguard is just 15 months.

                                      As there is no response to my complaint dated 22 Aug 2009 you have proved having no control over your subordinates.

                                      The day water purifier totally stops functioning ,best course is to throw away in garbage and rectify the mistake by purchasing water purifier of any other company viz.,KENTS,USHA etc etc...

                                        My complaint no. is[protected] for dated 03-09-09 and 81875698 for dated 10-09-09. We have paid Rs-3660 for annual maintainance contract starting 28 AUG 09 but till date there is no response from there side, when their persn should have visited by 29th Aug 09 itself for the service. Many times we have called in call centre for complaints and many times to Mr. Pawar (customer executive). (Tel No. are [protected] ,[protected] but no response.We have experienced this company as a very bad service provider.We need help or we need our money back.
