Axis Bank — deduction of money from my a/c

My a/c no. is [protected] ,a/c holder name Y.Malathy......the issue is, i tried to withdraw an amt. of Rs.6000 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM(Mugappair East Branch) at 7.00 pm on 9/6/2010....the msg. shown in the ATM Machine was "Unable To Dispense" but money was deducted from my a/c ...how to solve this issue..pls respond me as soon as possible....

This is Abhishek Sahay, a mass communication student, was working in Aegis Call Centre Noida to earn money to do further study. I was having there Salary A/c with Axis Bank, NOIDA (A/c No. [protected]). In March 2010, I left that organisation due to some problem. The Axis bank has convert my salary a/c to saving a/c without giving any prior information and deducted consolidated charges Rs. 750/- on 27/03/2010 and then again on 26/06/2010 for Rs. 750/- as consolidated charges. The bank has no system of Right to information and idiotic type of Staff members, whosoever not even have minutes to let me know adjact about consolidated charges of the bank a/c.

Due to these reasons I failed to take admission in some institutes and suffering financial crisis. I would like to know that is there any government's rule that can take some actions against it??? Please help me in this manner that can able to get my money back from the bank.

We should go together and close the account immediately and we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this.

Yes It is really true that axis bank is the biggest devil as a bank. It has deducted Rs. 1, 350 as a Consolidated Charges + 139.05 as a Service Tax @10.30% on Charge from my account Illegally and without my knowledge. I think it is really bad experience of mine with axis bank so strongly recommend all to just not go with axis bank.

Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

I was not aware of the new policy effective from April1st 2010 that in absence of PAN interest will be liable for deduction at source at a higher rate of 20%. Nor did the local Axis bank in Garia, Kolkata have provided me with the information. I am really suprised to know that they do not have my PAN when they opened a new FD for Rs.25,000/- on Feb, 2010.
However, I will appreciate if you help me to get the refund amount of Rs. 1405/- which was deducted at source from my TDS certificate # [protected] and [protected] for the period of 1/4/2009 to 31/3/2010.

Axis Bank — LANDLINES NOT WORKING

Since morning no phone line are working series[protected] & 30255419, 30255424, 30255428, 30255444, 30255462, 30255463, after many complaints no body take the call, even Mr Amit Gaur ([protected]) & Mr Raphel ([protected]) is giving many explanations but there is no solutions.

Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

sir i am not a easrning member and i failed to keep the minimum balance and when asked why you deducted the amount of 3000/-they say customer must know the rules and regulation and was talking in ruthless manner.plz help me out...

THEY DEDUCTING CONSOLIDATED CHARGES WITHOUT SENDING ANY CONSENT TO THE CUSTOMERS .

I FACED THIS PROBLEM SO MANY TIMES MEAN MONTHLY SAME SITUATION NOW I GOT VERY BIG PROBLEM I AM ON TOUR AND THEY FURST DEDUCTS 1800 RS FROM ACCOUNT AND NEXT DAY I MADE SHOPPING OF 1888 AND THEY DEDUCT CHARGES FOR THAT SHOPPING 148 RS.
CASH AND ALSO THEY DEDUCT CASH DEPARTMENT CHARGES FOR MY CASH DEPOSIT 145 FOR 6975 AMOUNT. NOW I ONLY REMAIN
2100 RS. FROM MY TOTAL ACCOUNT BALANCE
BANK CUTS MORE THAN 3800 FROM MY ACCOUNT MEAN 50 % OF PAYMENT WITHOUT WAITING AND NOTICING. NOW I AM IN OUT OF CITY AND MY BALANCE IS ONLY 95 HOW I
TRAVEL AND MAKE MY EXPS ITS BIG PROBLEM TO ME BUT FORTURNATELY MY FRIEND MEET ME HERE AND I ASK HIM FOR FEW PAYMENT UNLESS I HAVE NO CHANCE TO RETURN HOME.
I NOT EAT MEAL BECAUSE OF THIS CHARGES. AND I STILL CONFUSE ABOUT THIS.

Axis Bank — Not Giving Statements by post or even on request

Respected Sir,
We have a company A/c. in Axis Bank, Mayur Vihar Phase-II branch we were not getting the statements for the same for long period of time. I went to the bank and requested them to give me the statements for the A/cs as I we have more than one A/c in the branch as earlier we did not know they will behave like this but to my surprise they refused to give me the statement even on explaining that I was not receiving the statements regularly through mails. They said courier men could not find your address but how come it is possible that statement reached me for a month but later they could not find my address actually they are only interested in harrasing people and do not want to cooperate at all and give excuses for not giving the statements as it becomes additional work for them and they do not even know how to talk with customers specially their staff Mr. Pandey he behaves in worst possible manner wtih customers.
Requesting higher authorities of bank to give them a request for cooperation so that people do not opt for closing their A/cs in the bank.

Axis Bank — Poor security checks and customer service

Hi

I am an account holder with Axis Bank Sec 16 Noida branch. Axis bank delivered my new debit card and ATM PIN to an unknown person (without checking/ confirming the identity) who withdrew Rs. 19800 from my account. Moreover, my old debit card and new debit card were functional at the same time which is a big security lapse as well.

I have been following up for 2 months now on my complaint lodged with Axis Bank (Ref[protected], and there is absolutely no progress. I keep calling/ mailing RBO Support and they always have the same answer - a third team is investigating, and we have no clue. Nobody from the RBO team bothers to call or mail to update me.

Axis Bank has no respect for its customers.

Axis Bank — no loan disbursement

respected sir,this is very shameful about the fake services of axis bank branch-sec.14 gurgaon,loan department. i have given demand letters many times which is obtained by the builder but the respective bank doesn't able to clarify the abbrasive correct tecnical report about the ongoing project i.e omaxe bhiwadi villas.although this is delaying in the loan amount which should be disbursed immediatly.because i have visited there personally the construction also much be upto the mark as per construction link payment plan.
