[Resolved]  Axis Bank Debit Card — Not Received Pin Number

Dear Sir,
I Have received Debit Card No [protected] , in the month of Oct 09 Which is of no use to me as I have not received the Pin Number. When I Enquired I am being told that the same has been sent through courier(did not mention which courier) and the courier person could not trace the address which is ridiculous, as i stay in a very prominent place and keep receiving other couriers . Unfortunately till date I have not received the same. Kindly Mail me the courier name and air way bill No, so that I can follow-up with the same. Such a negligence on part of such a foreign Bank (Bad public relation) like you is not expected.Also the staff were very rude when i called up the particular branch.

Please treat the matter as most urgent and do the needful.

Axis Bank Debit Card — Debit card not received in 15 days

Sir,
I had a salery account in Axis bank.My ATM card has expired on 30.9.10.Till date I have not recieved my new card from bank. It is very good service to customer.Customer wait for withdraw the payment.

Dear sir,
I am the holder of a Gold plus debit card and the number of the card is [protected]. But save and except using the same as an ATM card i am not getting any service as promised by your bank at the time of offering the same to me. Till date I have not received a valid( should i say an id and password which are not corrupt) information so that I could have had the other services.
I wish bank would look into the matter immediately and try to help me out to get your promised services, within no time.
An expedicious disposal of my complaint would be highly appriciated and would also absait me from closing my account with your bank.

Axis Bank Visa Credit Card — pin number not received

I have received visa credit card 50 days ago but to till date not received credit card pin number. already I have ring to costumer care she insure it will reach after 21 days receiving the credit card. But there is no any action.My contact no. [protected]
I have got my visa international debit card on 18/06/2011 but still i have not got any pin no so i kindly request you to mail me immediately now this activation is very important for me.My details are as given below,

Kindly Mail me the air way bill No, so that I can follow-up with the Overnite Person. Such a negligence on part of such a foreign Bank like you is not expected.
